Had a conversation about hating red. Was told that the color would match the sample. Not only is the color exactly what I don't want, but the grain is something that I never imagined would happen. Since receiving this zebra-like patterned vanity, I have looked at many expensive and cheap cabinets to compare grain. I have yet to find one as awful as this thing. Now I have to paint my vanity that we spent more than $4,000.00 on because no exchanges or returns. They have an attic where you can pick up odds and ends. I got a nice cabinet that I used for a sink cabinet in the Butler's pantry, and an upper cabinet that I removed the face from to Seal, the attic off from the upstairs master bedroom. Great product options facilitated by his having two huge walls of cabinet door options, one side door styles, other side colts. Now again on two bathroom remodels. Could have been three but in a nod to his ethic of putting the customer before his own interests, his not uncommon phrase: "I'd love to see you a vanity cabinet but in this small bathroom you really should put in a pedestal sink" and "I'd really love to sell you a cabinet insert into that narrow dead space behind the bath tub enclosure wet wall, but I'd suggest build out a cubby and put in glass shelves". No apparent Covid precautions. Their website says due to Covid they only accept appointments. After making an appointment for a 3 room cabinet replacement we were disappointed to find no one had masks on or any other precautions were seen. Due to our low immunity we decided to leave even when our salesman said "Ohh, I can put a mask on if you'd like". One of the worst run places I have been to since I started looking at cabinets and countertop. Jordan was the associate whom told me on the phone they are better priced than most. When I asked what the labor charge would be on an install, he said they do not separate the cost, which is an automatic flag to me. Then I go in and Jordan helps me. He knows almost nothing about what I asked, all of which were regarding product in the store. As much as I hate making large purchases at Home Depot and such, they had MUCH better service and prices. I had been shopping for a new kitchen for a few weeks and met with some good companies, but I wasn't excited to do business with any of them. That all changed once I came here. From the minute I walked into CFO I was greeted and shown everything they have to offer. The amount of questions I had was a little over the top. The first day I came in was a Saturday. Walked in at opening and stayed for 5 hours designing a complete kitchen. Jeff was super helpful, answering all my questions and even giving me other things to look at and consider that I never thought of. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable. His skills on the computer program were great. He knew how to manipulate and use every inch of available space to maximize countertop and storage. We came back in a couple times to redesign after we decided to move the kitchen location, Jeff was very patient with all our changes. Once we got it down, the order was placed. From then on it was smooth sailing. Their cabinet installation crew was excellent. I even used the granite fabricator they recommended. Everything turned out great. The best part was the level of communication. If i had a question, they were always answering the phone, getting back with me, and keeping me updated without having to call and ask. I was Very, Very happy with Cabinet Factories outlets work. I got estimates from three companies, and I was actually quite happy with 1 other company but Jeff and Renee was very knowledgeable of not only there products but there vision & design as well! Jeff was the sales representative who came by my place to examine the kitchen and take measurements, and he was absolutely wonderful. He created an incredibly detailed presentation (shared over Web during a follow-up phone conversation), and it was exceptionally detailed and very well done. His Installation crew came to my house in mid-August to manage the installation, and they were great--just great. They were efficient, friendly, and everything came out beautifully. I would also like to add the installation team was clean cut and also executed the project without missing a beat (And we are extremely picky) The end result is gorgeous--so beautiful, in fact, that I can't believe I waited this many years old to get custom cabinets installed. Okay. Let's start with the good. This is a nice location on state street. It's bigger than it looks, so there is more stock than you would think. There is a fair bit of options to choose from. The pricing is... okay. There were many deals on the floor that were quite nice for that one floor model or piece. Customer service was awful. I walked in, was not greeted at all. There were two sales people; one was with customers, one was shopping for jackets online. He made eye contact, continued shopping without a word. I fumbled around for a half an hour without any offer of help. While I appreciate not be followed about the store, an offer of answers to potential questions would have been welcomed. Finally, another employee came on shift and she asked if I needed help. The man on his computer finally figured out I might actually need to purchase something and he was willing to pull himself away from him shopping if I could just give him a few more seconds. I was not given names of the people who helped me or a card, which was disappointing and unprofessional. I was given the estimate for the items I needed on post it's. The delivery fees were shameful. They were going to run about half of what each piece was going to cost. The ladies in the store were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It's s shame that it seems things are not very well run. read more

Where shall I start. I went in to buy two cabinets. One for the master bathroom and one for the hallway bathroom. I didn't have an installer so I asked Jeff the manager to refer me to his installer. The installer Leo sends one of his guys and the guy put a huge hole in my hallway cabinet. Then Leo comes back but never fixes the hole. He comes to install the master bathroom cabinet and he installs the cabinets wrong. This is after I tell him I can call cabinet factory outlet and get a copy of the design. He lies and states he has a copy. Jeff comes out and looks at the cabinets and states he spoke with Leo and Leo doesn't know why he installed the cabinets wrong. I received a full refund from Leo as I deserved. Jeff then refers me to a guy named Kelly. Kelly comes in and in a hurry moves the cabinets around the way the are suppose to be and put a scratch on the cabinet in the process. Also, he just moved the cabinets around and didn't even level them. I found this out when my counter top guy came to install my counter top. I called Jeff and he ordered a new side panel. Then Kelly's assistant comes out to install the side panel (which by the way is not the same as the original side panel it's just a cheap flexible board) the assistance said he can't put the toe kit on the way it was originally put on. He calls Kelly and Kelly had the nerve to say he was doing me a favor after he damaged my cabinets. I called Jeff and they ordered another Toe Kit. After weeks of back and forth and feeling ignored I finally had to put my foot down and tell Jeff Kelly needs to take reaponsibilty and finish this work. Only then did I get a response and Kelly came out. Kelly came out and did a mediocre job on installing the kit. He randomly nailed the toe kit in places. As he was leaving he just took his stuff and didn't say bye or I'm done. I opened the front door and asked him if he was finished as he was gathering his stuff in the front yard. He replies yes and that's it. What a horrible experience. Jeff was providing excellent customer service up until Kelly got involved. Also, to add when I called Jeff about the cabinets not being leveled and wanting some sort of compensation Jeff states "Well Kelly billed me for the install so I don't know what type of compensation you want." Well something off the cabinets for all the hassle would've been nice. All of this occurred because of incompetent installers that were sent to my home after I spent a good amount of money on two cabinets. Jeff was knowledgeable and was helpful until Kelly got involved then I feel he was not trying to acknowledge the issue or resolve it. Jeff also referred to me a counter top guy that was also a horror. If you go with this company please make sure you find your own installers. Also, Jeff said he could order some type of skin for the hallway bathroom for the huge hole and then I never heard anything about it. Highly disappointment with the whole experience. read more
