When the guy arrived he looked at my car and said,oh it's going to rub putting it on the trailer and taking it off. I told him then you're not the guy I asked for I asked for someone experienced in low profile vehicles and if you tell me it's going to scrape then evidently you're inexperienced on hauling it. So that's ok,I will call the company and request for someone whose experienced. He started hollering at me saying anyone can see it's too low.I said it was never a problem the times I've had it towed before so you need to leave.He started hollering again saying if I don't what are you going to do? I told him you are being recorded by my home cameras. To sum it all up he was very rude and obnoxious when I declined his service. Well my car was towed with another company and there was no problem being put on a flatbed,and towed. I called the company (Hatch) back and filed a complaint but judging by the lack of concern she showed on the phone I doubt if there was anything done about his behavior. Don't know anything about the company but I'm pretty sure it's a good company and I know everyone's not experienced in hauling low profile vehicles but this young man not get so upset if he can't do the job,and the company should've sent a more experienced driver.

There were THREE tire shops in small Winnie TX while I was there, and L&G was open the latest. Winner winner chicken dinner. I rolled up, an older dude out front motions to me to pull directly into one of the bays, and a kid (young dude) gets to work on my vehicle immediately. #winning I showed him the rock that somehow got lodged between my rim and tire, and he takes care of it in a hurry. Tire appears to hold air, but he quickly soaps down the treads as well when I ask, just in case. Wheel goes back on and he cheerfully puts my spare back in its home afterward. Last but not least, I go to pull out my wallet to pay. He waves me off - you're good, he says. What? You're good. Why? Because it didn't have a hole and didn't need to be plugged? Yep. You sure?? Yep. ...Wow. That dude earned his tip fo sho. What a wonderful experience.

He said they have to get on their knees when in fact, I simply handed him two tires on the rim and two tubes. $15.00 to $20.00 maybe? $30.00? absolutely ridiculous and overcharging me just because he can! When I questioned it and complained about it, he wanted to charge me $20 instead. I gave him the $30 but that would be the last dollar he ever gets from me. But towing a classic car with no place to pull off for safety just added to the horror. By the time we could exit to a safer place the entire wheel and tire was destroyed.
