This place is a gem in Brooklyn. I had palito de quesos for the first time while uptown but could never find them in East New York. I think I've been here about 6+ times. However, the last few times it has been way too salty and sloppy even though I have asked for it not to be drenched in sauce. I drove a long distance enticed by the good reviews and i must say that the case might be either that those reviewers do not have an idea of the real good venezuelan cachapas or are fake. the corn cover of the cachapas were super thin and the meat was not well cooked . meat also was mixed with salad and the salad had vinegar. totally dissapointed .
