The estimate was done in a highly professional manner - very thorough and he took the time to explain some of the root cause issues (some issues with our flashing when roof was replaced several years ago by another contractor). He explained the options for repair, provided a verbal estimate with a formal estimate promised in 24 hours. The formal estimate was received the next day and included the price (which was in keeping with verbal estimate), highlighted what specific alterations would be made to include pictures they took during initial estimate, and offered available dates. The actual repair work was done within a day, project team was very efficient and clean, and work was high quality. We were exceedingly pleased with the outcome. I was referred to C2 Operations after trying unsuccessfully for a couple of years to have a water infiltration (into a shared wall of our townhome) issue diagnosed. Simply finding someone willing to do a "smaller" job and not an entire roof or siding replacement was tough enough, but then diagnosing an elusive problem with no clear cause (which was also putting my family at a health risk due to mildew development) made matters even tougher. We just had new windows and doors installed by C2 Operations. We are completely happy with the products installed and the installation itself. We replaced 23 windows, a patio door, side door and front door with transom and side lites. The demand for windows and doors due to storm damage in previously flooded areas of the USA delayed our installation by about a month, but this was a factory delay and not at all due to this company. The window/door delivery was done on time when we were told to expect them. The crew arrived on time , and got right to work. The crew men were polite and kept busy. When it looked like they might not finish the windows in one day, the supervisor on site called and got more people on the project. They finished by about 5:30, cleaned up the old window debris well and vacuumed their way out the door. The next day, they sent a crew to do the doors. They were installed beautifully and they took time to make sure everything fit well and that the locks operated properly. The cost of this project was reasonable, the people involved were very professional and we are extremely pleased with our new doors and windows. I just had C2 Operations come out and look at some damage to my roof and some siding concerns I had. In the end, nothing was wrong with my siding (very happy). Why do I mention that you might ask? I mention it as they did an inspection and did not "upsell" me as a prospective client for "possible work" and such. That shot the credit factor through the roof (no pun). Far too often companies try to "upsell" but not C2 Operations. They only needed to handle the roof issues which not only saved me time but money. As they were changing out a few of the damaged shingles, they added new caulk around all of the pipes extending from the attic. This has added a layer of protection as well as extended life. They even found a few old roofer patches and changed them out. Earl and Emilio are a great team as they work fast and know what they are doing. Even better, they have GREAT pride in their work. During the pricing/contract stage, Randy was very quick to respond with answers to our questions and to make last minute changes that we requested.
