Came here in October, 2025 to inquire about a rear spoiler being put on my car I recently purchased. Walk in and the 2 men and 2 women working there were friendly. Spoke with Elam Muhammad who told me the price would be $250-$350 for the make & model of my vehicle. He told me "you do realize that holes would have to be put on the trunk of the car". I did not know that so that made me want to take time to think about if I wanted to get the work done. I thanked him and Will who also was there providing information. After doing some research checking the spoiler part that would need to be installed and also getting a second opinion at another body shop, I was shocked to find out that this part is installed using adhesive, no drilling needs to be done to install this part. I was really upset to find out that this place didn't even take the time to look up the part to find out how the install would be - just off the fly telling me that holes need to be drilled. So glad I didn't use them although they are nice and I also think black owned. I won't be back. Don't trust them. read more

Originally went to this body shop because of the convenient location to where I lived. The first time I had my car repaired there.\nUpon pick up , I noticed that the repaired section was not painted properly and was very rough to the touch and had no reflection. When I brought this to the attention of the shop and the owner, I was told that nothing was wrong. However, you could clearly see that the unrepaired portion of my car gave a mirror like reflection and the repaired part gave off no reflection at all, just a blurry image because it had not been properly buffed or sanded. After going back-and-forth repeatedly, one of the body repair guys came out and admitted that it had not been sanded properly before being released, so they eventually took it back in after much discourse. Flash forward about 4 years.I had another situation with the car and reluctantly went back to the same shop.Assuming that things would be okay and I wouldn't have any issues. Boy was I wrong when I brought the car in.I told the claim guy that there was damage underneath the vehicle that happened during the accident , but I had to have it temporarily repaired or else the car would not be drivable. There was a plastic fairing that covers the bottom of the car which had been ripped down and broken as a cause of the accident, which enabled the car undrivable, so I had it temporarily screwed up so that it would not drag the ground. after telling the C&O guy MULTIPLE times to make sure that that is part of the claim he neglected to do so. when I finally got the car back, the Fender was repaired. But nothing underneath the car had been repaired. And the same broken piece was still temporarily screwed in when I brought this to his attention, he denied that I ever told him about the broken part yet, I told him multiple times he then refused to have it fixed and demanded that I call State Farm to make another claim. But everything could have been fixed. Had he just Assessed it while we were there the first time. The bottom line is, i should not have to have an ongoing argument about things that you did not do or you neglected to do in the first place. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone EVER. find another place that works with the customer and isn't argumentative or lacks accountability. read more

Will is a very professional and knowledgeable guy offering top quality service. They are recognized by all the top insurance companies.

I took my car in with front end steering and body damage. The front end work was never done and I was given false information about the damages. It appears their only interest was in the check from the insurance company. Don't EVER take your vehicle to these people. read more

I just wanted to thank Vince, Burrell, and the rest of the team at C & O Auto Rebuilders. I came to them to have rear-end damage repaired, through the other driver's insurance. Through the accident, my passenger side-view mirror was knocked off (glass only) and although the insurance company wouldn't cover it, Vince offered to find the part for me and put it on my car once I returned from a vacation. I contacted Vince upon my return and was under time constraints because I was using my vehicle to drive out of town a couple of days later. Vince ordered the part and it was supposed to be there the following business day. He kept tracking the shipment and staying in communication with me, although the part didn't arrive until the following morning (the morning I was supposed to depart for my road trip). Vince committed to having his team ready to put the mirror on, as soon as it arrived and when I got there the following morning, his team greeted me and had my mirror in about 30 minutes. His professionalism, humor, and kindhearted nature, made a frustrating time more bearable.
