All good so far!! After that a different tech? came in and I thought she was going to clean my teeth. Instead she was just there to do another exam. After that exam she told me that I needed deep cleaning and that I had to make another 2 more appts. for deep cleaning due to insurance constraints which was going to cost me out of pocket. I said all I want is a normal teeth cleaning like I had had in the past with previous dentists and she told me they would not be doing that and I should go back to that dentist if that is what I wanted. Felt scammy, like a bait and switch tactic to me. The final tech, or whatever she was, acted like I insulted her and came back with a real attitude. Worst interaction with a dentist office ever! Not recommended!

After searching online, I came across Temple Total Dental & Orthodontic. My first impression was every staff were friendly. The dentist was really nice, professional and attention to detail. Dental assistants were kind with good customer service. I really had a great experience with Mimi the dental assistant...she explained each process, very thorough, gentle and let me be involved in my plan of care by choosing which crown I like. They had a student dental assistant and he did a good job as well and will be trained well by a wonderful team. The dental hygienist was really cool and gentle during my treatment. Dr. Dulaney herself called him back saying she had talked with someone in their in house lab and for him to come back in the very next day for his impressions and the next day he was fitted with his wax teeth.
