I got the morning bender and it was amazing!! Everything was cooked fresh and we got to watch as well. It only took about 10 minutes to get our food even though there were mobile orders and a small line ahead of us. Very nice staff and great food! read more

Saw this food truck outside of a coffee shop and decided to get something here! By the time we got there, he was sold out of a lot of the menu items but I got the morning bender. The wrap was filled with eggs, crispy bacon, chorizo, pico, and cheese, and then wrapped in a flour tortilla that is crispy and seasoned with salt and pepper. It was absolutely delicious but huge. These are hands down the best breakfast burritos I have ever come across. There is one that is made of ham, if he has the ham in stock, order the ham breakfast burrito. Seriously took 3 hours to make one burrito with ordering ahead. They provided an estimate of 2 hours, which should have been the red flag for us to find something else. The BEST breakfast burrito for miles!!! Seriously!! Only drawback is the wait. On multiple occasions, we text an order and are quoted a time. Get there a little past the time. Then still end up waiting 30-60 mins. Fix that and we'd be there multiple times a week! With a small family, we just can't do that wait. The burritos are grilled, like any proper burrito should be, with flaked salt on the crust. Truly unreal. I saved the best for last. Cados makes a hot sauce that you can purchase in 8 oz sizes on Saturdays I think they were saying. It is golden and looks similar to green Chile but the looks are deceiving. Consists of habaneros, jalapeños, tai chilis, Serranos, and I think I tasted onion, garlic, maybe some tomato and of course vinegar. GET AS MUCH OF THIS SAUCE AS YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON!!! This is the best hot sauce I have ever had in my entire life. I could put this on anything but it compliments these burritos so well. Spicy, but not too spicy. Just an overall flavor bomb.
