The salon itself is incredibly modern and welcoming, it's honestly beautiful inside. Laura D. cut my hair and she was so thorough and very meticulous throughout the whole process. I brought in inspo photos to show her what I wanted- in the end, she gave me exactly that! Rarely do I ever leave a haircut 100% happy, but not in this case! After exploring several salons in the triangle, and unhappy with the results after most, I am so glad I found this Salon and had Laura do my hair. She knows exactly how I like my hair colored and cut and has me walking out with a huge smile every time. I have curly, damaged hair and she is so patient with my whining and manages to make my hair look fabulous EVERY time. I'm very particular about my color and cut and she has never let me down. I highly recommend her as a stylist. Aura as a salon is very comfortable and I always easily find parking. They offer wine, coffee, tea or water as well. A very nice touch!

I had Hannah and she did an AMAZING job on my hair. I previously went to a salon to get my first round of balayage and noticed such a small difference then that I was blown away with the difference Hannah and Janet made for me! My hair is naturally black and thick, and even after my new balayage it still feels healthy and shiny. Atmosphere Salon is 100% my go-to for whenever I am in Raleigh from now on, the prices are reasonable and the staff is so dedicated and great at what they do!

I told the stylist I do not want to have to style my hair regularly so it needs to fall under without using a round brush. I have had this style many times before without any issues and for the first few days it fell nicely. But after a few days, after I had left the country, it completely flips up and it looks cut all uneven. My hair is a complete disaster now. The sylist (senior!) spent about 5 minutes cutting it dry (which was a first for me) so perhaps that is not surprising. Going to have to find someone in Europe to hopefully fix it so I can look somewhat professional. One of the worst haircuts of my life, especially for the price.

I had enjoyed the healing touch of a Reiki trained massage therapist back in Tampa where we moved from. I thought I would never be fortunate enough to find another healing touch such as his,, but Nadia is amazing at her massage pressure & her ability to provide healing energy. I love her Salon Suite for massage therapy time - great music, perfect lighting, and healing energy permeates the entire space. Nadia is part of my monthly self-care routine. Alli Carter has become my new hairstylist in Raleigh, and she is fantastic at her craft. She listens to what I am hoping to accomplish with my super fine hair, and she styles according to me wanting to grow it out just a bit during the winter. Not only they made my Mother-in-law's trial look absolutely horrible. The entire trial process is lack of communication. This make up artist didn't communicate about she's about to do or what's going to look like at all during the trial. She just simply does what she knows to do. And surprise you with a result you don't want. The entire experience is just a guessing game. You just sit there and pray that it is not too terrible. And any feedback I give all they did was trying to lower your expectations or gaslight you. The worst thing is that they send an email for "feedback" after the trial and I gave very detailed and feedback and asked questions. 3 days, I followed 2 times and zero responses until I had to text them asking for a response. And this is 1 week before the wedding day. The lack of communication and horrible service does not do the pricing justice. Worse than 1 star review. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK.
