Every time I go here they always rush my nails and pedicures. I have gone here at 6 times hoping that it was just the nail tech fault. The last time I wanted a full set and the owner was trying his hardest to convince me to get Nexgen. I realize Nexgen is quick and easy but I know what I want and don't appreciate the nail tech rushing my nails. Worst nail experience EVER! Aren't manicures supposed to be pampering? This is horrendous. I took my two young cousins to get our nails done and theirs turned out great. However- mine was the opposite. I asked for the nexgen and this guy glued my nails (yes multiple) TO MY SKIN? He also filed my nail so hard that I started bleeding. He didn't cut my nails. He cut one of my cuticles so then he just decided not to touch the rest of them? Oh- and my fingers are dyed. So I stumbled across this place as I was next door at the Style House getting my eyelashes done and saw a big sign saying that they were giving 20% off for $20 minimum so I decided to check it out. I was in complete awe the moment I walked in! The décor first off was amazing - any girl with a sense of style can appreciate the ambiance. Then the service - I felt like VIP!! Oh and the bar! Whaaaaat!! I couldn't believe I was sitting there getting Nexgen nails sipping on a complimentary Cosmo!! Can I get a Amen! Oh and Kay was bomb and did an awesome job on my nails, I highly recommend her to anyone that's looking for someone that can do a great job on your nails but can do it speedy fast! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I walked in at 3pm on a Tuesday to have polish change on my toes and was told that I had a little wait! I understood! After 25 minutes of waiting I was finally escorted to the big massage chairs where I waited again! No one came over or even offered me a beverage (90+ degrees outside)! Must say - this place had mostly scary reviews but I decided to go ahead and try them anyway as they're so close to home. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a pedicure by Don, who was lovely. The basins are lined with plastic bags which put my mind at ease and when he brought out the tools, they were in a sealed bag - phew! I had the lavender pedicure which was a bit costly - $38 but nice. The place wasn't too busy so it was nice and calm. I loved the massage chair which I kept on the entire time I was getting my pedi. With so many nail salons in the area, I would never go back here. I've gotten many pedicures in my life and this was by far the worst. The job was rushed, the tech did not use enough coats of polish (I chose a light color) and my heels were drier and more rough post-pedicure than before I came. I went for next gen nails and they did decent job but when I went to remove my nex gen nails color the technician name Zack was horrible . He has grown nails which scratched my fingers skin around my nails . When I came home and washed my hands it started hurting more so when I called to tell complain them . wish I could give this place zero stars. I felt humiliated. This is the third time I've come in here. two prior times I'd said I'd never return. there was no wait. now I know why. My kiddo and I just needed two simple polish changes. The lady who did mine talked about me the entire time. She told me my nails were too strong. She admonished me for the amount of cotton she had to use to take off my blue polish. Twice I asked her to please cut a bit shorter. The third time she handed me the clippers and said do it yourself. I did. She glared at me the entire time and halfway did my nails in just a few minutes. the gentleman who took care of my daughter was lovely but also looked embarrassed. the worst part of all was the manager. When I asked to speak to him he walked towards me looking like he was up for a fight. I explained and he told me I was wrong and why didn't I tell him when she handed me the clippers. Seriously? Found the best nail salon. I like conservative nails for work. They have NextGen and Gel with broad color range. Perfect shape, not too heavy nail polish. You know what I mean when the nail polish looks like it has been caked on in other salons, not nice. The girls and guys are so pleasant and courteous. Alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks. The best nail manicure in a long while. Pedicure just as requested. So stressless. Manager organized, managing to get all patrons in somehow. I loved the place. New, so professional. The salon looks somewhat clean and the pedicure sink is covered in what looks like a shower cap. When she was almost done with my feet she used the cuticle scraping tool to poke a hole in the shower cap over the drain while my feet were in the water so I took my feet out and she opened a front drain emptied the contents which must be dead skin cells into the water then hit my leg and said put feet back. I said no just rinse my feet off, I'm not putting my feet back in the water you emptied a filter in there. She then tried to push my foot back in the water. I again said no just rinse my foot. She had a terrible attitude mumbled something then finally rinsed my feet. I saw another review where a woman shows a horrible skin infection. I totally see how that could happen as I saw another employee poke a hole in the plastic cover while the customers feet were in the water. I will not be returning, it's very easy to clean after a customer leaves it's gross to dump dead skin nail dirt and germs!!! Buyer beware read more

All I can say is that this place is absolutely amazing. When you go in you should ask frfr r Jackie she is my absolute favorite you get your moneys worth. You will have a good experience as long as you don't get Natalie as your nail tech. She is absolutely rude and very anal. I told her that I wanted coffin shape and she asked me how long and I told her the length and then she made a huge deal about the length begin way to long. I feel that she shouldn't have a say on what style nails or length that I want if I am paying for service........ So I went ahead and got them shorter since she made a huge deal about it....... Nail tech was very unpleasant. Not personable at all and refused to accommodate a reasonable request. Approached me by rudely asking what color, no hello, no smile. Then upon my request to soak next gen off he proceeds to tell me they don't do soaking then in the same sentence says it'll take 30 mins. From that I gather you can but you didn't want to. So I explained I prefer minimal drilling so I typically soak first. After going back and forth he finally grudgingly went to get products for me to soak, at least I thought, but returned with nothing in hand. The idea of the bar is nice - more options than just wine. Love that HGTV was on. Facility seems clean. Even though it wasn't busy when I went in they rushed my nails and pedicure. I got nexgen acrylic which lasted for exactly 7 days and they didn't stay on since there was minimal amount of glue used - most of which was on my skin. I did nexgen 3 days later already had 3 chip. While they were friendly in fixing the issue it was still an inconvience to have to go back at all. With that said I am not pleased with the "touch up". Instead of redoing the chipped nails they just added more powder to that area, and perhaps that is the norm but my nails don't look clean, in fact they now look as though there is a crack on the tip. Also, they went ahead and added an extra layer onto all my nails to avoid future chipping. That would have been nice, however I had chosen PLAIN light pink color, the white base coat applied prior had flakes of fuzz and glitter so now half of my nails have glitter, and sadly not even the whole nail like it was intentional, some are half glitter, some just a few flakes. I am really bummed about this experience as getting my nails done is a treat so to look down at this mediocre job disappoints me that I wasted my money. read more

Absolutely horrible I have gone to the salon a couple of times and other than the usual they don't speak good English so trying to explain how you want your nails done and what you want done to your nails is virtually impossible and they talk on their phone while doing your nails ..I never complained at all then this last time they had a girl fresh Out of school do you my nails not only did she leave the acetone on my nails so long but every one of my nails tore off she then told me The price for a full set !! I did not want a full set !! and I thought this was a horrible and sneaky way for them to force somebody to spend more money . this girl absolutely burned my nails and my fingertips leaving the acetone on so long and then drilling so deep into my fingernails I will never recommend this place to anyone ever I went to the manager and told him what happened and I said I will never come back and he said OK as if he just didn't care so that right there tells you they do not care about customer service at all and they must think it is OK to have kids Do your nails ...I think this is something the Board of Health should be made aware of and that's exactly what I intend to do read more

I read the not so great reviews before trying this place out, but decided to go ahead and give it a try. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. When I arrived they pushed the nexgen. I said no gel was what I normally do. Then when I sat down the nail tech again encouraged me to do nexgen saying it was the same price and better for my nails because they didn't have to buff them. I decided to go ahead and give it a try. Well apparently they use that Dremel thing and that can't be better than buffing it! She did the nexgen in about 10 minutes. She didn't give me a manicure she just did the Nexgen color. As she was finishing them she used the Dremel again and cut 2 of my fingers! Ouch!!! I was very nice and just let it be. When She finished I asked why she didn't give me a manicure and she said it wasn't included. So it really wasn't the same price. The gel polish included the manicure for the same price as just the Nexgen. They of course didn't tell me that in the beginning. To top it off, I wasn't even offered a beverage! So I really tried to make this my new place for my nails. My first visit was really nice except for a dirty table they place my drink on. I notice the glasses are washed by hand. So how clean are they. How hot is the water. Meaning how sanitized. But the drinks are good. The nail person who did my pedi did a great job. But I have not seem him in there again. The decor is nice and modern. Then I came in again and one of the techs thought they were funny saying he was going to cut my finger . I laughed it off and said he will never do them again. My last visit was my deciding factor. When I was told I could go outside to use the bathroom. Yeah might have been playing but, we are not that close. My pedicure was awful. It was so systematic and not enjoyed. He messed my nail up putting on my shoe ant got frustrated and just started to rub it off roughly. Painted the toe and left me at the chair can you take me to the drying table . Just left me there. It looks like a child put this color on. This is my first time to Caesars Nail Lounge and I will not be back. There are many other places in Frisco that will give you a better price, better service and a cleaner environment. I came in just last week and got a full pedicure with my family and spent well over a hundred dollars. Today I just wanted to come in and get a polish change. First of all , I expect the same service and the same respect whether I pay $10 or $110. My nail technician was in a rush to paint my nails and she did a terrible job. There was nail polish all over my toes that she failed to clean up before she left. I had to ask her to come back and clean off the excess nail polish. The lady was very rude and obviously didn't like her job. After she got done cleaning the nail polish up she walks away sucking down her mimosa and not giving a care in the world. The manager suggested that I have my toes redone and my lady was dreading to just do that. After she took off my nail polish, she picked out the wrong color to paint my nails and had to RE take off the polish and paint the right color on my toes after 5 times. I eventually got sick of her so I asked for another lady to finish it. I should get the same service with a polish change or a full pedicure. They had terrible service and just because I'm not spending a whole bunch of money does not mean they can't at least ask me if I wanted a water.
