The technicians are great---they show up on time and know what they're doing. My alarm works really well---any time it goes off, the station calls me within 10 seconds to see if I need help. And the office staff, they're great! Very friendly, and helpful. I did a consult with ADT, but they hit me with a hard sell situation. I told the guy I wanted to think about it, and he accused me of wasting his time. I was astonished. Granted, he drove up from Atlanta, but I told him initially this would only be a consultation. He said he drove a long way to get to my house, and he felt like it was wasted time. I excused him promptly, slammed the door in his face, and called Atkins. I'm so glad I did. They are just wonderful from installation to service. And, they really seem to care about your peace of mind and want you to be happy with your system. I couldn't be happier with my system. Highly recommended.

When I changed lanes to safely pass, the driver waved at me sarcastically as though I had done something wrong. We exited at the same exit, and the driver again waved at me in a mocking manner as if I had been the one at fault. Professionalism doesn't end at the job site, it also includes how you represent your company on the road. This experience left a very poor impression.
