He is the only cab company I have come to trust to pick me up on time for a flight, as he has been early and waiting outside, whether it be at 4AM or in the middle of a snowstorm. Great service and the taxi was on time. And the cab driver was a cool guy! Came to Boston for a med school interview from California, and the night before the interview I tried to reserve a cab. It was late at night... right before 11pm... and could not find a cab!!! Called Cabbie's cab first, and he said that he wouldn't do a small job. Called other place, this guy rudely said "call in an hour" and hang up. Tried the other places and nobody picked up the phone. As I was starting to panic, I called Cabbie's Cab again. I said, "Hi, I just spoke with you 5 minutes ago, and I couldn't find anybody to take me..." The guy with a sigh " Ok Ok, I'll take you! But I'll charge you a little extra!" Me "of course, that's fine!" He showed up on time, actually about 10 minutes early with his white Honda. It was ugly outside---raining in 40 degree weather. When we got to the school, he was so nice that he got off the taxi to find out which building was the building I need to go to, so that I wouldn't get wet. He even carried my luggage to the entrance. I asked him to pick me up after the interview to the airport, and he said yes. Of course he was early, and waited for me outside. He asked me how the interview went--I was so happy to talk to someone nice after such a long stressful day! He's someone I would invite into my house. If I am ever in the area, I will use Cabbie's cab in a heart beat. read more

Initially planned for 5:45 am departure, but driver was there 15 minutes prior. Easy process of making a reservation via 3 texts. Initially plan was to take white accord, but ended up riding in Odyssey. Friendly driver, helped with getting stuff in and out. Good experience, will use this service again. read more

I've used Cabbie's Cab almost every time I've travelled to Logan Airport. The first few cab companies I tried in Cambridge were all late - one by nearly an hour! Cabbie's, on the other hand, will show up early every time. The cars are very clean and the drivers are friendly. Totally recommend them - easy to book in advance as well! A pleasure. read more

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I needed to get to the airport at 5 am on a Sunday during COVID and couldn't book a Lyft in advance. I booked a car through the Cabbie's Cab website and got a text confirmation. The driver showed up 15 min earlier than the crazy early pickup time of 4:30 am. He was wearing a mask and gloves and took every COVID precaution--he opened windows while driving and carefully sprayed both the trunk and back seat off we got off. Price is very reasonable compared to other cab companies--$35 flat rate plus tip and $5.25 airport toll. Some other places wanted $70! Crazy. You can rest assured the driver will arrive on time even at some ridiculously early hour and keep you safe. Only slight downside was we requested to pay by credit card but were asked to pay cash--fine by me but may be inconvenient if you're not expecting it. They say they have a credit card option where they send you a payment link but not sure how it works. read more

His business system is great (reserve by text, pay by CC), and he shows up on time. He's reliable which is saying something compared to some other companies. We found his driving style to be erratic, however, and both times we came in to Logan were peppered with texts and calls while waiting for our bags. read more

I tried calling to book a cab for the following morning from Cambridge to the airport. I asked for 4:30 am and was told they could only do 4:45am and there was nothing earlier. Needless to say I won't be trying to call this cab company for service in the future. read more

I am giving them 1 star only because the driver that picked us up was ok. On our return trip, the driver was AWFUL. Attitude was terrible, didn't attempt to help with our bags. He drove terribly!! You will be harassed with multiple text messages. I would never recommend this service or use it again. read more

Used Cabbie's Cab for a ride to Logan early in the morning. Very professional and polite. The driver arrived early and the owner confirmed our ride several times. The flat rate was very reasonable considering we needed a minivan for our 4 bags plus stroller. I would definitely book again when needing a ride to the airport! read more

Fantastic car service. I took Cabbie's Cab to the airport on short notice, after reading good reviews on yelp. They were able to accomodate me, confirmed via text message, showed up exactly as promised, were able to take payment by credit card (taxis in Cambridge do not!), had a flat rate (same as I pay for a taxi), and sent me a receipt via email. The driver was very friendly. Cabbie's cab is the best way to get to the airport from Cambridge, hands down. read more

Worst service ever. It starts with the rude booking service, when they refuse to tell if the price includes tolls, tax, extra luggage etc. When they arrive it usually 30 min late or 30 min earlier (and then they rush you to come out), then you find that the basic fare of 35$ doesn't include any of the above (making your trip 50$). Their cars are dirty and smelly, and the drivers drive like crazy and you might find yourself in the hospital instead of the airport. BIG NO! read more

I came out of lurking on yelp for a few years just to give this business the credit it deserves for saving me on a recent trip! I can say honestly, it was the best cab service I have experienced in my life! I was departing for a lengthy trip at an odd hour (3:30 am) from between Porter and Harvard Square and the car was at least 15 minutes early with a text to let me know it had arrived. All the similar glowing reviews will attest to the punctuality of this service, but I wanted to take the chance to highlight how Cabbie's Cab went above and beyond for me. In my stupor at 3:30 AM, on my way to meet my inlaws across the world, I managed to somehow slip off my wedding ring like a clown! My driver was not only accommodating in my personal search, which ultimately turned fruitless, but ended up saving the day by making me a promise, that if it was in the car, it would be returned to me, and keeping that promise. Sure enough, after dropping me off at the airport, his exhaustive search yielded my ring which he managed to return to me before my flight! Amazing! This was my first time using Cabbie's. After I walked out to the (on time, waiting) cab I realized I had forgotten my government ID (needed for TSA at the airport) in my dorm room. The incredibly polite cabbie let me dump out my bag in the back of his cab so I could search for it and when I couldn't find it waited for me to sprint back up to my room and search for it even though this would make our leaving a few minutes late. I was in full panic mode and he had every right to cancel my ride but instead his calm, professional demeanor and willingness to wait helped me calm down and honestly made my morning. I got to the airport on time, the cab was clean, and he refused my offer to tip him more in cash than the included 15% I had prepaid. Completely worth it. I am really impressed with Rajan's service. He takes great pride in his business, and it's extremely important to him to provide outstanding service. Friends of mine booked a 5:30 am trip with him, and he was very responsive, and early! Because of this, my husband and I used his cab service to the airport the following day, and he again was right on time, and very professional. We booked again for my trip back from the airport, and my experience was the same. Credit card payments are a breeze with his ipad, and his car is comfortable, clean, and warm. He has 5 or 6 people that work with him, so availability is likely to be good. I wouldn't take heed of the one bad review - Rajan told me about it, and was very down and confused about it - said he had scoured his email/texts for the reservation and had no idea who the person was! Every time I need a cab, I'm calling these guys. Can't recommend it enough. Not only are these extremely nice (and new!) cars you get to ride in, but the service is incredibly helpful, on time (actually a half hour early!) and technologically up to date. I mean, text messages to confirm my pick up time and location, calling them when I'm heading out to the pick up area so they're ready, and a receipt from my credit card payment that gets sent to me via his iPad? Beautiful. A college student's dream company. He even pointed out that at the bottom of his text message there's a link to the website so you can book your taxi online! Excellent service, and a flat rate of $35 to get the airport. Wonderful. Now instead of getting stressed with carrying my luggage on the T, I'll happily take Cabbie's Cab to the airport. read more

I wrote a positive review of this service a couple of years ago but wanted to update that the times I've used it since then have been extremely frustrating. For example, my sister and her boyfriend had an early flight about a week ago and needed a 4:30am pickup. I made the arrangements ahead of time and figured everything was set. The alarm went off at 4, and while we were brushing teeth etc., i realized I had already missed 2 calls from the driver saying he was there. My sister's boyfriend also says he thought he heard someone clapping/whistling outside. In any case, we felt incredibly rushed due the the pressure the driver was applying simply because he had arrived there 20 minutes early. A 4:30 pickup means 4:30, not 4:10. Obviously, it's annoying when cab drivers are late, but it turns out it's almost just as bad when they are too early. This is a customer service oriented business. Perhaps the rushing is a result of lots of appointments, but to me that seems irrelevant. I've since had much better experiences with Chill Out First Class Cab. read more

wow... called this company...guy answers on his iPhone. Between his terrible cell reception and thick accent it was a failed conversation. I hang up. He calls me back twice, leaves a voicemail, sends me a spam text, and calls back two more times... as if that wasn't absurd enough he goes on to text me four times to berate me for hanging up on him... totally unprofessional and needless to say, very creepy.
