A nice afternoon pick-me-up that I couldn't finish in one setting, so the remaining half was placed in the fridge and still great the next day. My favorite though was the Lychee Smoothie w/ Coconut Milk. This blended drink was lightly sweetened and the coconut milk option made it creamy delicious! Look at it....such a pretty beverage especially with the sliver of grapefruit on the wall of the cup. Highly recommend!! Plenty of parking out front and a nice spacious interior. I used to go here a long time ago when they first opened and thought the drinks were just alright. My husband and I decided to come back after over a year since we were in the area. I think they changed ownership because the menu is different now and drinks are much better! We go here one to two times a week now because they have the best orange green tea. Fruit teas are made with fresh fruit (look at all the pulp in my drink!!) and that's just how I like it. I haven't tried the milk teas yet since I just love the fruit teas so much haha. Looking for some afternoon refreshments, we stumbled upon this spot since we were by the outlets on the south side. They were sort of busy, but service was nice and fast. There was already a group of guys there waiting for their drinks and a first responder who picked up a drink as well. They also have a yelp discount if you check in on first visit which we used ours. The outside was a bit hard to find because its not not quite on main street, but right beside outlets behind a strip mall where Black Bear Diner and D'pinoys is, go past them and its back there! The inside was bright, spacious, and there's seating and restrooms. The inside had a cactus theme, very green and it was clean. We ordered a brown sugar milk tea and mango fruit tea to go. The two people who served us are very kind and helpful when I asked for suggestions, the man was also kind enough to include us in a 30% discount promotion! & the cafe interior design is really cute and well kept. I came in on a hot summer day craving boba during my lunch break. This is the only boba shop that is in the South Premium outlets area, so I had to check it out. It is located at the very end of the outlets in a less busy area, so there is ample parking. Their only milk substitute is coconut milk, so at least there are options for vegans. I ordered the Mango Smoothie with Coconut milk. It took a few minutes for them to make my drink. Upon first sip, it was a huge mango-rush with bits of small tapioca. There were actual mango chunks in my drink, and there seemed to be a lot of it! I give this drink a 4.5 out of 5 (it was just a tad too sweet for me, but I did appreciate the amount of mango). The interior is spacious and clean; lots of cute cactus-themed wall art. The background music was a bit loud, however, but I'm sure it would only really bug someone if they were there for a long time and did not have earphones, or where trying to have a conversation with someone. The staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side compared to other places, and it would be nice if they introduced more milk options like almond and oatmilk. We placed an order at 11:44pm for 3 drinks, i brought my 3 kids expecting a pleasant boba experience. But after 4 "walk in" people who got their order first before us, i knew something was wrong. Ontop of 2 follow ups they still got my order wrong and the people did not attent to my order after seeing me really pissed. We got our order at 1:00am. This is the MOST HORRIBLE, INEFFICIENT, INCOMPETENT boba place i've ever been in. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. First off let's talk about the appearance, it's quite cute in there it's clean chill atmosphere. They have a foosball table and games. My nephews truly enjoyed the atmosphere. They had fun. The service was OK wasn't bad wasn't good. The lady got our drinks up in a timely manner, didn't seem to be happy to be there at work, which I get it we all have those days. I got the banana chocolate protein shake with coconut milk, but I'm thinking about it. I can only drink half of it because I think it was whey protein, not like pea protein now that I am thinking about it, which defeats the purpose of coconut milk. I truly did not enjoy it.
