We installed an island and a pantry cabinet in our kitchen, and use the second half of our counter for a second island in our son's apartment. Salesperson Suha was excellent. CAA is the best. We brought our measurements for a new kitchen island. Suha created a 3D model with what we wanted on the spot. Chose the counter top, cabinets, other requests and we were done. He even gave a couple quotes based on different selections. We wanted to still shop around but couldn't find anyone that could give what we wanted at the same price. The installers all wore masks and were very respectful and professional. They even made adjustments for the new dish washer we bought. Another awesome job by Caa! They just finished remodeling my kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. It came out beautiful, absolutely stunning! We put 32x16 porcelain tile on the floor, shaker style cabinets with crown moulding, quartz countertops, and a glass tile backsplash with under cabinet lighting. So far I have used CAA to remodel a kitchen in a rental unit, my main bath, my master bath, my lanai, and now my kitchen. We couldn't be happier with them. Lina and CuBii are great to work with. They had a great selection of quartz and a number of sinks to choose from. I supplied the new faucets, but they could have worked with the old ones if I'd wanted to keep them. Or buy your own sink and they will install that as well. I worked with Suha, and he called me the day before to confirm the appointment. CAA came highly recommended by a close friend. Having recently moved to the island, I did not know where to start. They did not disappoint! All Communication with CAA were friendly, clear, and honest. There are no pushy sales person trying to sell you cabinets or services. They were there to help me with whatever I needed to remodel my kitchen. They worked with me with whatever I had, and I only had a picture of my existing kitchen. They drafted all the cabinets and gave me an itemized estimate for the cabinets and services I needed. I made changes a few times before we made a 50% down payment. They remained flexible even while the project had started, and were clear on what can be done or not. Lena was quick in answering calls or messages. Every crew that worked on demolishing the existing cabinets and ceiling, installing the ceiling and refinishing the walls, fabricating the quartz countertops for kitchen and two bathrooms, installing the cabinets and all fixtures, were very polite, respectful, and easy going. Christine made up a initial computerized diagram quote of our kitchen remodel which we were impressed with, as we just bought in some photo's of our Kitchen and Bathroom to their office. I had 4 quotes from contractors to redo the kitchen and bath in my condo. Lina showed up on time, made great suggestions and in the end, gave the best quote. Suha was wonderful, easy to communicate with and made great suggestions on the renovation design. They said they would get everything done in 2-3 days,and they did! (another contractor said the work would take up to a month!) They really accommodated my schedule, and did excellent work. I am so happy with the end result of the kitchen and bath. CAA Hawaii Cabinet was such a great company to deal with - prompt (and patient) responses throughout the estimate process as I requested various different layouts and materials and their price came out about $500+ cheaper than other quotes I gathered. On the day of, contractors were quick, clean, and professional and left my bathroom area cleaner than when they came! They arrived a little before 10AM, demo'ed my countertop, mirror, and cabinets, replaced them with the new ones, cleaned up, and were out by 2:30PM, including a lunch break when they also hauled away my old stuff!! They even touched up the paint around my new mirror and cabinets because the old mirror and cabinets were slightly wider. Any minimal language barrier issues were solved with a pretty accurate translator right there on their phone (usually just asking where things were, like an outlet, my mirror clips that I bought, or if I happened to have extra paint that matched my walls so they could touch up). Having bought a Marco Polo unit in 2014, I got several estimates to remodel the unit, and chose CAA to my complete satisfaction. Lina and crew were efficient, helpful in all regards, and completed the job most expeditiously. After the disastrous fire last year the apartment sustained much water damage, as the photo shows. The entire kitchen and master bathroom had to be gutted; the AOAO contractor could not fulfill all that was promised. I contracted CAA again, and they did absolutely everything in record time. The kitchen is magnificently post-modern minimalist, and the wonderful gray wood flooring goes through the entire unit. I could not be happier with the results, and anyone who engages CAA's services will be equally satisfied. Lina and Cuibi are as easy on the eyes as they are on the wallet. I was initially pleased with CAA cabinet, and I ultimately love my kitchen. However, they delivered incorrect products, cabinets were missing a bunch of parts (soft close hinges, shelves, fillers, $500 sink), paneling was dirty and scratched and had to be exchanged, one of the cabinets was broken at the top, and the pull out drawers were way smaller than the ones they had on display. When I described my issues with the drawers, they told me there was nothing they could do about it, and I had to really argue just to get the product I had purchased, as modeled in the showroom. Honestly, the product looks good. But if you ever buy from them triple check that all the parts are delivered!! It was difficult to do this during delivery because of a language barrier. Good people, absolutely unacceptable repeated mistakes of a multi-thousand dollar order. read more

Seriously, I won't buy cabinets from anywhere else. EVER. First of all, I spied the nicer euro style cabinets and Felix politely informed me that they were 20% more expensive. Didn't try and upsell me or convince me. I'm in sales, I appreciated that. Just let me know what differences existed with finish hardware. Second, install went well, took about 3 days. But here's the kicker. My fridge didnt fit (although spec wise the space was built correctly, the fridge was bigger than listed). They came back and changed out a cabinet and made it fit. This is after we settled up so really they could have given me the brush off and said nobody available but they got it done. So appreciative of their help. read more
