While we waited, I stepped outside for a moment to grab food for our hungry children. In that window, Mike walked my wife directly to the finance office. He then found me inside and steered me toward the service area, telling me there was something I would 'really like' to see. She signed alone. That was not a coincidence -- it was a calculation. When we discovered what had happened, we fought back. For months. Through the dealership, through Hendrick corporate, through the NC Attorney General, through the BBB. I decided to go 5 miles to carmax who gave me an offer in an hour. after that I decided to sell to carvana who offered the most to purchase my vehicle without even looking at it. the only stipulation was if I lied about the descripti and or there was issues then the price would go down. I brought it in, they accepted the at full purchase price, they sent the money to me within 48 hours and paid off the within 3 to 5 business days. It was a very quick and easy process and I would do business with them again.

Definitely not a good sign. I had an 8 am appointment and was asked whether I would wait or drop off my car. I chose to drop off my car and asked for it to be ready by 330pm. I waited all day with no update. I called at 3 pm and found out they hadn't even checked the vehicle out. I was informed that even though I had the first appointment, people waiting in the service center are seen first! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT?!
