Dropped it off, within a couple of hours I got a call back and the gentleman told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost. Very reasonable. He told me it would be ready the next day. Sure enough my vehicle was ready before noon. Check out was quick and easy and they went over the work done and answered my questions. What blew me away was they washed my car and did the small touches like air freshener. The next day I got a phone call from them just to make sure everything was running right. Amazing. I don't know much about cars, but there was something a little stiff with my steering, and I thought maybe the power steering or some belt was going. Took it into East Setauket Auto and asked them to take a look at it and let me know what needed to be done. They could've told me numerous things and hit me with some multi hundred dollar charges, but instead they looked at it and honestly told me nothing was wrong with it and no work needed to be done so I picked my car up no charge.
