My husband and I are on our honeymoon and decided to try the Camel rides. We met Juan the Camel and took pictures with him and gave him kisses. The ride was amazing along the beach!! Beautiful experience. Our guide, Chris, was amazing as was Deanna. Both funny and easy to talk to. The price for photos they take of you is a little higher than expected, but other than that it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anybody visiting Cabo. read more

The experience revolved around the photos and nothing more so is more like a photo shoot with a dolphin rather than a swim with a dolphin. They didn't care and take pride in ripping off people off and had thousands of fake reviews on google. People pay for the photos because they have no other choice. Just mean and horrible not to be told ahead of time of this massive amount we had no other choice but to take to complete the experience. 7 person family disappointed. It's not about the price of the photos that they say goes towards the dolphins... but can't imagine some tiny fish in a fishing down cost all that much. Did the the zipline tour and it was great! They pick you up from your hotel. Depending on how many other pickups, it maybe a 2 hour drive. The zipline tour includes some rock climbing, repelling down, zipping upside down, and superman style! And you get qasadillas with home made tortillas as a snack reward when done! The views are amazing and we came at the right time... just rained last week so when crossing the river on the rope bridge, you actually see the river flowing underneath your feet. We took the Luxury Sunset Sailing cruise today, I must I was very disappointed. We did get to see some whales playing which was a bonus but for both the whales and sunset the sailing boat was pointed directly at both. This meant that meant if you weren't the first few to get on the boat you got to see nothing. Additionally, they had a photographer on the boat (whose shots where out of focus, bad candid and bad lighting), we bought our own camera, but anything of interest was obscured by both the the fact we couldn't see anything and the "professional photographer" who was standing in the best view point for the whole boat taking shots. Companies like this should take 5 photos from your trip, focus on getting the shots of the people and then get out of the way so we can all enjoy the view. Instead they focus on getting you to buy their own (terrible) photos. When you have a long sailing boat, here is a hint, turn it sideways to the view so the whole boat gets a view! Drinks were okay, definitely not premium (Corona and premixed margaritas) and the food was well presented but basically pasta, bread, beans and salad. The whales were playing epically for 10-20 minutes, the fact I barely got to see most of the action or get any of my own photos without getting high res shots of my photographers buttocks and then the same repeated for sunset. Go with Whale watching companies instead, we took one in the morning and we could see them in the night as well. They know how to position the boats for the best view and their boats are setup to provide viewing platforms and levels. read more

The camel tour was fantastic! You start off on a 15 minute nature walk on level/ sloping ground. They stop every hundred feet to show you plant life, and about the land. It was very informative! Then you get on jeeps to head to the camels. The camels are all rescue camels from the circus. I love that! They truly live in a great place, get exercise and lots of carrot treats. After the meet and greet, photos, and camel ride (about an hour total), you head over to the lunch area where a traditional mexican meal is handmade from scratch. You then do some tequilla tasting. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has been the absolutely worst experience ever. My family booked a snorkeling tour with luxury sail just to be discriminated. The captain and his helper treated us like trash and even went to say "la problema es que ustedes son de Los Angeles y El Salvador. Que es lo que están haciendo aquí?" They cornered my mother in the restroom simply because she went into the men's restroom to change her clothes. They immediately told her she dirtied the restroom for even stepping in, mind you she didn't even use the restroom to relive herself. When asking for drinks they rudely bumped my uncles wife on the thighs. Super unprofessional. The helper also accused my cousin of losing goggles when we all saw she gave him the equipment. All goggles were accounted for and no apology was given. Instead we were told that we were rude and angry for no reason. Even with all this going on they had the AUDACITY to ask for tip. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I highly recommend not to use their services. Save your money and go elsewhere. It is not worth it. read more

Cabo Adventures are pros at what they do. I booked the snorkeling tour where we were taken from the marina around to Chileno Bay. On the way we were able to see some jumping sting rays as well as a whale breaching the water. They provided all the gear for us to snorkel at at Chileno Bay, and we were also able to kayak, paddle board and even use those underwater diving scooters. On the way back we drove the boat around to see El Arco, Land's End, Lover's Beach, Divorce Beach & Neptune's Finger. All in all a great tour. read more

We signed up for snorkeling and then when we got there, at the last minute when our trip was supposed to go out, they told us that we couldn't go and that they had accidentally booked us on someone's private snorkel trip. We took the Aqua Trio Adventure through Carnival this March of 2019 with our kids. While snorkeling with my family and kids I caught our guide Alexi taking inappropriate pictures of my girl with his GoPro camera. He was literally less than a foot away from and would trick her by telling her to look at the fish. So when she put her head in the water so went behind her and pointed his GoPro camera in between her legs and took pictures. Horrible experience and will never book with them again! read more

My husband and I booked the dolphin swim adventure. We had an absolute blast!! Our dolphin was Endi. She was so gentle and sweet! When you go there, you are placed into a group of about 8-10. There are about 4-5 groups total in the tank at once but there is plenty of room for each group to spread out. I forget our trainers name but she was super sweet and fun! She went over the 3 different types of swims that we could do with the dolphin and you are then given a choice of one. The choices are: 1. Belly: the slowest of the 3 where the dolphin is on it's back and you hold onto it's fins and lay on it's belly. 2. Dorsal: the fastest. You hold onto the dolphins dorsal fin and while I didn't do this one, it looked like you got a ton of water splashed into your face and mouth. 3. Underwater: the dolphin takes you underwater for about 10-15 seconds. I was a little nervous at first so I chose the easiest of the 3, the belly! Like I said, it's the slowest ride so it's easy to hold on and I would strongly recommend this for young children going. A lot of people in my group chose the underwater swim and could not stop talking about how amazing it was! Because our group went through our turns so fast, while other groups were still going, our trainer decided to give us all a second swim! This is not typical but lucky for us! For the second swim I chose the underwater swim and I'm so glad I did! It was the most amazing experience ever! I strongly recommend doing it! There is nothing to be nervous about and it's quick. As long as you can hold your breath for 10-15 seconds, then you should do this one. Even if you can't, the instructed lets you know that you can let go of the dolphin at any time and swim back up. The worst experience we had with the staff and activity They don't care about comfort and convenience of the guests and are very rude and unprofessional. Whatever happens, please do not sign up for the pics. I did a big mistake and went through hell. They offered pics and video for $100. I said yes. They gave me a CD and I paid. Then I realized that my laptop doesn't have a CD drive, so I went back after 5 mins and requested for a usb drive. They said we are closed for the day and we cannot help you. I tried to talk to couple of members of staff, but got the same response. I tried accessing the CD at our resort computer and notice it doesn't have our pictures!!!! It had parasailing pics of some other ppl! I call up next day and these ppl are not ready to believe me. They said come back here and prove it to us. I said them I am going to cancel the payment from my credit card... then they say we can provide a link to download over email. I wasted so much time and energy dealing with these folks. We did the luxury day sailing. This was the highlight of our trip. Absolutely loved it! It was 4 hours and one other family was on the yacht with us. Then there was a photographer on board that was taking pictures, which came out great! Make sure to take a cute outfit and accessories for the pictures. I loved my pictures! Felt like a model. Wow! This was by far the highlight of my trip. Everyone on the staff including David, Jesus, Eric and were all the best zipline guides you could ask for. Even though I was a bit out of my element and shaking in my boots - they all made me feel comfortable and of course helped me laugh every step of the way. All their personalities are PURE ORO (GOLD)!! It's a must try at least once in your life and no better place to do it than here. Especialy the swing! It was and worth every terrifying second. The Outback & Camel Safari was a great way to explore a different part of Mexico! Cabo adventures picked us up from our hotel at the Grand Mayan in San Jose Del Cabo and brought us to their Cabo San Lucas location. We had some time before our departure to explore Cabo for a bit before loading onto a bus to take us to our excursion. Our guide - Hugo the Protector, was fantastic! The Camel Safari starts in the middle of nowhere, but there is a building with restroom facilities that can be used before boarding the Unimog. On the Unimog there are cushioned seats but the ride can get a little bumpy, so make sure to hold on. This ride is approx. 20 min, and proceeds down a dirt road with countryside all around. In the distance you could see camels walking along the beach, so we knew we were almost to our destination. Once we arrived, we took a few photos next to the only gorgeous white camel 'Snowflake'! She doesn't even need to be tied up, completely calm and socialized with everyone. We gear up and proceed to a raised platform to mount our camels, if you are a couple they will have you both ride on the same camel. We then go on a nice little walk with a great view of the ocean, though I wish we were closer and the ride was longer. During this time, the crew snaps pictures and a GoPro video. Once our group is done with their camel trek, we load back onto the Unimog for a short drive (maybe 2 min.) We then get a walking tour around all of the floral & fauna, make sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking through the dirt. On this walk we saw a 300+ year old cactus that we were all able to pose in front of. Shortly after our nature lesson we were at our lunch spot where we had a delicious Mexican buffet! Each table had multiple bottles of tequila and after our meal we were instructed how to drink each one. Don't worry, if you don't like tequila there is also beer....and of course nonalcoholic beverages. The food was great and the tequila lesson was very informative. Once lunch was over we headed back to the Unimog and back to Cabo. At the Cabo Adventure location in Cabo San Lucas, we were supposed to board our bus back to San Jose Del Cabo BUT since they have buses running throughout the day, we stayed in Cabo until their last bus departure. This was a great way for us to explore Cabo since we were not staying there. I highly recommend this safari with Cabo Adventurers, they are very educated and professional! read more

Please read before booking! TLDR: there are so many additional hidden fees that you end up paying so much more than the original paid ticket - Overall, I paid $175 (vs $104 listed ticket price online) for the "combo" ticket of eco farm, ATV and camel ride and it was absolutely NOT worth it. The company really tries to squeeze as much money out of the customer - to describe each step in more detail: 1) Initial booking - price and additional hidden fees I saw the combo ticket online for $104 (at an advertised 30% discount). When I went to check out the total price ended up being about $120 with additional fees, taxes, etc. After I booked the ticket, I see in the email an additional $20 is required for "park entrance fees". I'm thinking that this must be a huge park where you can roam around if they're requiring another fee on top of the price of the ticket. This was not the case - the entrance fee does NOT get you anything else,  it really is just another way to get additional dollars after the initial payment. I get to the location and was told that I had to pay an additional $35 per person (if we each wanted our own vehicle to ride) for "ATV insurance." I thought this was a payment we would get back as long as there were no damages to the vehicle but thats not the case - it's really just another way to get more money. These types of things should already be built into the initial price! So for each person, it was an additional $55 on top of the $120 I paid online which brings the grand total to $175 per person (vs the initial $104 sticker price - 70% higher!). Maybe I wouldn't have minded too much about the price if the excursion was actually worth it! Surprise surprise - it's not. 2) 1st activity - Ecofarm This is an absolute joke of an excursion. This is literally a 20 minute tour of their "ecofarm" which goes through how to make paper out of camel poop and how to make chocolate. No - we did not get to do any of that process or even see it in action- the tour guide literally spoke so fast and it was not interactive at all. Only pro - you get a small piece of chocolate at the end 3) 2nd activity - camel riding This was a laughable excursion as well. I thought we'd be riding camels through various sceneries - no we literally got on the camels, walked along the beach, circled back and then dismounted. Whole riding time was 15 minute, 20 minutes MAX. What did we do after ? For the next 20 min, we sat in a gazebo area where we were told some random camel facts and took turns having the photographer take pictures of us with a camel and of course they didn't allow us to use our own cameras because they want to charge you later for the photos. More details on aggregious upsells later. 3) 3rd activity - ATV This was the most "worth" activity. We spent about 30-40 minutes on the ATV and I enjoyed this activity (but definitely not $175 / person worth) 4) They are constantly trying to sell you things  After the ATV, a little less than 3 hours have passed. For the final hour, you were brought to the dining and photo area. You also weren't allowed to leave early unless you drove there yourself. So for an hour - they would sell you on photos (starting at $150 - $250 for a photo package) and on expensive food and alcohol. After about 45 minutes of waiting around in this dining area, we did the tequila tasting - you get to try 3 different types of tequila which I did enjoy. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money. Where does all the money go? It goes towards marketing - Cabo adventures advertisements are plastered everywhere in Cabo -  from my hotel lobby, to grocery stores, to multiple stands in the touristy areas. Word to the wise - these types of excursions (camel riding, ATV, snorkeling etc) are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper if you negotiate with the tourist vendors at the beach / near the touristy areas. With the $175, I could have probably gotten 3-4 really solid excursions. As reference - I got a private water taxi (for me and my boyfriend) which took us around arch, pelican rock, amor and divorcio beaches, where we could stop for a bit and I saw a ton of fish from the glass bottom for $20! I know for next time to definitely not go with Cabo adventures and just wait till I land to book these excursions. read more

**TRAVELING DURING COVID** Snorkeling - 3 hours experience - Our experience started with the driver, he was funny, helpful, talker and very nice sharing about his life in Cabo and how much he loves this place. When we arrive we were welcome by the people on the receptionist. We tip the driver and then pay for the ride in the receptionist. We met our Guide Emilio who told us how to use the masks and told us the protocols. We left in a speed boat made experience even butter. First stop: Pelican Island, we snorkel and got to see fishes and just swim and be with nature. Second Stop: the Arch and we go to see sea lions just chillng. Then 3rd stop was a little bit further down and we stay there more time we got to play with the water scooter which it helps you to swim in the open water and go further down when you dive (AMAZING), after that you pick between kayak and paddle boarding - we all did paddle boarding and it was great! We booked the camel ride tour. The ride was really fun. The only thing I want to make sure people know is that you cannot take any pictures whatsoever. I understand they want to make money and sell you pictures, but the cheapest pictures are $64.00. I wish they would disclose that in their advertising. I think that is way expensive. Only one person in our group considered buying the pictures. It would be better if they sold them for around $30.00. Everyone would have bought the pictures then. Also, our bus driver on the way back waited for a few people in our group who didn't get on the bus. I was irritated that he didn't go get them and tell them to get on the bus or they could get an Uber back. We were 45 minutes late. I didn't have time to look around Cabo because we had to get back on our cruise ship. It is irritating to make everyone wait for a few late people. read more

My family and I used Cabo Adventures for the Outback & Camel excursion. It was a beautiful way to spend three hours. The excursion included riding camels along the Pacific Ocean, an opportunity to meet and greet with a camel, a nature hike, lunch and tequila tasting. Our guide Kevint was incredible! He was knowledgeable, funny, and had a special way of interacting and making sure everyone was included. He referred to our group as his famiglia. I would highly recommend this unique excursion. Here's the thing. We had a good time on our Luxury Day Sailing tour. They gave us a snack while on our way to the Sea of Cortez to snorkel. When we arrived, they told is us we had 45 minutes of snorkeling time. By the time they called us back, only 30 minutes had passed... Lunch was good and we just sat there after lunch doing nothing and getting sun burnt. Finally we headed out to sea. They let the sails out and we were sailing. That's where we had a great time. We had an action cam with us and got some great footage. Our tour guide was great, the music was great. We didn't drink much because of the night before. The photographer was very nice and chatted with everyone. We definitely got sunburnt, so wear lots of sunblock or clothing with sleeves. Was it sailing? Yes. Was it Luxury? No. But overall we had a good time. Now for the aftermath. Once we got off, they shuffled us to their photography center so we can look at all the pictures taken. The pictures were good for being taken on a moving boat. We ended up liking less than 8 pictures. When a salesperson came up to us, she offered us a package of all the pictures we wanted on a usb drive for $60. Of course I respectfully said no. We went back and fourth with her sales pitch but her price just wasn't working for me. Not to mention that these pictures weren't even edited. Later on we met with a couple who was on the same cruise as us. She told me they were offered a the same package but at $70. I couldn't believe their price was even higher than ours. I'm sure it was because they were Caucasian and wanted to rip them off even more. So this is why I'm only giving 3 stars. My daughter and I did the sea of Cortez snorkeling adventure and wow did it deliver! The turquoise water, the living coral, all the fish and an unexpected show from the dolphins. Don't let the 10 hour time frame scare you it's worth every minute. I would like to give a shout out to our amazing guide Emilio, the captain Jorge, photographer Luis and Joe who made the food. Cabo adventures offered the best price for the activities in the area compared to other. We elected to do camel riding and tequila tasting. That was alot of fun. The nature hike is a bit tedious as they are dragging it out to give time and space between groups. The buffet is meh. The tequila tasting is fun as you can drink as much as you like. They discourage taking photos but then they try ripping you off with a photo package. Better to just use your phone. The ATV riding is ALOT of fun. Except you are punished if you are a competent rider stuck with incompetent riders. None of the things listed are necessarily cabo adventures fault as they are more of a facilitator. So all in all. I was in Cabo San Lucas on Feb 13, 2022 and booked the Luxury Sailing Cabo Tour and absolutely loved every second of the tour. The max number of people on the sailboat was about 16 so it was a smaller group which allowed you to have your own space and get to know others if you choose. The views were beautiful, the snorkeling was just the perfect amount of time, and the food and drinks were delicious! We even got to stop and see some whales up close! I had the BEST crew, Erik, Charly, and Eddy! It was already a great excursion but they definitely made it a phenomenal and one to remember! They are super personable and I enjoyed getting to hang out with them! They took good care of us! If you have the opportunity I would try and book this tour as it was the best part of my trip! I am already trying to plan to go back! Highly recommend for anyone! read more

CAMEL RIDE ADVENTURE: Awesome adventure. It was $150 per person. It includes A NATURE WALK around the reserve, TEQUILA TASTING, TORTILLA MAKING LESSONS, LUNCH, and of course THE CAMEL RIDE. It is a full day trip, in which you drive to their central office/hq in Cabo San Lucas, and then take an 30 min ride into the reserve, and then another 30 min ride into the actual reserve with the tourist guide. You ride in these cool Mercedes Benz excursion jeeps into the actual desert where you then take a small nature walk (be prepare as it is HOT AS F*** OUT THERE. BRING WATER, A HAT, LOTS AND LOTS OF SUNSCREEN) they teach you the history of Cabo San Lucas, facts about their 500 year old cactus, their bleeding tree, and animals that lurk. Then, you rotate into taking the camel ride. You get to take photos with the camels, and then you gear up, tell you safety tips, etc. The camel ride is really 30 minutes. So, come in prepared that the camel ride is basically an "added feature". You're really going for the full experience of learning about the history of Cabo San Lucas, and delving into their culture. The camel ride is really just an added thing. If you're expecting to ride a camel beach side for an HOUR. FORGET ABOUT IT. Lunch time is awesome as they cook right there before you, and it's basically coming over and eating at TIA's house (which is really what they'll tell you). You eat, mole, tacos, and hand rolled corn tortillas. They have fruit juices that I've never tasted before like the hibiscus ones, and of course nice cold beers for you to drink! Then after you eat and digest. The tour guides school you on a little tequila tasting (shots included), and they also show you how to make your own corned tortilla. While I wish there was more camel riding time, I was still happy with it since we got to do more stuff than camel riding. Like the knowledge stuff. Only part I didn't like was the ride there. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and this ZipLine adventure was just what we needed. The WHITE TEAM (led by Aranza and team - Eva, Paco, Roii, Maxci, Arturo, Miguel....) made this extremely memorable. Their energy, support and encouragement was fantastic. Someone in our group (maybe it was me...) had some concern over some obstacles and their encouragement and support really rallied me ...... I mean that someone.... to see the obstacle through. Lots and lots of smiles, laughter and congratulations for ALL. At the end of the day, the SUPERMAN was a breeze. Our entire party felt very accomplished with an overall SUCCESSFUL completion. We topped it off with a delicious quesadilla lunch and a wonderful drive back. The driver, NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN - Barrios was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job getting us to and fro with a very relaxed and comfortable commute. Their deals are amazing and their guides are incredibly professional. 5 stars goes to the staff and the guides to make your experience enjoyable. They really break their necks to make you feel like a friend. 5 stars for the 3 for the price of 2 excursions. Outback and camel ride was fun, educational and it came with the most delicious and authentic Mexican meal ever. Zip lining was a pure workout. I thought zip lining was boring after CR, but in Mexico, it'll be a Navy Seal challenge. Prepare for rock climbing, repelling, single line wire crossing over a river an a 60mph zip like you're Superman. After that it's Atv's. Luxury sailing was fun but it's anything but luxurious when you're hanging for dear life as the boat tips side to side. The appetizers, drinks and lunch was pure class with those Mexican bento boxes. Enjoy surf paddling and snorkeling as well. Why the 4 stars? Two things peeved me. 1. The confirmations aren't consistent. Some print outs say they pick you up at lobby of hotel while others say meeting place is at the dolphin center. We had no clue if they were picking us up since they were 10 minutes late. So we spent $14 taking a cab. When we got there, all the hotel people followed in the shuttle. They were just late. Very late. Wasted $14. 2. You have purchase an additional $25 for insurance to be a driver of the ATV. I guess it states that on the for but really... Who the hell reads through that crap? Overall, great experience and I wouldn't book with anyone else. read more

We used Cabo Adventures for whale watching. Easy scheduling and shuttle service. The crew was great (Danny, Johnny and Samantha). These higher speed boats were the way to go. We were really able to travel further out to see the whales. The gave us a great tour and we saw several whales during our tour. Great little adventure. Would definitely consider going back to try some of their other adventures. read more

I participated in the ATV tour and it was so much fun! We rode out into the Baja desert and saw some of the beautiful scenery and farms in the area. As well as we were able to tear up some of the trails, it's a good activity for all levels of ATV OPriders. Our guides David, Damian and Jorge were awesome and took care of us on the trails- constantly making sure we were doing okay and having fun. The lunch we had afterwards was wonderful with a great buffet and selection of drinks! read more

My husband and I booked the zip lining tour and had such an unforgettable experience. It was amazing and so much more than just zip lining! We rock climbed, rappelled, hiked, ATV'ed, and much more. If you are ever in Cabo, you have to book this tour. The staff was so friendly and professional, and it was extremely safe. It was one of the best days of my life. I highly recommend! read more

This place is a rip off. The actual dolphin experience is short and not bad but the picture packages after are so over priced. They position you so that you cannot take your own pictures too. The pictures are more than the dolphin experience. read more
