I brought my car into this location with no appointment after calling them and seeing their ads online, I brought my car in to replace the gas tank. They got the job done within a day but unfortunately when I picked my car up not only did they break my gas gauge they dirtied the whole inside of my car and got black soot all over it. I had to call them back once I initially left and paid the $500 to tell them that my gas gauge was not working they told me to bring it back in so I brought it back in and turns out they actually needed to replace a fuel sensor, funny that they needed to replace the fuel sensor because it wasn't broken before they put the new gas tank in. I would highly recommend doing your research and taking Your car to another location. If you're getting your car fixed you shouldn't be picking it up paying money just to have something else be broken, what sense does that make, none. read more

I brought my car in for a transmission fluid change. I was told they could not do it without removal of pan and gaskets etc. I agreed to pay the additional fees associated with the removal of pan etc. My car had just about 70k miles on it at the time. With no leaks. After leaving I drove the car back there because I noticed a leak in my driveway that had never been there and it looked a lil red in color. I drove back to Dr Nicks and told them that something was leaking and was red in color like tranny fluid. They did not put the car even on the lift they just looked underneath it and advised me they wiped the bottom of car and I may see some drops for a few more days, since old fluid got on the bottom of engine cradle etc. I said ok and on my way I was. Well after another 1000 miles or so the leak has gotten worse so I brought the car to dealer for a possible oil leak somewhere. Well mechanics put car on lift and no engine oil but transmission oil all over tranny pan. They continued to show me 2 stripped bolts and 1 both cracked off just left into tranny. The leaks were coming from there. So three bolts have to be drilled out of tranny and another complete fluid change and gaskets. Now I am paying almost triple for a tranny fluid change since this Dr nicks tranny shop did a subpar job and did not fix what they broke. Come on guys use a torch on a frozen bolt and if you mess up repair it properly. I would have paid a few $ more if you were honest and explained you broke 3 bolts and had to drill them out and re tap 3 new ones to alleviate a nasty leak. It's not like the car was old or ratty it is a newer car. Customers beware go to dealer these guys are not honest. Nice customer service when I got there that old school pop and son feeling with a bad outcome not sure if you just hired a bad mechanic but I'm upset I'm out those funds. I won't be back :( read more
