Food is soooo delicious & fresh here I could eat more! Already had 2 different dishes too. Everyone is so helpful to bring us items or offer assistance.

Finally many moons later I had brunch in Castle Rock and it was amazing! Thanks to my colleague for the rec. Such a cute place and luckily the weather was nice enough to sit outdoors. Even indoors the aesthetic is cute! My husband got the French toast, I got the chilaquiles and we split the million dollar bacon and drop biscuits with Calabria honey butter. Everything was verrrrrrry delicious! I am lucky w chilaquiles and these were good. The bacon was also tasty and I may or may not have taken the honey butter to go lol. Great spot in castle rock for brunch!

Wow....just wow!!! Elevate your dining room experience! Stopped by for breakfast and absolutely LOVE this place. Interior has amazing attention to detail with the elegant tables and lighting. Very warm atmosphere. Even the tables had a nice distressed wood look. Server was friendly and attentive. Ordered the breakfast tacos with corn tortillas and green salsa. BEST breakfast taco I have ever had! Fresh tortillas with eggs, potatoes, and just the right amount of chorizo and high quality diced bacon! Great pico de gallo and diced jalapeños too! Just a symphony with each bite! Ordered a cinnamon roll too and this was a little disappointing. I think they warmed it in the microwave as it left it a bit chewy. But with such a beautiful location and the amazing tacos it was a no brainer 5 star breakfast!!!

I ate breakfast here a few days ago with a friend. We split the chicken and waffles and the eggs Benedict. Both were very good! However I can't stop thinking about the chicken and waffles! They were amazing! However if you are someone that dislikes sweet meat, you won't like it. The sauce on the chicken is pretty sweet.

Came in for a Saturday morning breakfast and was seated immediately outside. Our server Marisa was very friendly and attentive. Ordered the Bangin Breakfast Burrito and Banana Walnut Silver Dollar Pancakes. Both dishes were incredible. The burrito easily competes for a top spot in flavor, a must try!

Had a delicious brunch at Wide Awake Eatery. The decor and ambiance are beautiful. We ate outside since the weather was so pleasant. Our server Allison was friendly and very accommodating. We were ordering pancakes and she advised us there was a pancake trio for restaurant week so we got to try 3 different kinds which were delicious and very filling. My granddaughter had the Chilaquiles which I tried and it was very flavorful. This is a nice place for brunch, lunch, dinner or cocktails.

Great menu try the crispy eggplant you will not be disappointed same for the grid meatballs!!!

So we found this place on a whim as we tried walking in to great divide restaurant and it was absolutely packed and standing room only so we thought hey why not just walk next door to this place and boy am I glad I did!!!! The service is phenomenal, the food is beyond amazing and unlike Anything you've ever tasted this side of town.... The ambiance is great as well!! They have a solo live jazz band and let me tell you this guy plays all the up to date music!!!. This place is simply amazing . I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!!!

Our first time having dinner and it was incredible. Server Max was very attentive and professional. We ordered the grilled artichoke, teriyaki salmon and Leah's penne all vodka dishes--SO GOOD. We will be back!

We finally made it here for Sunday brunch, and boy are we glad we did. The service was welcoming and easy -- no putting on airs, just comfortable, like dining with old friends. The seating was comfy. Although it was loud inside, it was fine for us, but then the tables were not all taken. And the food was swoon worthy. Every single item was delicious, including the candied bacon, the cheddar biscuits, the cinnamon roll, the Wide Awake eggs Benedict, the breakfast burrito. The portions were generous but the food was so good we just kept eating it! We didn't feel rushed by our server. She was attentive but not overbearing. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and returning at our earliest opportunity to try out other delicious items on the menu.

Greeted right away. Requested to sit out in the patio area with. no issue. It was hot in the sun. Staff were friendly and helpful. I got a real espresso. I got the bangin burrito, which I would give 3.75 out of 5. Meaning it was OK, but probably wouldn't get again. À la carte is on the menu, which is what my wife went with. We will most likely return another time for bunch and try something else on the menu.

We visited Wide Awake Eatery in Castle Rock on a busy Monday during the long holiday weekend. Even with a 40-minute wait, the host was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for our visit. Once seated, we were lucky enough to have Max as our server--he was absolutely one of the best we've had anywhere. We started with the Million Dollar Bacon, which arrived quickly and was delicious. My husband ordered the Burger and I ordered the Veggie Benedict. Both looked fantastic, but unfortunately, my eggs were cooked hard instead of runny. When Max checked on us, I mentioned it wasn't a big deal and that I'd still eat it since the restaurant was so busy. Without hesitation, Max let the Owner know, and the Owner personally came over to make it right. He had a fresh Benedict sent out, asked me to cut into the eggs at the table, and when they were still not runny, he insisted on trying again. The third time was the charm, and another server brought it out perfectly prepared. While it took a couple of tries, the way the Owner and Max handled the situation was nothing short of exceptional. Their commitment to making sure we had a great experience really stood out. It seemed like the chef that day might not have been the regular one, but the customer service more than made up for the hiccup. We will absolutely be back--the food is great, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we left happy

Brunch was good and we had live music. I'd probably order something different next time. I tried an omelette. The Bloody Mary was a winner.

HOLY FREAKING MOLY, THE BRINKERHOFF IN CASTLE ROCK JUST RUINED ALL OTHER RESTAURANTS FOR ME…read moreFOREVER!!! Listen up, you beautiful degenerates of Colorado -- if you're anywhere near Castle Rock and you DON'T drop everything to go to The Brinkerhoff, you're actively choosing a life of sadness and regret. This place is perched up there like a goddamn castle overlooking the kingdom, windows so meticulously clean I could see my future in them (and it was eating more ribeye). The views? ABSURD. I'm talking "postcard from heaven" levels of ridiculous. You'll be stuffing your face while staring at scenery that makes you question why you ever lived in a basement apartment. The ambiance inside is straight-up opulent too -- crystal chandeliers dripping like diamonds, stone walls, red leather booths, and that massive framed vintage Beech 18 airplane photo that hits different. Speaking of which... My best friend Rob took one look at that classic twin-prop Beech 18 on the wall and the hairs on his arms stood straight up. Turns out he actually flew one of those exact legends back in the day. There's a killer story behind it -- ask the staff about it, they'll hook you up with the full tale. Goosebumps guaranteed. This place doesn't just serve dinner; it triggers full-on life flashbacks. The food? ABSURDITY-INDUCING. I'm still recovering. * Spicy Hiramasa Roll -- TO. DIE. FOR. Spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, and pure culinary sorcery. One bite and I ascended. I blacked out and woke up speaking fluent sushi. * Big Island Ribeye (16oz, soy-marinated) -- OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Juicy, flavorful, marinated in what I can only assume is liquid gold and unicorn tears. MUST GET. I would fight a bear for this steak. I would marry this steak. Hell, I'd let this steak ruin my credit score. * Chipotle Glazed Wagyu Short Ribs -- These bad boys were so awesome I almost proposed. Sweet, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth perfection that made me question every other rib I've ever had. They were basically foreplay for the main course. And don't even get me started on the STAFF. These legends deserve their own parade. Big shoutout to our waiter Larson -- the man dropped recommendations like they were bars in a rap battle. 10/10 service, zero notes. GM Lisa came in hot on the 4th of July, straight from the sister property Sierra, working like a boss and being the friendliest, most knowledgeable human alive. Absolute queen behavior. GM Heather rolled up, made sure everything was flawless, and then dropped restaurant history knowledge like a TED Talk. I felt cultured AND fed. And eternal props to Chloe & Keiley in reservations -- we showed up AN HOUR LATE like the chaotic gremlins we are, and they still saved our seats. That's not service, that's sorcery. This crew isn't just outstanding -- they're the Avengers of hospitality. Outstanding food + god-tier staff + Beech 18 nostalgia that gives your pilot buddy chills = I'm moving in. 10/10. 100/10. Infinity/10. It's a MUST-GO when you're in Castle Rock. Bring your appetite, bring your people, bring stretchy pants, and bring your best stories. I'm already planning my return like it's a religious pilgrimage. Brinkerhoff, you absolute madlads -- thank you for existing. I love you. Never change. (Go. Now. Tell them the unhinged guy AND his Beech 18-flying buddy sent you.)

I ordered their steak sandwich with fries along with a sushi roll as an appetizer. The second time was a business meeting where we feasted on various dishes. Food was excellent. I complaints. They were busy with the brunch crowd but we were seated within a few minutes and our server dropped off a basket of warm rolls while we browsed the menu. The interior was very cool, lot of wood and giving off a nice western vibe. I did love all the western art on the walls and a nice bar near the entrance. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich which she very much enjoyed. Since their Pan-Fried Chicken was named "Famous" I just had to order that. Four delicious pieces of perfectly fried chicken and the mashed potatoes with cracklin' gravy was amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was so nice and it was a wonderful experience. Side Note - My wife did ask me why I did not order the Chicken and Waffles as it appeared almost every other table had an order. While I love a good waffle, I need to have good cup of coffee with it and seeing how it was almost noon I had left my personal coffee window.
