Pretty expensive for breaks but I told them i would do the brakes myself. When I went to put brakes on the car the pads were fine with about half life left. I do not like it when mechanics are dishonest about what you need. I will not go back and I suggest if you do make sure you know what os wrong with your vehicle first.

I asked them about it, they stated they did nothing but the repairs i asked for. I unfortunately had to bring my car back because if the warranty, and the check engine light coming back on because of it, and when i got my car back, my car was shaking ahain and it was not shaking initially. Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. He advised me to get something else fixed as soon as I can, but told me it wasn't necessary to get me home to New Orleans. Sure, I could've done the repair myself, but where was I gonna find parts and tools out here? I would much rather pay Ron to take care of me in his town.
