I ordered a ribeye steak, that was well cooked and delicious! The sweet potato fries were also good. Only come here once every two years but we love this place. It's an unassuming restaurant/bar within what appears to be a older strip area but such a hidden gem. Food is great and service is awesome. Since my last visit in 2015 they've added craft cocktails to the menu which is a nice addition but they also have a large beer selection. I love that this place is so close to our condo and only seems to get better with each visit. Don't let the location fool ya! read more

Very good local hole-in-the-wall type joint. Looks are nothing fancy...kind of dive-like, actually, (which we like) but our experience was great. Drinks were very good and very reasonable. I had the SOS shrimp and my husband had the burger. Both were quite good. The homemade cocktail sauce was different but good. Our server was nice...attended to our needs without hovering. We are visiting from Dallas and relied on Yelp to find us a restaurant off the beaten path. We were not disappointed. We started with the smoked tuna dip and it was delicious. Our party of four is rounded out by two teens - one got the burger and one got the gumbo as their entrees. The gumbo was terrific. The other teen felt the burger was the best she's had in her life. The grown ups opted for blackened grouper: one traditional presentation and one in taco form. The grouper was as other reviews stated-outstanding. We had zero wait time at this gem in PCB. It took us longer to drive back to our condo after dinner than our entire dining experience. You know you're gonna have a bad time when it takes over 2 hours for you to get a table, eat, and leave. When I went with my family, we had to wait for over an hour for our food to come out. As soon as it came out the owner's wife, Tiffany who helped contribute to the long wait time by sitting at a table with a full glass of wine, was hovering over the table asking if the food was good. When we politely tried to tell her that we haven't yet ate, her tone became more rude and snarky. Eventually, she ruined almost all of the good aspects of the restaurant. Additionally one of my family members ordered a steak medium rare and got a well done steak that was difficult to cut. The only remaining good aspect of this restaurant was the waitress who seemed sincerely sorry about our wait and food. read more

Upon driving up, my husband and I looked at each other with worried looks. Should we go in or not? It looks a little dated both inside and out. I had the melt which was ok. Northerners beware...apparently it's a thing to put pepper in the cole slaw down here. My husband had me take a bite and I literally choked on it and when the waiter heard me he came and made a rude comment about me being done and took my plate. Other than that the guy seemed nice. We are locals and decided to give this place a try last Saturday (12/19/20) since we've read such great reviews. It has a good atmosphere and it wasn't too busy. My husband had the tuna steak with sweet potato fries and I had a blackened grouper sandwich with rice and a grilled pineapple. Tuna steak was cold, straight from fridge..? Sent it back and came back fine, but we've had better. Blackened grouper sandwich was ok, again had better and the seasoning wasn't really there. I didn't eat it as a sandwich, just ate the fish. The temp of the fish was warm. The rice was barely warm and sticky/wet but maybe that's how it's supposed to be..? Grilled pineapple was only warm too. I didn't take photos of the food because it looked nice. I get if their higher end dishes are what you should go for, but if you can't get blackened grouper or tuna right then why spend more on a "might be good?" It was probably just us...our rare date nights don't ever turn out good. Gave 3 stars for decent service, cleanliness, and good atmosphere. read more

We were concerned about how kid freindly they would be but no worries they have a kids menu and let me tell you the food was awesome i had the ribeye topped with portabella mushrooms and it was cooked to perfection my wife had the fish tacos and she is not usually even a fish eater and she fell in love with them we will definitely be making it a regular place to eat when we return to PCB read more

I really don't write reviews but I had to for this situation. Me and friends are here in Panama City for a weekend get away and decided to try this restaurant. The food looked great and we were hungry! When we walked in we were immediately stopped and told that the kitchen was closed. A restaurants kitchen closes at 9pm? Oh ok. Also to just let you know we are a group gay black men. We said "ok" and walked out. When we did, a white heterosexual couple walked in and were immediately given menu, utensils, and were seated. Love this place, my friend works at c-level and he had me come in one weekend. Best decision I ever made. First of all the guys that work at c-level are super nice, the drinks are very strong here. The food is good, great atmosphere. If you go to c-level get Aaron to make your drink, he'll take care of you. I'm originally from atl and most places in Pcb can't make a strong drink. Well, I'm a food snob from Atlanta and this place is AMAZING!! Came here after reading the reviews- best risk in PCB! Grouper was PERFECT, grilled pineapple was delish, kids fried shrimp were plump and well seasoned, steamed veggies are the real deal, new potatoes were to die for and crinkle fries were crisp and delicious. We commented on the music being very loud over just our table.
