Honest professional and talented. One is vulnerable after a car accident, and I'm lucky that the work here is done with pride. Anyone is in a tough spot if they have to come here. It's difficult conversations, shopping, pricing, etc. Very difficult. But this place handles your problems the best ways possible. In the end, my car looks as good if not better than ever. Trauma of an accident doesn't really go away but getting taken care of instead of taken advantage of is special in any business. Can't recommend enough. Best body shop in OC!!! My family has been bringing our cars and trucks here for over 2 decades. Alex has been at this location since I was a young kid and I'm 52 now. My husband's truck was rear-ended, and he took it to Rosey's to have it repaired. They did a great job on it and it looks as good as new. A couple years ago, my car was backed into something by a valet, leaving a large dent on the side panel. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage, and I delayed having it repaired because I had too many other responsibilities to handle. However, when I took my husband to pick up his truck, I left my car with them (arrangements were made when the truck was dropped off). It turned out GREAT! I had a problem with my 4Runner sunroof now closing. Happened before. Took it to south coast Toyota and was ripped off over $3000 to repair it. Never again. Someone suggested an auto body shop so immediately thought of Rosey's since I had used them before and was extremely satisfied. Rosey's told me they did not repair sunroofs but pointed me in the right direction to the person they use. Just proves once again what an honest and helpful business they are. I can't say enough about Manny and Rosey's Auto Body. My family has been taking their cars to Rosey's for probably 20+ years and they never disappoint. During this latest incident, Manny went over and above what I would expect from a normal repair shop to make sure we had a great experience. We had a couple issues after the car was returned the first time, but Manny knew what to do and made sure the right parts were ordered and installed correctly. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and he even arranged for transportation to the rental car shop and to my office on separate occasions. Plus, they detailed the interior of the car, which was badly needed. I don't know why I would ever think of going anywhere else for my car repairs. Five stars for sure! read more

Just a Crook--Yes that's someone that try's to take something from you. I backed into my neighbors car one morning. Told him I would just write him a check. He proceeded to give me one estimate from Rosey's for $3,798.66 to fix one dent on one door. Estimate included brand new door for the '99 Cady that isn't even made anymore and everything else under the sun. I got my own estimate for a professional adjustor for $2,498.23. To make a long story short I went to see Rosey's when before I sent the repair check to my neighbors to make sure I didn't need to have his name on the check. Rosey's said that the work had not been done yet. I mentioned that maybe they got the work done some where else. He said "Oh, no this is the only place they would ever get there work done. We've been friends for years." So they know how to screw someone and don't mind doing it. Don't you be the next one. read more

We have used Rosey's auto body for many years. The first oops they repaired for me was my 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000. Parts were really hard to get from Italy back then, but Rosey's came through.. We started our company Farthing Development Inc. in 1979 and have always used Rosey's to repair our company trucks. They know we are busy and time frame is really important to us. I would say they have done three major accident repairs for us and four minor accident repairs. They are always at the quoted price and on time with their completion of the repairs. But the latest repair is way over the top for any business.. My wife's 1999 Dodge Durango was in a serious accident in March of 2004. The repairs were all payed by the other vehicles insurance company the repairs $9,177.79 worth were all done at Rosey's. Car looked awesome when completed as usual. So at the beginning of this year the clear cote started getting small bubbles in it. My Wife said oh no what do I do. I said well go talk to Rosey's they painted it a couple of years back when you had your accident. (You know how the brain works a couple of years was really 8 years ago) OK so my wife quit bugging me about the car.. Seven months later she finally goes to Rosey's and asks them about her paint job. So they gave her the standard answer. Do you have the receipt? Now she comes back to me and says do you have the receipt?. Well Adobe to the rescue, not only do I have the receipt but copies of all the checks 6 pages in all.. So I am good, she will leave me alone again.. She is off to Rosey's in a military walk. (I tried to call them and warn them of her arrival but she beat me to it) They said we will repaint the car at no charge to you. I could not believe that they repainted all that after eight years at no cost. YOU GUYS ROCK... The car has been painted and looks awesome.. Unfortunately, my 97 Toyota was totaled in an accident, so I didn't experience their car repairs. I had a crazy experience with my insurance trying to screw me over over a simple bumper replacement. Luckily, I had Manny from Rosey's as a total consumer advocate. I was referred here by a friend's mother, who has brought their family cars here for body repairs for many years. I went initially to the repair/inspection facility that my insurance preferred, and got estimates which included after market parts. They also said that they could not replicate the color of my bronze pearl Honda Accord, which was absurd. I take great care of my car and didn't want after market parts, much less visibly mismatched colors. I called Manny and he didn't pressure me to bring my car here at all, but instead gave me all the information I needed in order to get the best type or repair and rental car assistance. After doing my research, I chose to indeed repair my bumper using Rosey's, which uses original parts and replicated my car's color beautifully. My insurance tried to screw myself and Rosey's over by trying to haggle over small charges while I was sitting around incurring car rental insurance fees and the auto insurance was paying for my base rental car coverage. Manny worked hard to make my insurance treat me fairly as a customer and to cover my car's repair, and it paid off. Once everything went through in terms of the red tape, the employees at Rosey's had my car out in 2 days. While it was definitely a stressful situation, I'm glad I had Manny on my side and that I chose Rosey's to repair my car! read more
