I met with the owner who was very kind and had me discuss with Munn the embroiderer. She did a trial on a piece of test fabric and wanted me to physically see it prior to moving forward. Once I approved she embroidered my actual veil and it was perfect, she was concerned about a few pulled threads but she did an incredible Job, it was perfect. Thank you so much ! All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. So their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging. Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

Look at the results of their service. You can see the border around the art that doesn't match the shirt, the material hard and it doesn't bend like the rest of the shirt. On top of that, they ruined 3 of my shirts by putting the iron-on transfer backwards and said that maybe our staff can wear those.
