I don't like to write bad things about small restaurants but this was more of an uncomfortable experience then anything. Me and my two coworkers wanted a coffee as we worked before a meeting upon entering we were not greeted but informed that there was no restroom so it was take out only. We still sat to have our coffee. The employee seemed annoyed with our presence. The cafe was dimly lit and the tv was so loud it was obnoxious. My cookie butter latte was delicious but the employee being rude to customers who came in after us was off putting that we left. read more

I was very underwhelmed with the drink I had purchased that I ended up added a coffee mixture I had made once I made it home. However, the staff and service were excellent! Went there to study but the employee said there was no WiFi "we don't do that anymore" when I asked for the password, even though there was a "C4 Guest" network. Called them ahead of time to ask what were the store hours the person on the phone said "till 9pm or 10pm." The sign going into the cafe hours said "7-11." Other customers came in after us and the employee told asked them if they were going to stay and he told them "there's a 20-minute sitting time" and that he is closing at 7pm. The C4 signature sandwich was a solid choice. Presentation was beautiful and Ingredients tasted fresh and the sandwich overall was scrumptious! Ahhh the bacon was wonderfully crisp and plentiful, with well flavored roasted chicken, pimento cheese, arugula, tomato, and garlic aioli. Definitely a winner! The Beach Bellini tea, unfortunately was a miss for me. I'm not sure what happened, but my choice of watermelon was not reflected in the taste. Call me lame, but I was sad that I did not receive rose petals in my drink. I'm wondering whether I properly read the menu. If you love Nutella, get the Nutella latte! It won't disappoint! With Sophia and I having the day off for the holiday, we were able to head here for some breakfast. They opened up earlier in the year and received praise from the locals. This visit was part of Yelp Elite week for yours truly, but C4 Coffee is also part of Yelp's 7.57 deal. So why not use it for Sophia? Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff. I can't say enough about the decor. The artwork and colors really standout. And with Latin music playing, you immediately feel cool vibes. Anyway, onto the dish. She selected as part of the deal their double dipper coffee and C4 Club sandwich consisting of 3 layers of bread stacked with smoked turkey, ham and bacon, cheddar cheese, veggies and their house dressing. She also ordered a cheese danish for dessert. Thumbs up from her. The coffee wasn't too sweet (same as my selection), the sandwich was very good and the danish wasn't too sweet. There is also an abundance of power outlets, which makes it perfect for students like me who rely on electronic devices to study effectively. I pass this place everyday and never knew it was there! I learned about it through Yelp's 757 deal. I am so happy there is a local coffee spot near me. I went on a Monday morning, I got the white mocha with oat milk and they were out of pastries so they gave a biscotti. I didn't care for the biscotti because I am not a fan of dark chocolate but my drink was delicious! My sister went the next weekend and she got a lavender lemonade and an apple pastry. WOW! Delicious. It seems pricey but you get a HUGE cup of coffee for that price. Kinda hard to find as it's on the side of the strip mall. I had the rose coffee. Had real roses in it!!! Came back to C4 since their lattes are rrrrrrrreeeeally really good - try their Gringo Loco latte. Consistently great tasting latte. Service is always friendly. Today was slightly off though. Maybe it was the rush and the crowd waiting to be served. My friend's order didn't get started until 25 minutes after she ordered! Although it turned out to be the best tasting sandwich out of 3 sandwiches we ordered. My other friend's order of avocado toast was lacking in crunch - she thought there should have been onions....??? And my order of peachy keen toast - I was disappointed since it was canned peaches which made it soggy. It didn't have the fresh grilled peaches I was expecting for a delicate toast like this. Finally, my friends and I decided to try this place today and there's no regret at all!. Their signature sandwich is a winner! The chicken breast is so tasty, the tomato and greens is so refreshing, and crispy bacon and garlic aioli makes perfection! So all the ingredients compliment each other! Then paired it with the Grigo coffee, it's just right sweetness but an extra espresso shot makes it strong and perfect! It's just my preference tho! This is my third time coming here. I'm obsessed. They have the greatest sandwiches and toasts. I've had three different coffees and three different sandwiches/toasts and they ALL have been amazing. Today's selection was a dirty chai latte, which was delicious. I chose the Peachy Keen toast. It was an amazingly delicious sourdough toast with grilled peaches, burrata cheese, basil, and prosciutto with a whisper of balsamic glaze. This was heaven. I stopped by to try out C4 Coffee. Its a cute little Colombian coffee shop with pastries, sandwiches, coffee, empanadas, drinks, and etc. It has a cool laid back vibe with nice artwork with a pop of color. He told me a bit about himself, the restaurant, and we chatted, then i placed my order... I've been twice in the same week so i'm putting both reviews together. The 1st visit i got a Creme brulée iced coffee, the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and a beef empanada. I used the $7.57 special so it was a great deal. My second visit I got the lavender blueberry lemonade. Dave said the syrups are sugar-free so that's what made me want to try it. I also got the C4 chicken sandwich with pimento cheese and a beef and chicken empanada. The coffee wasn't overly sweet, it was pretty smooth. The espresso definitely had me lit!!! I'm caffeine sensitive so if i even think about coffee it does something to me. Lol!! I'd get it again and its a reasonable price. The sandwich had a good amount of chicken and it looked tasty. I like the bread it came on. I favored the chicken ranch sandwich over the C4 sandwich. I wasn't a fan of the pimento cheese. The ranch was tasty. The empanadas were good, but the sauce that comes with them makes it even better. They had the sauce the 1st time, unfortunately they ran out of sauce this time. Dave gave me 2 free pastries with cheese to try since they were out. I thought that was very nice of him. They were having a small social event there so people were line dancing and hanging out. I cannot compliment C4's coffee enough. I am admittedly high-maintenance when it comes to my coffee. I've been special ordering a Costa Rican-grown variety since vacationing there in 2017. Now, if C4 starts to sell the beans that they serve, I will be happy to limit my carbon footprint and drive to VB versus ordering from central America. All that to say, the Columbian coffee served here is INCREDIBLE! If you don't try, even just once, without anything in it (you heard me.. no cream, no sugar), you are seriously missing out! It has no bitterness, just lovely coffee flavor! C4 is located on the side of a non-descript strip shopping center at the intersection of Timberlake Dr. & Princess Anne Road. If you're not looking for it, you may miss it. Parking is ample in a private lot. We stopped in on a rainy Saturday and were greeted by 2 young ladies and the owner. They have an eye-catching pastry case and my daughter's eyes went immediately to the HUGE muffins. We tried one of these, some coffee and I had a passion fruit lemonade that was so refreshing. The chocolate muffin was served heated and took a few minutes to come out. It was pretty busy on this date so that was to be expected. It made for a messy situation, but it was really tasty. After chatting with one of the baristas, I learned that they may be selling bulk beans in the future. Win! I came today 11:35 am the place was locked, open sign on. Waited almost 15 minutes. Left review that said to update hours if they aren't actually open. they needed. A few hours later I get a bunch of calls from the owner then a text saying I'm banned for my legit review on them not being open. Do not waste your time at this business as the owner does not know how to handle customers or reviews that he calls people up and yells at them on the phone and says they are banned. This place is bright and clean and beautiful!! The staff are warm and friendly! I ordered the Nutella latte (hot) and the avocado and toast with Balsamic glaze!! The latte was rich and delicious, great for a crisp Fall day! The avocado toast was fresh and savory! I especially like the fact that the cherry tomatoes, avocado and arugula was ALL FRESH!! Delicious and tart perfection for me. You can taste the different flavors with each sip. The breakfast sandwich was perfectly toasted with crisp bacon, fresh eggs, and super melty cheese. I also snagged the chicken cordon Blu sandwich to take with me for work later. Definitely will be coming back. Well I found my new favorite coffee spot! First thing: COFFEE They have lots of options and they are willing to tell you what most people get and what they've tried. I got the white chocolate mocha iced and it was delicious. Next time, I'd ask for less chocolate syrup. But that is just a personal preference. Next up: FOOD I got the avacado toast and I will honestly be dreaming about it. It was so good. Not too much and not too small. I will get this every time for sure. Finally: SERVICE The ambiance is great. I sat working on my laptop because they had free wifi. The chairs are typical diner chairs, no cushions or couches or anything. It was nice though! We found this spot through a local tiktoker and decided to give it a try. As coffee lovers we're always on the lookout for new spots to try, and we were not disappointed here! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and were still accommodated. The owner and staff were very friendly and inviting too! This coffee shop was opened recently, and finally I was able to try it. The first time I knew about this place was by driving by; however, they were not opened. The ambiance of the place is very relaxing, as soon as you walk in you will see the beautiful art they have for sale that the owner brings from Colombia. I love the idea of supporting Colombian artists internationally. The service was wonderful, we were greeted and the server was very friendly.
