I do not care if you have mercury insurance I am HEAVILY advising you to go somewhere else. First off, so incredibly rude. all of them. Especially Evan. This man wrote me the biggest f u quote I have ever seen. I took my car to a couple other places to get multiple opinions and when I showed them all what he quoted me they laughed and said this is a "we don't want the business" quote - which is totally fine if you don't want my business but there's no reason to be rude. I callEd 3 of the larger well known body shops only to be put on hold"rudely " and left there or treated lIke I was an inconvenience. When i called C&W they answered the phone immediately and where really helpful. They looked at the scratches that same day, gave me a great price, and did a wonderful job on the repair. Then I found that there is more repairs to get done. I called them and they keep saying they will call me back when they have the part. They promised they will call me back with an answer. I have good news and bad news. Good news is I have had an amazing track record at C&W. The bad news is I have a track record of getting my car fixed up. In defense, I have been hit by two horrible drivers within the past 3 years, and my insurance recommended C&W due to its proximity to my home in Newport. I have had the experience of working with both Aaron, and Collin (apologize for misspellings), and both have done a knock out job. I want to upload picks of my before and after, but incase I manage to mess that up, I will describe the level of damage done to my Dodge Challenger... A raised jeep wrangler rear ended me at a red light going about 40 mph. Good news - no health issues, like whiplash, etc, and no frame damage. Thankfully the gentleman had the foresight to raise his wrangler to a height where only the truck and quarter panels of the car in front of him would be rolled up like the lid of a sardine can. Bad news - my clubs in my trunk look like back scrathers for the most part. When I picked up my car yesterday afternoon I was in a rush because I had to be at USC for my night class for my masters. Collin, like the pro he is, told me to call enterprise and let them know I would be dropping off the car at C&W. I did as I was told and ending up beating rush hour traffic. I also would like to add that when you are renting a large pick up truck with a v6 and get your v8 sports car after a month to go easy on the peddle. I think I two wheeled in down church street for about 10 yards like a funny car since I was not used to the response from the accelerator.. Cliff Notes: car had $10K of damage and I thought it would never look the same. When I picked it up it looked just like it did when I first bought it 3 years ago. AMAZING! read more

Called their office this morning to make an appointment for a paint job estimate due to an incident I had when pulling into my garage. Sandy answered and was able to fit me in today, and was very professional and kind. When I arrived, Ivan greeted me and went out to take a look at my car. I was expecting an estimate in the hundreds of dollars, but Ivan pulled out some magical chemical and was able to just WIPE IT OFF right there on the spot. I was stunned... I had several other people take a look at it and all said that I would likely need it repainted. Ivan completely made my day. I am late writing this review! But I knew I just had to write it. The C&W team is so great! They are the epitome of great customer service. They are friendly and efficient. I am a first-time car owner, also just moved to CA for Grad school so I am clearly adulting all by myself. Someone had backed into my car in the parking lot and scratched my car. I call my insurance and they told me about C&W. Ivan and the team immediately called to help me set up an appointment. When I got to the dealer they explained everything to me did the inspection and estimated time. Then they are enterprise to pick me up so I can get a rental. While we waited I asked for recommendations for oil changes and tints. Anyways my car bodywork was finished ahead of schedule and it looked so clean and nice. I really appreciate the fact that they put floor mats to make sure the interior did not get dirty. They are awesome I highly recommend them! read more

dropped my car off for minor scratches repair on 2/13. was given an 8 day return time estimate. Followed up with them on the 2/23 to see if it was ready and they had some "setbacks" and it would be good to go the following Monday (2/27). No update on 2/27 so I called, now the date has changed to Thursday 3/2. On 3/2 the insurance company got involved and called them to give me an update. They called me on 3/2 and said it would be good Friday 3/3 by EoD. I called them 3/3, and they had another "setback" but was then told Monday 3/6. Called them 3/6 and yet another "setback" but aiming for 3/7. For minor scratches, 8 days has turned into 3 weeks. They continue to offer the same "setback" excuse as to why the work is prolonged and only once did they call me to give an update, and thats because insurance had to call them out. Come to find out the "setbacks" were really their technicians overbooked and were super behind. Thats information you disclose before the process starts, not give vague excuses week after week. And they only disclosed this to my insurance adjuster after they had to get involved, not once to me. Saw other 1 star reviews with similar sentiments. Don't waste your time here. read more

Well I just picked up my car from C & W paint and I'm telling you. From the estimate a few weeks ago from Ben Lawson estimator/appraiser and the help from Julianna the secretary/receptionist. I couldn't have a better experience. From dropping off my car to receiving tracking information frequently of repair progress to notifying me and informing me when vehicle was finished and ready to pick up. It was washed the work done was excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. I was thinking of selling my car but now it looks brad new. My wife got rear ended and our insurance sent us to this place. And after dealing with them they should be called Hackjob paint and body. First of all they saw my wife and thought they could take advantage by ordering the cheapest possible parts available, when she came home I looked at the back and the taillight was completely out and wanky, another flap was completely off and hitting the tire and the trunk latch was incorrectly placed. So she took it back and they fixed the flap but denied to fix the taillight saying "it's not gonna be back to 100 percent" so I had to get our insurance adjuster involved and he said that they totally lied on the report, and that if something didn't fit properly they should've taken pictures and they hadn't. Having to waste so much time and dealing with this sucked, and I would never ever go back to this place, make sure to check there work as they used the cheapest possible parts and absolutely unacceptable work. read more
