We had been shopping for months for new kitchen cabinets. Pacific Craftworks had solid cabinets, and that's what we had been looking for for a long time. We got the upgrades (crown molding, soft and self-close hinges, glass door, magic corner). I worked with Mena, she is intelligent on the design and she gave us much helpful advice. She told us how to save money in the kitchen by the design and finally, we had a great deal from her, much cheaper than Home Depot. We had just bought new major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, range) and a granite-composite sink.... Pacific Craftwork's crew installed everything PERFECTLY!!! False urgency and a hidden broker relationship led to a 14-week delay so far, and I'm still waiting. In late March 2026, I paid a 75% deposit of nearly $10,000 for 6 custom Acacia doors through Pacific Craftworks after their broker told me March 26 was the last day to secure a spot on a shared container arriving the week of May 27. Only after signing the contract did I learn that the broker does not actually work for Pacific Craftworks -- the agreement was with his separate company (Studio Pacific). In text messages on March 26 and April 8, the broker confirmed the doors were estimated to arrive at the end of May and stated that my order had been "processed and scheduled for production." Immediately after those messages, communication collapsed. He stopped providing meaningful updates and began sending long, vague responses that contained no useful information about production or shipping status. After 14 weeks, I still have not received confirmation of when the order was actually submitted to the manufacturer in Vietnam, nor any reliable ship date. I followed up multiple times directly with Pacific Craftworks, including sending a formal demand letter. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, Pacific Craftworks has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue or hold their broker accountable. I was told they could not assist. This experience has caused significant delays to my condo renovation. Even while in Vietnam, only about an hour from the factory, I was not permitted to visit to check on the order. I am still hoping to receive the doors, but after 14 weeks with no confirmed timeline and Pacific Craftworks refusing to take responsibility for their broker's conduct, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly. read more

Very precise measurements and specifications taken by Mena and drawn up on easy to understand plans. Review and changes were quickly accommodated with professional assistance and recommendations as needed. Cabinets cut and assembled in Vietnam and delivered within 2-4 months time. Installation by in-house team was efficient and precise. We had to have toe-kicks redone for installation of removable brackets and that too was professionally accomplished. These are not your run of the mill big box store or 'made in China' cabinets. Various selections to make for hardwoods, design and finish - this is truly custom cabinetry at its best. Beyond relieved and happy that we did not use Pacific Craftworks. Mena's reply is clearly dishonest. She did NOT spend lots of time with us and NEVER said the reason for the deposit was to be sure we used their service. What she did however, was begged me via email to remove my yelp review, that alone shows her character and the kind of company this is. The truth deserves to be told to prospective customers. I still would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Pacific Craftworks. The company I chose to do my kitchen, came out to my home FOR FREE and spent nearly 3 HOURS with my husband and I (the 1st at his place of business for 1 hour and the 2nd at our home for 2 hours, measuring and going over designs). Mena's measly 15 or so minutes was a waste of time, like I previously said...opinionated, surely not listening to the customer but presenting what pleases her and not the customer. We wanted to order 2 custom vanities from Pacific Craftworks. Initially Mena was easy to work with when we first met her at the showroom. After that it was a different story. She does not respond to her emails promptly, which is her preferred contact method. She was late to our second meeting where she was supposed to present the vanity designs to us. She wanted the down payment that day, which she appears to have just made up a figure on the spot. She requested a check or cash for the down payment and could not provide me with an invoice. I did not have cash on me or a check at the time so she told us to bring it when she comes to do measurements. She said that that was not a problem at all. Due to the unique nature of our plumbing we wanted Mena to come to our residence and measure the necessary areas. She insisted that the installer needed to come with her even though we would be using our own installer. We had to adjust our schedule to have Mena and her installer meet with us. When we started to do demolition work and remodeling we discovered possible issues that we wanted Mena to come and see that day before dry wall work was done. Mena told me that she couldn't come that day and that she doesn't work on the weekends and that Monday was a holiday so the soonest would be Tuesday when we planned for her to come initially. We asked if there was anyway she could come over the weekend and told me that I didn't even put a down payment down so that wasn't possible. I reminded her what she told me about the down payment and she told me that I didn't hear her correctly and to ask my boyfriend and sister what she said was correct. Basically she is very RUDE to say the least and it seems like her customer service only shines when dollar signs are flashing in her face. We are completely remodeling our house and we are on a tight schedule. She kept saying that I told her everything too last minute, which I understand. However, I told her that remodeling and demolition is not black and white and that issues do arise. Also Mena told us that the vanities would take 3 month or more to arrive as they are custom made in Vietnam. If you want unique cabinets and are willing to practice patienceand deal with horrible customer service then choose Pacific Craftworks. I'm sure if we were ordering all of our cabinets from here Mena would've been more than accommodating. I guess we just didn't order enough and couldn't afford her customer service. Our doors were finished by Pacific Craftworks Install team last week.We worked with Mena from selecting the design, choosing the materials/ colors, placing the order. She was really professional and knowledgeable and she suggested gate ideas to us. My husband and I work all week so she came to our house on Saturday to measure at our house and we appreciated what she did. The door arrived in early April, however we weren't ready to install the door that time so Mena helped us to talk with the company to store our door in their warehouse for almost 2 months without charging us. Their policy is 1 months stored free, after 1 month they will charge you but Mena said they rarely charge any clients for storing if clients are not ready.We chose carving doors and sidelight with etched glass, with Asian Mahogany wood. I have to remodel my 30 years old condo in Kaneohe. We did not want anything from home depot and would like to customize my cabinets and we are especially interested in Teak wood. As I shop around, I find out that Teak is a very expensive wood to get locally. Pacific Craftworks is the place that offers the most quality and customizable Teak wood at a competitive price. The staff were responsive and pleasant to work with. I now have a dream kitchen, bathroom, and bar within my budget. Do allow a lead time of about 8 weeks lead time as the cabinets are all custom made in Vietnam. Once the cabinets arrive, we were also pleased with the delivery and installation process. The delivery crew were very careful when they move the heavy boxes up the stairs and did not leave a dent on my condo. Regarding the installation, the lead installer, Khoa was very punctual and skilled. The cabinets were installed with great care. I had cabinetry and quartz counters in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms all outfitted by Pacific Craftworks (PC) - six years ago. The products still look and perform fine after all these years. Wear and tear is expected with time. I had no one to call but PC when some front panels loosened and fell off. George and Johnny came promptly to have a look and was ready with tools and materials to fix it. The warranty had already expired (five years) but they still did the repairs professionally and cheerfully without charge. I still believe that there should be a longer warranty time for such a high quality product. However, I am thankful that they repaired it as if under warranty. Its the goodwill that inspired me to write this feedback. High quality products and great after sales service are what PC offers. Thanks again. read more

Buyer Beware! The cabinets are nice. It is made in Vietnam. When you purchase the cabinets, they will give you an estimated delivery date. The delivery date can be two weeks to four weeks delayed. If you are on a time deadline, do not use this company. If they are delayed with the manufacturing of your cabinets or the container is not full, then it will be delayed. They do not discount the price for the delay. When you call to get an update, they always tell that it is on the boat. Or, the boat took a detour to the mainland before arriving in Hawaii. Next, you must pay in cash or check. If not, they will assess you the credit card fee. This is in direct violation of the credit card agreement. All major credit card companies do not allow vendors/stores to back the fee to the customer. Besides, cash is not reportable. All of their wood cabinets are stained. Often times the stain is not the color you wanted. While Vy is nice, the owner's attitude (Andy) will tell you "no can help" you are not happy with the item(s). He will make it very difficult to correct the situation. In one particular case, I had a hole in the back of the cabinet. Andy's resolve was "nobody is going to see it." In the worst case scenario you need to wait several more weeks to have your item re-made. They will also try to sell you the countertops. Again, beware. Much of the countertops are cut by another Andy owned company. Their pricing is much higher than their competitors. The countertop company is a few blocks from the Pacific Craftworks show room. They will charge you a delivery fee to bring the countertop to Pacific Craftworks. Finally, be aware that their cabinets are veneers. read more

Based on a recommendation of a of a friend who had Pacific Craftworks manufacture the cabinets, interior doors, and exterior doors I went and met with Andy and Vy to discuss the options for cabinets for my kitchen. Both Vy and Andy were very helpful in adjusting the layout. I went with the Acacia cabinets in a shaker style. I love the cabinets and am very happy with Pacific Craftworks. I have attached a couple photos but they don't do the cabinets justice. The cabinets took about 2-2 1/2 months to have cabinets made and arrive at my house. I know other reviews mention their cabinets arriving late. I can only speak for myself and my cabinets arrived about a week before I was told they would and I am incredibly happy with the quality of the cabinets and the friendliness of the staff. Ordered cabinets in March and made the deadline for mid-May delivery. Cabinets finally showed up mid-July. The company made zero effort to keep us informed and seemingly had no answers as we continued to inquire as to what was going on. John was the salesman. In July, the company must have hired a new front office girl because things got much more pleasant and she was at least helpful. On the plus side, the cabinets did finally arrive. The warehouse guy was very pleasant and helpful and said we should have insisted on a free delivery. He was very apologetic for the company and represented them well. I had a truck so there was no way I was trusting the company to deliver them.
