Trying to find a new salon when you relocate is such a daunting task. I had some pretty badly damaged hair due to a previous experience and was apprehensive about trying a new stylist. Enter Paige. She was so kind and reassuring. I felt at ease almost immediately. She was very honest about what the process to healthy hair would look like and I was so relieved when I saw my hair the first time she turned me around in the chair that I cried. After several months, lots of masks, a brief nutrifol regimen and lots of TLC later I'm so happy with my color, how my hair feels and the length that I've gained. I feel so much better about my overall appearance now and I have her to thank. Also huge shout out to Sierra, who took an emergency appointment with me when my hair grew a little too well from the treatments and I needed to get a touch up before started a new job. She was also lovely. Everyone is really - I feel welcome here by everyone. Everyone is super sweet and it's a really nice environment. It's also a beautiful space, they carry great products and do great work! It's everything I was hoping to find when I moved here. read more

Soo I first left a really great review but then after my hair started growing it looked awful and you can just tell that I need to get it done again.... Now when I went in there I didn't really know what I wanted but I showed a picture and a root shadow should've been added into it because who wants a harsh grow out line? My hair before she touched it had a root shadow so it wouldn't have to be redone every 2 weeks. Not sure what to do now because paying 500 isn't really worth it.... read more

Beware of the "Caban brand extensions" they are extremely over priced and horrible quality. I would not recommend getting extensions here. I had hand tied extensions from Caban for 2 years and the quality of the extension hair is horrible. It is cheap hair from china and will become fried and begin to split very quickly. My hair also never matched the extensions. I have since found a new salon that uses a well known brand and the quality is much different. I was 100% a customer. And know for a fact that this is cheap extension hair that does not last more than a few months. Beware! And find someone else in the area who uses covet and mane or an equivalent quality extension. I wasted over 6,000 on cheap hair and wish someone would have warned me. read more

I grew up going to salons in NYC so I have very high expectations. I had tried other salons in the area but I felt despite was I was asking for I would end up with a very generic, one dimensional, high light job. I had my first appointment with Courtney and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted. We went through photos and she explained to me step by step what it would take to get to where I wanted to be. I came in with a very bright blonde and I wanted something more natural. My experience was amazing start to finish. The salon is beautifully decorated and all of the staff were very friendly. I left finally feeling like I had gotten the look I wanted for the last year. Color washed right out. Begged for help in getting this touched up. Refused to help me blaming me for not getting a service that I had no idea was even an option. I've been several times and things are great as long as you don't have a problem. The second you have a problem they do not value you as a customer. I paid over $300 and apparently I was still supposed to request something called gray coverage. How should one know to ask this? It wasn't offered to me, it's not listed as a service on their website and the several Times I went prior to I never had any issue with my grays not being colored. This time it washed right out! And they refuse to take accountability and touch my hair up free of charge. Not looking for a refund just it fixed. Over $300 and I shouldn't have a front head of gray within a week! Owner wouldn't even call or respond to me. Only the stylist responds via text only. Poor customer service. They are all about the money. They are all quite young including the owner so in due time they'll learn proper customer service when they mature. Funny she can respond to a community page complaint but never to be direct and never offered anything to me other than her stylist offered to come back and pay $95 more dollars which would have made it $395 if I did.... that's not realistic... and for nothing special. What really tops the cake though- is their blog on you tube that they actually bash me and other customers. It's called Bitches in the Breakroom. THIS is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen a business do. It's great they found time to do that rather than call me and fix my hair.Nobody should have color wash right out regardless of cost but especially paying that much. There is no good excuse- but they sure try hard to make one so they don't have to do what is right... and fix their mistake. They have forgotten their customers... every single one is what keeps their doors open and what pays their bills. So impressed with this salon. The staff was so friendly! Today was my first time going to this salon and I know I'll be going back. I went in for cut, color, and Brazilian blow out. All of which turned out great! Isabella was my stylist and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so kind, easy to talk to and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I can't say enough about this amazing salon! I have been seeing Sierra at Caban & Co for over a year now! She has transformed my blonde beautifully & naturally! My hair has never been so healthy and has never grown so quickly! I see Sierra for color as well as extensions! I love having that option to add some length or volume to my natual hair. My absolute favorite salon I have EVER been to. They always know exactly what I need, especially when I don't. In my opinion, if you aren't clear on what you want than that's probably why you didn't get the results you wanted. I said, no yellow, no money pieces, no stripes. Unfortunately, I left with all three. I wish I never went to this salon.
