I prefer to get my feet done 1st den my nails(no.tips) owner was a bit upset bkuz I didnt want tips although he already knew wat I wanted b4 I got there. Told me no I have to get nails done 1st smh I obliged then the man he sent me to was rough and prayed bkuz I didnt want tips did my gel manicure wit acrylic and he wasn't happy finished he sed he dont put lotion on my hands and slapped lotion on my hands like he was teaching his child how to put lotion on his hands time to get feet done as I'm expressing my dislike of his service the woman named grace took my hands and massaged and lotioned it and proceeded to do my. To b honest im use to a certain type.of service the dude that did my manicure sed they dnt have da small fans for my hands I need to mention that. I decided to get my nails done on a whim and called this place. They said they would be able to take me right away. I got there in 5 mins and was told to sit in the 3rd chair from the door. A guy came and I greeted him and showed him a pic of what I wanted. He told me $45 in total. I said ok sounds great. But all he did was rush and rush. He never cut the cuticles and I had to correct him about 10 times regarding the shape of my nails not being right. I wanted coffin and had I said nothing they would have been square. I believe he did not want to do my nails and didn't care about giving me what I asked for. I'm giving two stars for the simple fact that my nails are ok. Went here on Wednesday 12/1, Well the owners of this establishment are friendly. But the nail tech who did my mani/pedi during my time there was very unprofessional. I mean this lady started with my pedicure, but stopped at least 5-6 times to have an outside conversation, to be nosey in someone else conversation, and to text on her phone. Then we get to my mani now and this lady is rolling her eyes, shaking her head, mumbling under her breath, all because my fingers have arthritis and usually cramps up, she did not even try to understand as I explained to her. I always tip my techs, but this rude nail tech was not getting even a dollar from me. I'm upset this isn't the first complaint of this tech either, then my nails and toes came out trash, she did a poor service. I paid my money, did not complain, but I wouldn't go back if it was the last place open. read more

I've been going here for a while but I think my time is up. Have to knock them down to 1 star. The price and quality is great, but none of that is worth getting fungus on your toes and one nail. Took my tips off and nail fungus on my index finger (doctor confirmed it was a fungus) and something that looks like nail fungus on my big toes. I will never come back here, and I advise you to do the same unless you want dirty tools used on you. In hindsight, I should have payed better attention to the tools they used then they would take them out and whether they were sanitized or not. Either way, lesson learned. They have lost a regular. Time to grow my nails back read more

I did my nails here a few times. My last visit one of my nails broke within 2 days. I went back to get it fixed and the young guy that sits in the fourth seat tried to tell me I had to come back. stating they were too busy to fix my nail. It didn't make sense since I just got them done and it literally broke from me trying to squeeze sunscreen out of a bottle. I asked "So how long does it take to fix one nail?". He couldn't say much because what kind of business turns a paying client away. I paid $75 for a gel fill in and gel pedicure plus I tipped $10 and you're turning me away. I ended up sitting there waiting until the lady that did my nails finished up with her client. And still ended up paying $5 to fix it. Plus the nail salon was empty read more

Clearly don't know how to care for nails. I came in at my 11am appointment with slightly overgrown nail tips with SNS powder and a gel top coat. They wrapped my nails twice with the same aluminum so naturally they were falling apart. I asked to have them wrapped again and was ignored by the woman, Teresa I think her name is. I asked her to do my nails since I had seen this man in the picture pick his nose and pull out a friggin nose hair. I'm sure she scolded him when he came in the back through the door since he washed his hands right away. (I also saw her clean her brush on the chair, you know those Kabuki brushes they use to dust off your hands. Gross) But still, this place is full of mirrors. Couldn't you have more decency to do that in the bathroom? I mean the guy was really digging in there. So now, with his freshly washed hands that he tries to remove my powder. He clearly can't and everything is all sticky. He's using the nail clippers to pry the nail tips off, and after three nails I tell him to please stop. He ends up stopping the service completely and mumble yells to Teresa in his own language and immediately tells me it's $10. I told him he didn't remove anything so I shouldn't be charged because LOOK AT MY NAILS. as I write this the man is clearly sitting beside himself, pleased with his work. Listen, I don't tell you what to do with your job but this had to be one of the worst salons I've ever been to. read more

I came here one time and I will never go back. Do NOT come here if you want ANC or the dip powder. They say they can do it but really they can't and charged me $40. My nails started chipping the next day. She just flat out did a terrible job. She had to redo multiple nails while doing them because she couldn't do it, they shouldn't offer the dip powder if no one can do it correctly. I wish they would have been honest about it and I would have just done gel. Really disappointed and I ended up wasting over $40. The color selection is also very limited. I would not recommend and definitely won't go back. There are plenty of other nail places in englewood I would rather give my business to. read more

This place is unkempt and dirty, should've walked out right then and there. I picked out a color for my gel manicure and I could tell by the first coat she applied that she had no idea what she was doing. I have the most lumpy, uneven manicure. A 9 year could've done a better job. The woman kept applying so many coats to fix it and blamed it on how short my nails are.. I've gotten my nails done a million times before and no one has ever blamed the manicure coming out different on my "short nails" I'll let you know if my nails fall off due to the 10-12 layers of gel she had to apply just to even out her lumpy application. This would be my first one star review, this is day 2 since the worst manicure experience of my life, my fingers are still in pain, first, the woman had trouble getting off my old gel manicure, and practically scraped off my nails, when she was then trying to file them, she kept missing my nails and filing my fingers! It told her I was in pain and asked her to stop. She then proceeded to use the clippers to even my nails out, as opposed to filing them, I asked her to stop cutting since my nails couldn't go any shorter. I finally just paid them and walked out, my nails were jagged, she couldn't even tell they were uneven, it's going to take a while to recover from the damage she did to me. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. Came here with my little sister because she had gone before for tips and they were cheap so we walk in and it didn't look really clean. The prices were very cheap but so were the nail polishes and products they were using. The lady that did mine was rude and did a terrible job. My nails looked worse than if my five year old cousin would've done then. They did nothing to make you want to go back there and everything from their tools to the actual shop looked dirty and gross.
