He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

He did call me back and I forwarded off MFG drawings showing the measurements of the boat. He studied them and we agreed on a price. He allowed it could be done before Easter. Great so the transport truck came and the marina loaded the boat onto the trailer provided. Ended up being too tall on that trailer so Brook said he would dispatch a Low Boy trailer from the East coast, due to arrive within a week. No word after a week or so. I reached out to him and he allowed the trailer, he owned, was getting cosmetic restoration and wasn't available. Bear in mind we are now well into May. After some more wait time he allowed the brakes are now frozen on said trailer so he was going to reach out to another company in Wa to see if they could do the Low Boy trailer. The company is Associated and yes they can however they are booked and can't get it to me until second week of June. They bear no fault in this situation at all!!! Now the boat was taken off the first trailer by the TravelLift and has been accruing Layover fee's ( $1962.00) while we waited on Brook to resolve the issue. He agreed to cover the extra travel lift and layover expense. I have reached out to him numerous times to give him the chance to do the right thing and pay the boatyard what he owes. He has not responded. Also he was very poor at communication during the last months of frustration. He rarely did do what he said he would in a timely fashion. It's been like pulling teeth. So this review is posted not to drag his company through the mud but to simply inform potential customers. I'd suggest finding another company for your transport needs.

According to my friends, they did a free estimate and responded fairly quickly. Also they showed within the estimated time they booked them. My boyfriend and I were the ones late. Oops. Honestly, I let them do all the heavy lifting. I can't break a nail during this process. Just kidding. The workers were really careful on handling everything. Everyone helped everyone. They actually took into consideration that things were especially fragile. They wrapped the fragile things with a soft cloth and tape to make it extra secure. They also had these bins to put their special stuff in. The whole process was actually fine. Had a little fun and everyone worked together great! We actually met up with them in Cali (at our friend's new place) to help unpack also. Everything was in good condition! Nothing broke. Praise. Nothing unraveled. Praise. And the pricing, honestly worth every cent. They are so careful with their work. I'm glad I didn't call anybody else . I moved from hoboken to new Jersey. And believe me when I say this. Well recieved a call in within 20mins.Tow truck was outside in my driveway. He was careful not scratch my paint, he put some cut up fire hose on chains to protect my car. He secured it on flatbed and away she went later I went to Del Hatt and she arrived in perfect condition. If I ever need a tow on any of my other vehicles, I will definitely call Brandls.
