From the moment I arrived, Erika was so professional and attentive. She made sure I felt comfortable and clearly communicated everything I needed to know. Dr. Binh was equally impressive--she took the time to explain everything in detail, which was something I haven't experienced in a long time. Most doctors I've seen in the past have been distant, and the care has often felt impersonal, but this visit was completely different. I truly appreciate Erika's kindness and clarity, as well as Dr. Binh's wealth of knowledge and professionalism. Thank you both for making my visit so pleasant. I look forward to returning to this facility in the future!" The office is very clean!!!! Thanks Dina and Chanel

Update: As of August 9 I've been notified that they have in fact lost test results/blood vials…read morewhile in their possession. Very upsetting as I was counting on having those this week after being told countless time the previous week via phone that they'd have them in by the end of this week. Terrible service and it's almost like none of them have answers for everything- they say they'll call you back and then either A.) never get back to you or B.) say the doctor requires you to come in to speak with her about xyz, schedule you and then be confused when you show up. I wish just one person at this facility could get their shit together enough to care about caring for patients. You work in healthcare and it should be taken seriously, not like you work at a motel and don't take your job seriously. I hope that some of these things are looked into and seriously discussed with the entirety of the office as you need to make some very obvious changes. I haven't had any malpractice problems at this location.. however, it is EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of the dr unless it's at that very second convince for her. I've been trying to get ahold of them regarding some results. I keep getting the run around as I'm trying to switch to another facility but they won't let me until I've spoken to or come in for another appointment, which I was rudely ignored when asked if I could come in next day as I work and cannot just come in and sit for HOURS waiting to be seen. Quiet irritating when all I want is the highest care as I'm pregnant and I'm looking for a DR who will care for my every last need and be there for me!! Very hard todo that when it seems like an inconvenience for the entire office as they have terrible communication. Only giving 2 stars because the Ultrasound tech is very sweet and attentive. Can't say that for the rest of the office

When I fainted during bloodwork, the nurses were so kind and immediately jumped into action to help. I will say that much like many urgent care/ER locations, you may be kept waiting a while after you're stabilized while the staff takes care of other patients. But everyone seemed to be doing their best to keep things rolling.

Getting a decent doctor is a hit and miss with Kaiser. I recently dealt with a bad ear infection in…read moremy left ear. I went to the ER in California and they prescribed Amoxicillon and eardrop. That was it until we requested a flush out in the ear. Then a nurse came in to do that and I still couldn't hear. Then, came back to Kaiser in GA and was seen by another doctor. The nurse said everything was flushed out. Still cant hear. Then went to this Gwinnett location for an ENT doctor that was FINALLY referred by a virtual doctor, lol. Finally, someone that was helpful. She listened tentatively and helped me requested an ENT doctor and EVEN suggested an audiologist. Shout out to Dr. Simon, the magical, virtual doctor that FINALLY implemented an effective solution. I have been with Kaiser for over 40 years. As a little girl under my Mother's benefits and now on my own benefits. Boy, has the healthcare industry really changed. I miss Dr. Ellis from California who has retired now. She was amazing, and haven't found another one quite like her. I would be more understanding about the "lack of attention" if this was a public healthcare. It's not, it's private care. And I am going to start looking at other options. This is not why I gave it a 2 stars though. I have to talk about the cost of medicine at this pharmacy. Fellow Americans the ENT doctor prescribed two nasal sprays that could possibly clear up or "push" out the fluid behind my eardrums. So we're trying the other direction instead of directly into the ears this time. When I walked into the Kaiser pharmacy, the cost of "Flonase" was $31.92?! AFRIN was not available. How convenient that internet was down so I couldn't compare prices on Amazon, lol. Nobody enjoys getting ripped off by the pharmaceutical companies and we all know that is a "CONTINUOUS" problem in America. Came to Walmart, Flonase was $13 and AFRIN original was $7. Both for under $30 bucks. Some of you reading this may not feel like this is such a big deal. You need to understand that to help your income grow, you need to budget and among other investments. But budget is key. Im writing this on behalf of you, who like to save money and not feel ripped off by the American Pharmaceutical companies. This is NOT okay. I've been a public servant for 23 years. I take my job seriously for those who are under MY care. The entire doctor's experience has been EXTREMELY disappointing to say the least. I dont understand the purpose or need for this when most of the time we are responded by different entry level nurses or seen by a "Physician's nurse." Nurses are the true superheroes in this industry. Titles are meaningless when a problem is unresolved. I have no words for this round of experience. My ears are still plugged and I pray I get it back in the next few weeks since it has been a week and a half since it has happened. Im also going to continue to write reviews for doctors and nurses who continue to go out of their way to care for you. They definitely deserve that shout out!
