Jeana, the office manager was rude and is ruining this business. I was finally able to get her to send me the quote which is generated by their QuickBooks software which goes straight into my junk mail - unbeknownst to me because the problem is they weren't telling me they were sending me the quote. Then she claims she called me (my desk phone) many times but she didn't leave me any voicemails. I sent them yet another e-mail asking in an extremely nice way for the quote. This time she informed me that she sent me the quote but replied in what seemed an indignant manner - she seemed offended (and I now know she was) that I asked her to send me the quote directly rather than have it generated from software that was ending up in my spam folder which she effectively claimed was impossible (she could have generated the quote to herself and then forwarded it to me - easy) so I checked my spam file and of course it was there and I said: got the quote - see how easy that was - after which I get an e-mail from the same e-mail address, claiming that it's Curtis (the really nice gentleman who came out and did the proposal) stating that they will decline to do services for us.

Bobs installed plank flooring using a discontinued product that was discontinued for a reason…read more After the installer rushed through the job, leaving junk under the new flooring, the whole floor puckered up. Bobs came back and pulled the whole floor up and glued it down...though it was supposed to be a floating flooring. A couple of months later the flooring puckered up again and Bobs would not come back and fix it. Now, I have a $7800 floor that looks bad in multiple spots. I thought i would patronize a local business, and boy did i get burned. I don't recommend Bobs discount carpeting in Grass Valley. Bob turned out to be a real jerk.
