I couldn't stop ogling all of the jewelry options Very professional, hygienic and accommodating service. I came for a flat piercing, and while it was on the higher end of the pain scale, the piercer did an incredible job. I'm beyond thrilled with the result!

This is not your ordinary piercing/body jewelry shop. If I could over-rate or duplicate my rating over and over again, I WOULD. After calling another shop that was completely booked with no walk-ins accepted on a Sunday, I called Elite Jewelry Co. I spoke with Rob and he informed me they take walk-ins until 11 pm. Being from out of town and wanting your first adult piercing is a pretty big, impulsive commitment. Either we're doing this today or I'M OUT! From the minute you walk in, you are surrounded with bright displays of upscale body jewelry you expect to see on Instagram. The jewelry is interweaved with black & white photography from African cultures, who celebrate their body modifications. Rob is the sweetest, calmest, and one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever met. The entire piercing process was perfect and effortless. You can tell Rob loves his job with the way he cares for his customers. Rob has certainly orchestrated his masterpiece on piercings very well. My Experience with Rob: 1. What did I want pierced? I showed him a picture of what my inspiration was. I also asked him how long the pain and healing process lasts. I was thinking of getting 2 piercings (right helix+lobe or right helix+helix), but decided on 3 (right helix+helix+lobe). 2. What type of jewelry did I want? Gold? Titanium? Rob also helped me with what looks best and catered the size of the earrings based on my ear structure. 3. Rob sanitized everything for 5 mins and proceeded to clean my ear with an iodine solution and then with alcohol. 4. Wearing sterile gloves, Rob used a sanitized toothpick and dipped it in some sort of ink to mark where he was going to pierce. He confirmed the placement was perfect with me. If it wasn't, he would use alcohol to remove the ink, and re-mark it to where I wanted it to be. I also liked how he marked the front, back, and/or cartilages. 5. Then, the magic began. He started with my lobe, made sure I took a deep breath in and pierced as he told me to take a slow, deep breath out. Me: AND THAT'S THE EASY ONE?! OH GOD. He proceeded to my ear. OH GOD. I thought I was going to pass out right there and then. As soon as he finished, I thought, "OH S- WE HAVE ONE MORE EAR TO GO" But, as soon as I was about to brace myself for Round 3, he told me that he was finished and pierced BOTH helixes at the SAME TIME!!! 6. He instructed me on cleaning, and took pictures of his excellent work. I am on day 3, and I am still HIGHLY impressed with my first adult piercing experience. Healing is going well. I personally, am done with piercings, BUT I HIGHLY, HIIIIGHLY recommend coming here with Rob!!

    Uneven piercing

My second holes were pierced unevenly and it cost $300. I do understand that my ears are not perfectly the same size so some unevenness could be expected, but after taking out my studs and putting in hoops, the angle of the earring on one of my ears is just ridiculous how it sticks out to the side. I can't help but think it could've been pierced at a different angle for it to fall normally like my other ear rather than resembling Dumbo. After taking out the studs, they also didn't even appear to be real gold so I'm confused how I was possibly charged this price. Friends have had better experiences here so perhaps it was just my piercer, but I was very disappointed.

The sign says there is a 2 person limit, but there were three people waiting for their friend who was being pierced in the back

I have had good experiences at this shop in past years, but I was really sad to see that they're not following their own COVID protocols. I can't trust a piercing shop that isn't sticking to their own safety and hygiene rules. (Photo taken 2/13/21.) I checked with the shop after taking the photo below, in case the signs were not up to date on their policies, and they reiterated the policies on the sign. Unfortunately you can see that they're not doing what they say they are. Beware- they're not COVID safe.

I love this place! I've gone here for all my nose piercings and they have healed beautifully! (Although, whenever I got my other side nostril done it was not even, I've gotten over it now)

She took this photo right after.

I got my nose pierced last night and it was the most comfortable experience. Roxy was super sweet and attentive to my concerns. She played my favorite music and she also made me wait the time to sterilize everything. I really recommend this place. It isn't super cheap, but that's because of their quality. It's worth it. When wanting to know about price, just bring about $100.

I made an appointment and paid the $100 reservation fee online. I was reminded several times of my appointment. There is a website and Ms. Smith has an Instagram account with many photos of her work. There are many 5-star reviews here on Yelp. I live in New Mexico, where piercings are done in tattoo parlors by rough-looking men. That wasn't the experience I wanted. Ms. Smith is thoroughly professional and competent. She spent time with me concerning my previous earlobe piercings, which had closed up over time. She went over the earrings choices with details about stones and white vs. yellow gold. I never felt rushed. I ended up purchasing two sets of lightning bolt earrings with tiny stones, one pair in each gold color. She was meticulous in positioning and marking my lobes. The actual piercing of both ears was quick and almost painless. I was given an instruction card detailing home care of the new piercings. Clinical Ear Piercing by Rachel Smith offers a very professional and comfortable client experience. I highly recommend this business.

She walked out skipping and smiling and so excited to show everyone her pretty new earrings. Highly recommend!

While picking out jewelry the gentleman gave me great advice. Judina did my piercing and she was absolutely a delight. She instantly noticed that I possibly already had them pierced. My daughter received a total of 3 piercings and I received one piercing - paid north of $700. The first time one of my daughter's piercings fell out, they fixed it with no questions asked, no documentation needed. It fell out again this morning, the person who helped us EVERY SINGLE TIME, asked for an original receipt before they put the piercing back in. We didn't have the original receipt and they only had the signed waivers (seriously?!?!?). The person who rang us out each time said the person who rang us out (you) must have not sent you the original receipt and the waivers aren't enough. We showed him the receipt where they fixed it a couple weeks ago and we weren't asked for documentation then and he still refused to perform the service without payment. We paid him the $65 and he told us to take it up with corporate (we will be) and kept saying how nice he was and we shouldn't be angry. The piercer had the nerve to want a tip after this interaction. Good luck with that! Niceness + incompetence doesn't = great customer service. Stay far away from this place.

I told both the piercer and manager upfront that I'm allergic to stainless steel and titanium. I was specifically assured that the bar, the part that actually goes through the ear, was solid 14 karat gold. It wasn't. It was stainless steel. I was also told the back was a screw back, but it was just a pop back. Weeks later, when my piercing wasn't healing, I had it removed and that's when I discovered the truth. For someone with metal allergies, this is a serious and potentially harmful. As for the manager -- he was rude when we walked in, didn't say hello and just asked if I had an appointment, but that paled in comparison to how he treated a grandmother who had come in excited to wait for her daughter and granddaughter for the little girl's very first ear piercing. He was really rude to her, and that's not okay. That's a memory-making moment for a family, and she deserved so much better than that.
