This place is fast but prob too fast to the point where the quality of the work is not very lasting. Pedicure they used an old polish that dried soft and I can scrape the polish off really easy. Gel usually last me 2-3 weeks but I've been here 3 times and every time my nails chip, to the point where I have to leave this review. I asked for a mani pedi gel. I was talked into doing extra and given a price of $63 at the beginning of my mani pedi gel. When they started my polish on my toes it wasn't gel. I said I asked for get on both when I walked in. The guy at the counter proceeded to argue with me and basically called me a liar. He charged me $15 in addition for the gel that I originally asked for. And agreed wirh me in front of all the other customers. He didn't even offer me a discount. He is the one that takes me into the more expensive device in the first place. Never once do he apologize for misunderstanding me. Rude and very unprofessional. I will never come back!! read more

First visit--This salon is wonderful. I walked in without an appointment very close to closing time and they took care of me with no problem. I got a fill and a pedicure, I never felt rushed nor an inconvenience to them. Jenny and her husband are the sweetest! They are extremely gracious and did their very best to make sure I was happy. I left happy and returned to them as promised! Second visit-- I made an appointment this time because I didn't want to be that rude customer again and upon walking in I was remembered from my previous visit. This goes such a long way with me. I decided to go from my gel acrylics to the dipping powder. I also got a yummy pedicure, I believe it's the Elegant, not sure of the name but whatever it is...choose the milk and honey fragrance to go with your massage. It's amazing. It smells delicious and makes your skin feel so soft, it's literally drizzled over your legs. Kellie was my technician for my pedicure and her hands are golden, best massage ever and she's the sweetest! My nails look amazing, pink and white ombré and they are all my natural nails underneath. brought three people to them for three services, even upgraded. they would not honor my 10% off on week days even thought it was advertised on website. they claimed it is expired, and when i asked them to show me where it says it is expired they could not show me and said it needed to be removed. now it is removed, but bad business practice to not honor the coupon when presented. quality was ok, as my pedicure upgrade only added a foot mask and hot stone massage for 30 seconds, but was $7 more. additionally not offered a drink because of how we look (when my mom went she was offered immediately), and had to ask for all three people. vibe was nice. read more

As I type this I'm getting ready to have a gel manicure done after my last manicure lasted nearly three weeks! The staff is so friendly- Meagan and Holly always greet with warm smiles. I never feel rushed while in the chair, and they are meticulous about cleaning the spa chairs and tools. My nails always look perfect when I leave. Don't judge the salon by the decor, pink polish and a few other local salons have better style but I always feel rushed out of my seat and my gel needs to be replaced after about 10 days. I have been here too many times to count and can say this review is long over due. The new owners are as good as it gets and they really seem to understand the value of customer service. They always ask you if there is anything they can do for you even after you are in the chair. They offer you drinks with your service which is always a plus. Prices here are reasonable and you basically get what you pay for. The hot rocks included in the pedicure is my favorite. I always catch the ladies pull out clean sanitized tools with each service. This is so important! Everything you are looking for in a high end and trendy nail shop, this place has. I got a full set of acrylics but the lady kind of rushed through them as it usually takes around an hour and a half but she went through is 45 minutes.
