In response to "Aly G's" review: I was actually a customer sitting there getting my nails done that day she walked in. On the business page under Yelp, it CLEARLY states that services are "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY," meaning that you need to call in advance and make an appointment. I felt uncomfortable and upset because I was getting my nails done (having made an appointment 2 weeks in advance) and she walked in demanding that she gets an appointment. Not only was she rude to the staff who was working, she clearly did not understand what "by appointment only" means. She didn't ask when the next available appointment was but instead, she was irritated and stormed out. Kitty didn't even have a chance to talk to her because she was doing my nails. I was uncomfortable with her attitude while I was getting my nails done and trying to enjoy my time of self care. I have not once seen Kitty being rude to a customer and I've been receiving services here for years. Next time, remember what it means when it says "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" and be respectful to businesses and their customers, instead of posting a nasty review because you couldn't follow directions. read more

So I came across Kitty's shop last minute. My nails were in horrible condition before and Kitty completely transformed my nails into BEAUTIFUL CLASSY nails. Her shop is located in the back of a hair salon. However there's a door that gives you all the privacy you need. She has 1 manicure station and 2 facial beds so make sure you make an appointment. If you do, you won't have to wait long like the other salons. (I've been to salons where I made an appt and still waited 30+mins.... like why did I make an appt?!) Anyways, she has a nice selection of colors AND gems, crystals, whatever you need for nail art! She takes her time to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your nail. I took her professional suggestion and got a basic, yet still GORG reverse FRENCH GEL mani. I'll definitely be back for more. P.S. Personally, I like technicality and when she preps my nails she does an amazing job in sorting out my cuticles, cutting my nails, and nourishing my hands with oils. I'm so happy I chose this salon out of all the ones I saw on Yelp. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how spotless and CLEAN it was (not to mention how spacious it is in there too)! I felt so comfortable chatting with the girl who did my eyebrows for me and, as anticipated, they came out exactly the way I wanted. I was in a rush to go to work so I didn't have time to get my nails done, but I was given a quick tour and oh my gosh I am so excited to come back to get my hair done! The option to have your nails and hair done in one location is a huge convenience. As if that wasn't awesome enough, they even have an adorable little cafe serving coffee (iced coffee too), water, books to read, comfy chairs and tables while you wait for your hair to set or nails to dry. The prices are more than reasonable: eyebrow waxing was only $7 and was offered a discount package for the next time I come with an included facial. I had gotten acrylics at a different location for prom and they were hideous and I didn't know what to do. I looked up places near me and Kitty & Bella Skin Care was the closest. although Kitty doesn't do acrylic she was nice enough to fix the terrible job and do her magic so shout-out to her. Now, before I went to DR I had to get waxed and it was my first time ever getting waxed (down there). Kitty was so patient with me since it was super painful she even gave me a hello kitty pillow to hold for my pain. She's the best! She definitely made the experience 100x better.
