Jerk Chicken Tacos please! I'm officially a fan of this place. Although I've only had one item from their menu, they offer a variety Caribbean dishes like jerk shrimp, curry goat and more. I've been here about 3 times and the wait times for your food vary. I came around lunch time and it took about 15 minutes while the next visit, I came in the evening and it took 30 minutes. I would recommend calling ahead to place your order.

I ordered jerk chicken cheese fries. Found this place randomly while in the Decatur area. Those fries were so freaking good that in couldn't move afterwards. I had a food-gasm for the first time in over a year. The fresh cilantro and tomatoes in the cheese only made it better. It does take a while because it's cooked to order but it was definitely worth the 20 minute wait. Best meal for under $9.

I ordered the jerk chicken fries and they tasted ok. The chicken was very flavorful but the fries got soggy because of the cheese. All in all I would go back and try the rest of the menu. Probably the tacos next!

We ordered via UberEATS. Our order arrived correct and still warm. We're pescatarians but have been cheating lately lol. We got oxtails (Rice and peas, cabbage), and jerk chicken (Rice and lead, cabbage). The oxtails were missing the plantain and there was literally a slice of plantain in the jerk kitchen. We both enjoyed our food. The cabbage were very mildly spicy but the jerk chicken was fire ! Still not my favorite Jamaican spot based on food alone but I'd put it in my top 5! Would eat again and would recommend.

If you're out and you place a delivery be very careful on how you open up your bag. The food was spilled out and when you lift it up surprise a big hole at bottom of tray. They need to do better, they could've placed foil inside the styrofoam trays as this can cause cancer, and other health problems. People take risks eating out everyday, especially when we eat using styrofoam to go trays. But hey why make the matter worse or expedite the process when it can be simply avoided by using foil or other options for this solution. The option to use styrofoam has been eliminated in New York for all restaurants maybe that law should be passed here in Georgia. I'm from Brooklyn and I've resides here in Georgia for a few months now and this is my 1st experience ever encountering a food melt-through. So yeah they might want to invest in some new to go trays as this is not only a serious health factor, it's unprofessional, messy, and most of all useless because the food eventually and literally busted right through. This is what I call a melt-through. The food is good though, they need to worry about how the food is delivered and how they lack it.

I heard mostly positive things about this restaurant from a few family members, so I was curious to check it out. This Caribbean/Southern fusion spot is located as the anchor of a strip mall with other restaurants next door. The great thing is that there is plenty of parking. We came on a Saturday evening; thankfully it was not crowded, so we were able to sit down immediately. Food: I ordered the stewed chicken wings which comes with plantains and jasmine rice. I also ordered a side of roasted brussel sprouts. The wings were very good, falling off the bone tender. I also loved the flavoring of the rice, and the plantains were perfectly sweet. I was not a big fan of the brussel sprouts. They had a thick honey sauce on them that was overpowering, and they were very soft in texture. The positive side is that they give you a ton of food for the price. Service: There weren't many staff working this evening from what I could see. Our server greeted us promptly and checked on us several times before we ordered food. Once we ordered our food, it honestly went down hill. It just took extremely long to get anyone's attention for help. It also took close to 30 mins just to get our check. When the check came, they initially said they couldn't split it and added an automatic 20% gratuity. On their site, it says they do that for parties of 4 or more, but we were only a party of 3. The manager let the server split the check, but they would not remove the gratuity. I always tip well, so it wasn't the end of the world, it was just the principle for me. While I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, I might consider checking them out again for brunch.

We went there because one of my friends loves the turkey wings there and she recommended it. We order turkey plate, cabbage, sweet plantain, rice &peas and jerk chicken. I was afraid to consume the food and get some sort of poisoning. When I bent over to take a look at the food it did not look good. I asked myself are people really eating this? Then I looked in the back and the kitchen was also dark and a dirty mess. Mountains of dirty pots and pans. I said fk it, let's see what this is all about. See my receipt attached. Sad to say we took a bite of everything, and we ended up throwing it ALL away. Had to go spend more money to buy something else to eat. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I spent $43 (including a drink), and nothing about this meal was worth it. First red flag--there was a big barrel grill, but no smoky jerk smell at all. If you know real jerk, that aroma should hit you instantly. That alone should've told me everything. The jerk chicken had no smoke flavor whatsoever. It tasted pre-made and reheated. Jerk is supposed to be bold, smoky, and full of flavor--this wasn't that. The jerk wasn't jerking. The salmon was extremely salty--more like salt fish than anything enjoyable. The cabbage? Also overly salty. And the "mac and cheese"... I don't even know what that was. It looked like plain pasta with a yellow sauce. No creaminess, no baked texture, and the taste was slightly sweet in a strange way. The mac definitely wasn't macking. To make it worse, the food was cold. And I wasn't the only one--multiple people at the event were saying the same thing and talking about how bad the food was. That alone should be a sign that something needs to change. You definitely lost potential customers that day. I don't mind paying for good food, but this felt like paying for shortcuts. They have so many different tiki cocktails that you can choose from. They are mostly made of rum, but they have a few other ones that are made with different alcohols. Me and my wife both got our own drinks. Hers was a special Valentine's Day themed drink that was on the menu, and mine was one of the tequila/mezcal tiki drinks. Both tasted really good! As someone who is known for seeking out and truly testing vegetarian options at Caribbean…read morerestaurants, I have to say--Miss Conduck is easily the best Caribbean flavor restaurant in Atlanta. And coming from a Jamaican background, let me be clear: the usual Trinidad vs. Jamaica debate does not apply here. This place stands on its own. From the moment the food hit the table, one thing was consistent across everything we ordered: it was hot, fresh, and made with real intention and flavor. We started with the fried cauliflower bites. The batter was light, crispy, and well done--definitely a solid starter. I wasn't a big fan of the tartar sauce it came with, but it didn't take away from the quality of the cauliflower itself. My friend ordered the jerk chicken rolls, and I have to give credit where it's due--the sauce that came with those rolls was incredible. Easily one of the standout sauces of the night. Next, I had the doubles, and because I like my food with a kick, I asked for pepper sauce. Now, I'll admit--I made my first one obnoxiously hot. But what I discovered was the real winning combination: adding the callaloo on top of the doubles. That was the perfect match. The callaloo itself is blended with so many elements into a rich, flavorful purée, and when paired with the doubles, it created this burst of layered, authentic Caribbean flavor that was just on point. I also ordered a veggie plate with rice and peas, cabbage, and chickpeas, and they did not disappoint. The portion size was generous, and every single item was clearly made with flavor in mind--not just thrown together as an afterthought for vegetarians. I also tried the macaroni pie--it's a smaller portion, but it's true Caribbean mac and cheese, rich and satisfying. The fried plantains were done perfectly--hot, fresh, and with that ideal balance of sweetness and texture. Then came the rasta pasta. My first couple of bites, I thought it needed a little more kick--but by the third bite, everything came together perfectly. You can taste the layers of vegetables building flavor, and there's a subtle heat that isn't overpowering but adds depth. The noodles were cooked exactly how they should be--perfect texture, not overdone, not undercooked. One thing I always pay attention to is this: Is a vegetarian-friendly restaurant also approved by meat eaters? And in this case, the answer is absolutely yes. My friend had the jerk chicken, and she said it was spectacular. She actually lives nearby and already plans to come back regularly. Honestly, I was surprised the place wasn't packed wall to wall. The atmosphere is incredible--it has its own unique style that really makes you feel like you've stepped into the Caribbean. The music, the vibe, everything is intentional. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We even watched them handle a large party, and they went above and beyond to make sure that group was fully taken care of. All in all, this place exceeded expectations on every level. Five stars without hesitation. If you're in Atlanta and want real Caribbean flavor--whether you eat meat or not--Miss Conduck is a must-visit. I highly recommend making a reservation and experiencing it for yourself.
