Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

Even though it is too late, I did some research and have determined the first week of January is…read morethe worst week to ship a car. Now add the pandemic and being under quoted at 800.00 it has been an absolute nightmare. Why was I never advised about this by Intercede? I could have easily set the ship date later in January. I paid my deposit in early December! Keep in mind my car was supposed to be picked up in St George Utah, but since no one would pick up my car and to help get things moving I drove the car to Las Vegas and left it at a valet. It sat there for nearly 5 days. After finally getting a driver and having to increase the price to 1150 I get a call from the transporter telling me their truck needs a part and could delay the pick up for 1-3 days more. Thankfully he called back and told me they were able to fix the transport and saved me from getting the car towed from the hotel valet for excessive time parked. After the pick up confirmation, 5 days go by and I dont hear from anyone so I call the transporter rep to ask for the ETA. They advise me it should arrive today. Its 6:30pm and nothing. Now after over 2 weeks since the 1st day I advised to pick up the car I still have not received my vehicle. I'm praying they deliver late tonight but still have no update. Where is Intercede? I paid you all and now you abandon me. I am the sole provider in my family and I am about to lose my job now since I can't give them a definitive answer of when I can get to work. I still have to pray the car was not damaged. What did i do wrong here? I do know one thing I won't do again. I will not use a transport ever again. I get the feeling this letter will be ignored due to the nature of the business but man this is so insane and uncoordinated. I should have just driven here! The customer service is non existent not to mention the fact I could not even talk to anyone at Intercede for 1 week due to my representative being absent due to personal reasons. Still, nobody cared to talk with me due to some crazy company policy as I was told. This system of broker, transporter and customer being so disconnected is just plain wrong.
