From the very beginning, Nicole, the Group Sales Director, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, responsive, and patient with the many questions we had while planning our event. She made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. We preordered shareables for our guests, and everything came out perfectly. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail. They even asked if we'd like to keep some of the food under the warming lamps until more guests arrived before bringing it out. That level of thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Our server, Phillip, was fantastic as well. He managed all of our guests' individual orders on his own while remaining friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the event. We arrived early to decorate, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided us with a speaker so we could play music and even came to the rescue by lending us markers and tape after we realized we had forgotten ours. Those small gestures made a big difference.
