Please stay away from this company their business is fraud and scam and they take your money without doing the work The worst mailing company ever .I normally don't like to write negative review ,but this time I think I am obligated to do good things for next customer to understand how unethical and unprofessional this guys operating their company. My experience also like Andrew start with poor quality of work , that was 250000 of printing post cards. so as i always giving the benefit of doubt and tried one more time mailing with them and this time asked them to do some changes .interestingly they asked for money for minor changes. By the way I had 3000$ as deposit which they told me if I decided not to do mailing I will loose the money. That was clear for me that I will not use this company any more but I thought let us finish the job this time and done with that so I paid 195 $ for just 5 min changes .Then they sent the art work for the proof ,which was completely efferent than I asked them to do the changes. i asked them just follow the direction for change that i emailed it . 2 min later manager sent me a plane card and said" at this point you have to design it yourself" and wiped out every wording and art work that was created before. they think they can hold up to my money and just feel like not only they do not want to do minor changes but they want to completely wipe out the design and as if they like to give me a lesson and punish me. At this point I will take a legal action against them and if anybody like to take action or testimony I would appreciate your help and pay for the legal fees .please contact me . I hope I could be help for advertiser like you guys and stay away from this company. I contacted Cactus Mailing company to help me set up a national postcard and letter campaign. I spoke with the sales person, and informed her that I needed full-service as advertised on their website. Upon getting more involved I sent an email to the company describing the type of campaign that I needed and some details. I was expecting a call back from someone friendly to help me design the piece, and instead I was pushed off into a form by the sales person, and was pressured to provide thousands of dollars upfront as a "deposit." I'm really bummed out because I was excited to work with this company. I kind of liked their brand, but after dealing with the sales person, I felt like the full-service thing was not accurate and this is more of a small-time business that outsources their design and doesn't have quality customer service I needed. When I brought this to the attention of the sales person, she hung up on me. I looked up the CEO on LinkedIn. Found his name, called into the branch and left him a friendly voicemail days ago sharing my feedback and I've heard nothing back. I did a ton of research on mailing companies verses email campaigns.. Email marketing becomes so tough to reach anyone, since all of us end up with full inboxes every day. Nobody has time to deal with that many emails anymore. I have used Cactus for 5 post card projects to introduce new products to my industry. The very first postcard mailing I ever did, I did all by myself - design, print, label, postage (then re-postage because the gloss on the postcard made it so it didn't stick to the materials),then sort for the EDDM standards, and get it to the post office and it literally drove me to tears. Well I spent $1,800 mailing 2,500 post cards and got ZERO call as other mailing friends getting 1.4% response rate. They provided me a mailing list data which I believe they are not the experts on that. Besides, about half of the mailings also may have been caught the Houston storm and yet they offered zero replacement as help. It wouldn't matter anyways since ZERO call came in. No follow up call or anything like that. I wouldn't use them. read more
