We didn't have the original receipt and they only had the signed waivers (seriously?!?!?). The person who rang us out each time said the person who rang us out (you) must have not sent you the original receipt and the waivers aren't enough. We showed him the receipt where they fixed it a couple weeks ago and we weren't asked for documentation then and he still refused to perform the service without payment. We paid him the $65 and he told us to take it up with corporate (we will be) and kept saying how nice he was and we shouldn't be angry. The piercer had the nerve to want a tip after this interaction. Good luck with that! Niceness + incompetence doesn't = great customer service. Stay far away from this place.

I requested a black tattoo consisting of 3 numbers, 2" wide on my arm and was quoted $100 flat which is their minimum. The owner made a copy of my ID and the tattoo artist (sorry I forgot your name) confirmed the font and size. I waited less than 10 mins and was done within 15 mins. The lines are clean and exactly what I wanted. I also left a 20% tip. They use saniderm which I'm also a fan of. Thank you so much for my tattoo, I love it! Wish I had come across this place sooner so I could get more.

For someone with metal allergies, this is a serious and potentially harmful. As for the manager -- he was rude when we walked in, didn't say hello and just asked if I had an appointment, but that paled in comparison to how he treated a grandmother who had come in excited to wait for her daughter and granddaughter for the little girl's very first ear piercing. He was really rude to her, and that's not okay. That's a memory-making moment for a family, and she deserved so much better than that.

The prices here are a bit high, in my opinion... the cheapest price for two basic, "starter" earlobe piercings was ~$110. But I feel like the price is worth it because they are super sterile, surgical-grade, extremely knowledgeable in any piercing placement, and seem like they have many years of experience, no matter which piercer you go to. They're super thorough and sterile with everything, which obviously matters most. I highly recommend and will continue to go back in the future!
