Moving into a…read morenew area and having been to the same dentist my whole life, I was nervous to begin my search for a new family dentist. A coworker recommended this dental office, and I am SO GLAD she did! They truly make you feel like family and are very accommodating! EVERYONE is very polite and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this office (and I have) to everyone and anyone needing a great, reliable family dentist!

THEY SET ME UP WITH A DR THAT DOESN'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. so I had to pay out of pocket for my entire procedure. Tell Me how that's fair? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Every time I called about a balance they said no it was submitted to insurance you don't owe that. Then finally they said I did owe it, while I was waiting for my appt in the waiting room and canceled my appt after I sat there for 45 min for a balance due. Y'all are a new level of shit service. They gave an estimate, over $1100.00 with my insurance. I questioned the price ( had looked up the procedure on my insurance site) they told me the insurance doesn't cover a bone graft- after thought and research I questioned about the procedure- and cost without the bone graft- amazing it was what my insurance quoted me- they then told me they wouldn't do all 4 without doing the graft on the 2 that they feel was necessary, and they could send a referral to an oral surgeon for the other 2- I told them my son doesn't need to go through that process twice and they can send the referral for all 4- They scheduled him to get a filling ( they would not schedule without a deposit) I paid the deposit- ( $25- the filling was $16) The day of appointment they called asking for the payment-When I explained I paid the deposit to cover the filling, she said she would look, eventually finding I had paid and said their system is strange- welll my son went to the oral surgeon and guess what, didn't need bone graft done and was exactly the amount my insurance estimated- Then I got a call from ACE again, asking for a deductible to be paid that they had overlooked Moral of the story- stay away as it appears they are over charging to get around what insurance pays them.

Well I thought it was IV sedation. Instead a terrible tasting liquid that he couldn't drink. So it was cancelled. It was over a month ago and they still haven't paid me back my money. I get that the sedation he spit out I can't get back but the rest needs to be refunded. They give me the run around every time I call. Told me it takes weeks to get money back. But they sure make you pay before anything happens. I don't recommend this practice.

After Dr. Rich filled my chip in, it looked horrible, only lasted 1 week, and fell out while brushing my teeth, something completely unavoidable. He did a horrible job, and I'm sure he wasn't motivated to do a better job so that I would have to spend the money to get crowns. Thankfully the office refunded the price of the filling, but not the price of the exam. If you aren't competent enough to fix a basic problem, you should point your patient in the direction of someone who can. Unacceptable
