Returned on 7.7.26, and the nurse said, "Oh my God! You look a lot worse!" The new employee tried to prescribe hydrocortisone which I'm allergic to. And when I said Prednisone helped in the past with allergies, she could care less. Today on my bank account I see a charge for $120 from Peachtree Immediate Care. I will contest this with my bank. I am in the process of writing a demand letter that this immediate care facility reimburse me for the Kaiser Permanent visit and the meds for the week that they ruined my life. Every time I called the facility, no one was available. The only reason I went to this scummy place was because Kaiser was closed on July 3rd. Now Peachtree Immediate Care is destroying me financially in a matter of days. I will visit my bank tonight on the way home to contest this charge. No warning either. The only reason I returned to them on 7.7.26 was to let them know that they were involved in medical malpractice and what could they do for me? When I went to Kaiser on 7.10.26, I had to pay $203 for visit and the purchase of Epi-Pens, Prednisone, and Hyrdoxyzine (sp?). What a freakin' nightmare July was due to them. That was during my vacation weak.

He takes the time to go over any issues you may have and welcomes a conversation about your care. You never feel that he is rushing to the next patient. He is the standard by which I judge every other physician.

His staff is very compassionate and caring about their patient's needs. The appointments are easy and flexible and swift. He definitely knows his stuff and is a very ethical provider. I wouldn't dare switch and she's almost out of high school because he is someone I can trust with her health as if it's his own child. The girls are also so helpful and it's been plenty of times I needed last minute appointments because I took her to ER and wasn't at ease with the on call doctor and they got me right in and did their own evaluation and diagnosis. This doctor is in a league of his own and I promise you will wish he was a general family care medical doctor because people like Dr. Dikkala are hard to come by. Love, love, love his professionalism, ethics, and service. My child will be coming here until she is grown lol because I trust him and he is an awesome doctor that really cares about his patients. I wish just one person at this facility could get their shit together enough to care about caring for patients. She also rejected refilling my pain meds, which I've been taking NIGHTLY for OVER 3 YEARS to relax my muscles and help me sleep, claiming it was "inappropriate" (she didn't tell me that to my face, I found out by randomly going on the KP app). Crazy how Dr. Goyette's job is patient care, yet she doesn't care for her patients. She's probably the least empathetic person I've ever met, I want to personally ask her "Why are you even a doctor???" Kaiser Permanente sucks so badly that I moved states just to change my health insurance instead of waiting for open enrollment. DO NOT GET KAISER INSURANCE !!!

When I fainted during bloodwork, the nurses were so kind and immediately jumped into action to help. I will say that much like many urgent care/ER locations, you may be kept waiting a while after you're stabilized while the staff takes care of other patients. But everyone seemed to be doing their best to keep things rolling.
