My wife had the short ribs, they are tender and very good! The waiter said they were voted best fried chicken, and he wasn't lying! First off, parking was difficult because this establishment is near other highly frequented businesses. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table for two. The interior is small and intimate, which also meant very loud once it got crowded. After being seated, our water cups were quickly filled, and someone inquired if we wanted drinks. After we were approached twice, still unsure of what we wanted, we were then neglected for at least ten minutes. Our appetizers arrived and still no one had come to get our entree order. The menu is fairly small, and the items are quite pricey. You know what else was small? The drinks! For $18 I want to hold a drink that fills my hand. Was it good, yeah; but it wasn't life changing. We ordered some scrumptious rosemary focaccia and lemon garlic olives to start; my husband chose the Korean Fried Chicken and I opted for the pappardelle bolognese for our main course. Both dishes were tasty, but I don't think either one was reasonably priced at $34. We opted to skip dessert after watching everyone around us receive their meals before us; and only at this time did our waiter seem to become more attentive. Overall, food is great, but overpriced; service was fair - but for over $100 for two entrees, appetizer and one drink, we won't be back.

The hostess greeted me with a warm smile, and the atmosphere struck a great balance: lively, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. It felt like the kind of place where you can settle in, eat well, and actually enjoy the moment. Our server, Rob, was a solid brother and absolutely nailed the recommendation. I went with the Drunken Goat on his suggestion, and he did not miss. This burger was exceptional. The lamb and beef blend brought deep, rich flavor, the honey whipped goat cheese added a smooth tang, and the purple haze raspberry jam gave it just the right sweet edge. It all came together beautifully. Every bite delivered. Rob deserves real credit for steering me toward a burger I'll be thinking about for a long time. Tap 42 got it right with the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I'll gladly be back next time I'm in Coral Springs.

Then you walk through the bar area to a more formal dining area with booths and tables, They also have outdoor covered patio seating with a great view of the fountains and golf course. The food is really good. I had a burger and my spouse had a salad. We also shared some apps. Their food is elevated American. I was looking forward to their carrots, but those are no longer on the menu. Server was sweet and on top of everything even though it was busy busy busy. Parking is a bit tight and no valet, so be prepared to walk a little and I would recommend a smaller vehicle. It is in the same area as a publix and preschool.

The space was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, beautiful, and perfect for networking and conversation. From the very beginning, Nicole, the Group Sales Director, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, responsive, and patient with the many questions we had while planning our event. She made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. We preordered shareables for our guests, and everything came out perfectly. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail. They even asked if we'd like to keep some of the food under the warming lamps until more guests arrived before bringing it out. That level of thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Our server, Phillip, was fantastic as well. He managed all of our guests' individual orders on his own while remaining friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the event. We arrived early to decorate, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided us with a speaker so we could play music and even came to the rescue by lending us markers and tape after we realized we had forgotten ours. Those small gestures made a big difference. And now, the food... Absolutely incredible! The vodka margherita flatbread was, without a doubt, one of the best flatbreads I've ever had. It was SO good. The spinach dip was equally delicious, and every dish we ordered received compliments from our guests. The cocktails were just as impressive and perfectly complemented the meal. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our event couldn't have gone more smoothly. I'm already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu because if what we had is any indication, it's going to be another fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Nicole and the entire Dear Olivia team for making our event such a success. I highly recommend Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, whether you're planning a private gathering or simply looking for a great meal and drinks. We'll definitely be back!
