Superb service!!!!!! Harry with the cool hair did my nails and Kim did my pedicure. The pedicure was amazing!! The foot massage and the hot stones were the icing on the cake. The massage was so relaxing, that I almost proposed to Kim. Harry does not play. He removed my polish and executed my nails with speed and expert precision. Ive gone here since they opened. Only a couple of people here know how to do acrylics so make your appointment with Wendy. I had a horrible experience when i went as a walk in bc they did not know what they were doing and no attention to detail! Im having to go spend another $125 with a different salon now to fix the way too thick and way too overfilled issues. Its so bad my nail beds are even filled in. I've come here with a friend a few times and have had overall good experiences! I will say, stand firm on what you want because they definitely try to upsell you and they don't always tell you it's an upgrade. For an example, they talked my friend into chrome and didn't tell her it adds $20. She was okay with it but I would've wanted to know. My nails always look great though and they're super friendly. Definitely ask for their drink menu on the weekends because they have some delicious options if you're wanting a mimosa or marg while you relax! Overall a good experience. read more

Tried this place out since it's so close to the house. Sadly it was a waste of my money. Asked for gel on my toes, they used regular polish. Then my nails were just not it. One thumbs nail is crooked, my pointer finger is a different shape then all the rest. I tried to explain to get it fixed and it was just bad. Horrible manicure, zero quality work. They only seem nice when you enter and leave just because they want people to come back- I think it would be better if they just tried to do a better quality job in the nail service. I'm not even picky but this is just terrible, I wish I could go back in time and not have gone at all and just have naked nails with half degraded regular polish, I would even pay the $100+ just to NOT have these on my hands. I think the pics speak for themselves. I think I did a favor waiting 1 day before taking photos because they were even more cemented and encrusted with gel and aggressively cured by searing my nailbeds (which usually ok fine if it's a decent job??..) I could type pages on this because i too know how to do gel x and gel as I have these at home. My mistake for trying a new place to save myself time and effort but bad bad result. Oh and this sparkle whatever isn't even what I asked for and they definitely gaslit me lol but I was like ok whatever just don't do poorly but now it's not the color and looks bad so yay super lumpy because they just slather on gel and cure it like the lamp is a miracle worker read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I MADE APPOINTMENT FOR A DIP. I WAS SHIOWN TO MY CHAIR. One tech sat down - I thought she was going to do my nails, but then another tech came over with the bowl and acetone soak. The first tech returned and barked at me to move my hands. I've been getting dips for years (my fingers were moving), they began speaking as they ALL do, in their native tongue. Siri has a translator app -- FYI: for all nail shop techs out there..... after soaking for 39 minutes no tech to be found...someone brought over the basket of nail colors to choose from without saying anything just sat them down. I got up to leave and all of a sudden 4 techs are in my face yelling, "she had to eat her lunch." I saw her walking back and forth and gawking at me while she was supposedly eating her lunch. All they care about is money and "Karen's. All of the techs had bad egregious attitudes. Take some cultural / diversity inclusion classes. If I could've given them 1 star I would have... She took over an hour, every nail was crooked, different shape, and looked the worst they have ever looked. She also cut every single one of my nails. I did not have time to stay after being there for over an hour. Even she knew she did a terrible job because she told me to come back. She blamed it on the color of my nails I picked. Honestly they're way over priced. I do my own nails but occasionally I like to get my nails done. One day my 2 daughters went to this salon for a mommy daughter day. The owner charged $35 for 2 bow charms that you can order a pack for less than $5 on Amazon. I do not mind paying for services however the extra for designs/ charms are ridiculous. I've tried to support this nail salon in multiple occasions but they are WELL OVER PRICED!!! Even with gel polish. You can order an entire gel polish set, for less than what they charge you for a gel polish. Another thing, if you're charging all that money for nails, they should be top tier but again the prices do not match there work. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but save your money and time and skip this nail salon. I made an appointment to get a pedicure and manicure here since it's close to my house. Showed up early and they didn't start my service until 45 minutes after my appointment. They started my pedicure 45 min after my appt & didn't start my nails til 1 hour after my appointment time. I had 2 different people start my nails and they kept answering the phone or running to the front to check out customers during my appointment. My dip nails turned out horrible, they're so lumpy and thick, my gel polish on my toes started peeling the day after I got them done.
