Unfortunately, there was ONE bartender and ZERO servers until after 7pm so we had to go to the bar to order a drink. In fact, no one came to take our order at our table until after 8pm. STRIKE 2. The DJ played some great music but kept cranking up the volume to the point that standing shoulder-to-shoulder we couldn't talk to each other. Additionally, because they oversold, we were surrounded on all sides by people standing around, bumping and brushing by us. STRIKE 3. We ended up leaving around 8:45pm because it was painfully loud, no one was dancing because the area where you would expect dancing was full of people standing around, and we had to take turns sitting/standing because our reservation for 6 was not honored. As a Latin man, I find it difficult to criticize the food, service, and prices, all of which were commendable. However, I must give this establishment a three-star rating due to a couple of notable issues. Firstly, the lighting was excessively bright and uncomfortable for the eyes, detracting from the ambiance. Secondly, during my visit of just over an hour, there was no Latin music played, which I believe is essential to the cultural experience.
