This job went about as smoothly as I can imagine it should have. I contacted Solano Painting a couple of months ago and Emanuel arrived on schedule at the agreed upon time and date. He came prepared, and left with us, color samples for us to consider. The job started exactly on the day that had been established a couple of months before. On the day the pressure washing was to take place, we were provided with samples, painted on the building itself, of the prospective colors we were interested in. We had no trouble imagining just how these colors would look on our house and chose our favorites. While selling my house I got tagged with a particularly picky VA inspector that required me to repaint my house before I could sell it to the buyer. I was on a short timeline and needed help quick, because I was leaving town for a few weeks. I found Sal on Yelp, gave him a call and he was at my house just a few hours later. He did his walkaround and gave me a quote in writing and a firm date when his team could come do the work. I gave him some paint samples to have the new paint matched with the existing paint and left town for a couple weeks on vacation. I came back to the house looking great! The paint was matched perfectly and the VA inspector came back out and signed to house off right away.
