I absolutely love Cabana tan & spa. I have been tanning here for 8 years. The tanning specials are reasonably priced. There are many beds and many options. Recently I noticed that it changed ownership along with being closed on Sunday. I drove out on Sunday to tan but was so disappointed when I discovered it closed. There are many tanning salons. I live in Pleasant Prairie which isn't close by. I found Cabana tan and started tanning there because of Cindy. I am all about blessing people and their businesses. I came for my first ever custom spray tan and the owner was amazing! So helpful and told me everything I needed to know. The tan lasted almost 11 days and it was perfect! I also bought the tan extender and I am in love with it. I still maintain my tan just by putting that on every couple days or just whenever I feel like it and it smells amazing. I've found my new go to place! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They know what they are doing and are very professional and fun. My usual spray tan place doesn't do them anymore so a friend recommended i go to Cabana Tan. I believe it was the manager that did my spray tan, needless to say she was awesome! The owners here are most customer service oriented I have seen around. Impressed, owner would not take a tip for airbrush tanning service. i was told she never took a tip in 15 years. Cabana Tan & Spa offers a variety of services. My review speaks only of their massage services. I had a knot in the area of my left shoulder blade and a lot of tension in my shoulders and decided to give Cabana Tan & Spa a chance. I have received at least 50 massages over the past 10 years, 99% of which have been great. I described to Paula, Cabana Tan & Spa's CMT, the areas in which I was experiencing pain, tighness & discomfort. She confirmed with me that those were the areas I wanted her to concentrate on. She then proceeded to perform the massage. She concentrated mostly on my upper back and shoulders as I had requested. She eventually moved away from my upper back and shoulders and worked on my head then a couple minutes on my legs through the sheet and my pants before telling me to take my time getting up and she'll be waiting outside the room. I told her that I still had a great deal of tightness in my shoulders and that nothing had really changed. I asked if she had an extra 15 minutes available. She stated that she did not as she had another client coming in but that she normally would. She then left the room. I got dressed and went outside. She told me to put some heat on the area. That was the only information she offered. I felt as though she completely missed the point of getting a massage. I put the fee for the massage, $75.00, on my credit card and am considering the option of a chargeback. There was so much more she could have done in terms of customer service. I had a similar, but not quite so unproductive, session in Florida. The masseuse was more than happy to spend an extra few minutes to make sure I was taken care of. read more

I moved to the area recently and went to Cabana Tan in Paddock Lake. I must say I had the best customer service I have had in a long time. Friendly,intellegent owners working their business.
