Of course, the beef was melt in your mouth. After stuffing my suck, I wish I got the jumbo vs the junior. Placed on a toasted onion bun, the roll drew out flavors of the beef. Just the right amount of sauce without making a sloppy mess, this was a wicked good beef! Been wanting to try this place after seeing reviews on North Shore Beefs FB page. It lived up to the hype. Best Super Beef I've had yet. Beef was tender and flavorful, onion roll was grilled which I've never had and now prefer. Owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. This place used to have some good options. I used to really love their chicken, but unfortunately, the quality went downhill last time I had it, and the chicken was undercooked to the point it was pretty gross. I now no longer want to order chicken from here. I never particularly cared for the Pizza either, it's too greasy. I would recommend Pizza Pizzazz over C&S personally. Which is a shame, because I hate writing negative reviews about local businesses. I hope it gets better some day so I can update this review in a more positive light. read more

We moved to Brookline, and I took an alternate route home. I randomly selected C&S, and it was fantastic. I never had steak tips before. I was surprised how great they were. My son had the tenders, and they tasted like they were handmade. He ate most of my steak and chicken. This will be my go-to for steak tips. Thanks for the excellent customer service. read more

Zero stars if I could. Order a sub and see how little meat or cheese you get. Three toilet paper thin slices on my sub. Seriously, take the sub apart and see what you are paying around $10 for. A sub roll! Very disappointed as the owner is a nice guy. read more

We ordered here today for Father's Day. Got two pizzas, subs and some sides. The pizzas were horrific, we think the cheese may have been bad on the cheese pizza, and the vegetarian was so floppy. We literally had to heat up a frozen pizza as we had to throw away half of each pizza away. Subs were good though. Just skip the pizza. read more

Originally I walked in to see if they had any GF options. I saw they had GF crust for pizza so I decided to stay. I got the chicken bacon ranch salad and let them know of the allergy. A bit pricey for a sandwich from my boyfriend and a salad for me. They had some seating options which was nice because we waited for a long time for our food to come out. I figured it must be really good if it's worth this wait. Steak and cheese came out good for the boyfriend, and fries were excellent. The portions were very large. I am unhappy that my salad came out with a flour tortilla even after I specified GF allergy. The cook came out shortly after food came out and apologized for the wait stating he had a big order (60-person order) that came through when we came in. He offered to comp us another drink, and as kind as that was we declined. The staff we dealt with was nice, and maybe the pizza is their strong point- but I would not go out of my way to come back here. read more

Brand new store, 5 miles from my house. The town they are in which they deliver to no matter distance is bigger than the distance to me. Yet do you the fact I am over state line, you won't deliver? I've been going here since I was a kid. The food is always good, the service fast, and the staff is always really friendly. They also deliver. (though I usually do pick up instead.) Ok, look. Some items are not bad. The fried chicken is interesting, good but not good fried chicken. It's its own thing this chicken, but it's good. Their pizza is ok but it kinda sucks. If they put more cheese, sauce and effort, it would be better pizza. The regular French fries are so dry and they cool down and get dry and not worth eating really quick. You need a hungry mob at the physical restaurant, eating the fries within a min to make the fries work. What can I say: Pepperell has pretty crappy food delivery options. read more

Got in here right before the lunch rush and still waited 30 minutes for just chicken fingers and fries. Finally when I got them, the fries were Saugey and I could've gotten better chicken fingers from a frozen grocery section. Not impressed. Only 3 chicken fingers and a handful of fries not a very great portion either. read more

This is our 5th run here, as we are new to Pepperell, and grew up in area and know it well. When you see the Police department here picking up food quite a bit, it is a sign it is good. Ordered pizza and fried mushrooms and mozzerella sticks as a break during a busy chore day. We are growing to like this place: dough is fresh and tasty, sauce is pleasant with no bad aftertaste and not acidic, toppings are generous, cooked nicely. The apps were hot and crispy as they should be, and tasty. Consistently good, we will keep going. Now, for the not so happy people who posted valid issues....I hope you spoke with management and gave them an opportunity to address your complaints. The staff are courteous and I can't imagine they wouldn't correct your concerns. read more

I'm nearing 8 decades old and have eaten a lot of pizza and variations. I met a friend who recommended their pizza as it was 'The Best'; which of course I had hear before over 5 continents and many years. I had a chance to drop by and ordered a large pizza with the 'works'. Out it came and I could only finish about Three of the large pizza slices and it was 'out of this world delicious. The texture was thick and easy to chew and get through and there was no skimping on the toppings. The Price was very reasonable for the size and amount of toppings. The ownership and help were first class polite, and cheerful. The store and seating were clean and well maintained. We shall be back many times. read more

They've switched the bread they use for subs. Instead of the double club style bread they use a shorter cheaper style. Done with them.
