I will definitely return despite the pretty high prices here, with a 20% tip it was almost $140 total for a regular gel mani & pedi and my nails were bare, meaning I had nothing on them. Is this normal? I don't do my nails enough to know. Why not 5 stars? The pedicure space here isn't the most comfortable. It isn't the kind of massage chair where you can lean back and relax so it doesn't offer the comfort and relaxation that I've grown to expect while getting a pedicure. Overall good experience. I'm extremely disappointed with this nail salon. The service was unprofessional,they rushed me and a second technician came to "help" she didnt even sit and imagine the kind of job she did. My nails were caked on and looked terrible and when their staff made a clear mistake during my appointment, I was promised a refund. This is the first nail salon I've ever been to where tipping is treated as mandatory. The services are expensive, and during this visit I only had a basic gel manicure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it was time to pay, I did not leave a tip on the system because I intended to leave it in cash. However, the nail technician stood there waiting, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I selected "no tip", she asked "no tip?" in a clearly offended tone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was honestly shocked, as I have never experienced being questioned or pressured about tipping at any salon before. 1000 times the best nail salon I have ever been to! This is the best manicure I have ever had The nails in the picture were HAND DRAWN. All the designs were carefully put together by Ana. She was wonderful and so gentle Furthermore, they explained all the costs to me in the end! So unheard of in other nail salons that slap on prices without explanation I will say that the UV light machine where we had to stick our hands under kinda stung my nails, I think they need to look at those machines Definitely won't be going to any other nail salon for a lifetime as long as Ana is at Natsuko. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT go here. The high reviews are very misleading and may be fake. I requested a simple gel manicure (a solid color with an easy design on 1-2 fingers) and provided a clear reference photo for Agnes Suzuki. She spent over 1 hour pretending to know how to achieve the nails I requested, yet the color, design, and technique were completely wrong. She even had to keep asking another technician for help on my right hand while continuing to botch my left hand nails. Despite the straightforward request, the results looked nothing like the reference: color was bright orange instead of an elegant pink, design was blotchy and cheap-looking, nails were cut far too short, etc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 1.5 hours, another technician, Natsuko, appeared, was noticeably rude, and rushed through a 2-minute attempt to "fix" only my left hand--while Agnes continued working on the right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Both hands turned out poorly, with the right especially disastrous. The gel didn't even cure properly, causing it to lift as my nails grew out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Throughout the process, they kept blaming me for "wasting their time" and asking for too much, and manipulated me into feeling guilty when they are the ones with absolutely no skills and the nail design was extremely simple and standard (any nail technician should be able to easily achieve it).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To make matters worse, they overcharged me and pressured me into leaving a 20% tip. I drove over 45 minutes to try this salon--it was worth it! I needed my polish to last for an extended period of time while traveling. It lasted nearly 5.5 weeks! No chipping or peeling of either my toes or fingernails. Definitely worth the drive up to Fort Lee. The staff is very nice and the salon is very clean. *tip--parking directly in front of the store is one hour only. read more

Getting an appt here is absolutely horrible! They're booked out weeks at a time and the front desk receptionist is extremely incompetent. I called for a regular gel mani and pedi today and the next avail appt they had was A WEEK out. It's extremely inconvenient and it's such a bummer because the one time I actually was able to get an appt here they did a good job. I have been searching for a nail salon that provides "hard gel" quality manicures and finally have found it here. Everyone here was so nice and friendly. My nails lasted for 4 weeks and they did an amazing job without charging me an arm and a leg. So much more affordable than other salons that do comparable work and they let you pay with a credit card. I know this seems like a small thing but I HATED going to the ATM before my appointments, a big reason why I stopped going to my other salon. You can also get an appointment pretty much any time - because they have multiple technicians, which is another huge plus. I had a mani and pedi. While I wouldn't mind paying extra for a special service, but a regular mani was $28, and there was no nail dryer. The fee was too high for this basic service.! The pedicure bath did not have running water it was filled manually with a basin and during pedicure exfoliation there was no foot rest. The technician was lovely but the salon and it's fees were subpar. I would not recommend the salon for regular mani and pedi, maybe it's good for other services. read more
