A vehicle they belonged to me (driven by someone else) was involved in a small fender bender with another car and the owner of the other car and the crooks at this shop, demanded I pay over $3200 in repairs. I can't recommend CG&E highly enough!! I badly damaged two panels on the left rear of my Range Rover Evoque and had a few very deep scratches on the rear bumper. I knew the two panels would need to be replaced and I thought the bumper would too. But Juan and his team were able to buff out the scratches on the bumper and I swear it looked better than it had before!! They also detailed the interior and exterior when they were done. I'm not kidding, when I got the car back from them it was looking better than it did when I bought it. And all of this was done for a great price and took only a few days. Not being able to give 0 starts is a favor. Giving this shop a chance has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. Over charging for work that another shop did in half the time. They had not even ordered parts needed for repairs after the car was sitting there for 1 week and promised the vehicle would be done in 4 days. Was not even aware the shop was looking for parts on "sale" until the day I picked up my vehicle to take to a different shop. Charging $350 for removing a front bumper and re installing due to THEIR OWN lack of update should be embarrassing. Estimated completion date had passed and still no update. I had to personally contact shop just to keep hearing "2 to 3 days to receive approval". And blaming own customer for not communicating information when information was communicated days prior. This is not even 1/4 of the headache they made me go through. Take your business elsewhere. read more

They were kind, courteous and gave me an impressive estimate as it was going to be self pay. The reason I picked this body shop was through positive Yelp reviews, so in good conscience I can't let my frustration slide. The workers in this place seem very competent and agreeable, however it is with the proprietor, Saul, that I have my beef. There are many complaints, but here is my condensed version. Firstly, a part was said to be ordered and when calling days later I find out it was never ordered. Next, after bringing the vehicle in at a time set up the week before, I find hours later that it wasn't looked at yet. Also, when asking for an estimate, Saul seemed annoyed and came up with a price that he tried to double later when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. He also requested "cash only" - something I wasn't informed about earlier so I didn't have the cash on me. After charging me for the use of a credit card, I didn't get an itemized receipt for the work as I usually receive at any other shop. Finally, as I went outside to get my vehicle, I notice a parking ticket on the windshield which the shop made no effort to pay. All Saul could say was "these things happen" read more
