This is my new favorite nail spot! My co-worker recommended this salon for their NextGen Dipping Powder Gel and I love it! Those are my natural nails...no fake tips! My nails feel stronger and yet, lighter than they do with the tips/acrylics combo. NexGen is a calcium & vitamin E infused powder that dries hard and still is breathable and allows the nail to grow. My pedicure was perfect, too! Chantel custom blended two colors for my pedi and made me a delicious cappuccino (love my coffee!). Jessica did my gorgeous manicure. She took her time and explained the product very well. I got an education on the scams and sub-par products some salons are using. The most awful experience i have EVER had a nail salon! From beginning to end. Something told me to leave when i was just there for 5 mins but i decided to give them a chance and i regret it!!!! The young lady upfront is careless! It was my first time there, i told her my name n appt time. She looks to the computer and asks, hi you have an appt? I said, yes...i just told you that. She leaves (doesnt say anything) im standing there like an idiot and she comes back asks a few awkward questions ive never been asked before. I continue to stand there while she says nothing...i ask, where do i pick a color? She then says Oh yea!! Come this way...ok i pick a color, im wondering who is gonna do my nails. I go back to ask her and the guy was sitting 2 feet away from me and didnt bother to say hi to let me know he was doing my nails. I follow him to the seats to do my toes and he says nothing im just standing there not know where to sit, i had to ask one of the other nail techs bc he didnt speak any english.i tell them i have gel on my nails, i need foil to wrap my fingers. "Ok later" 45 mins later!! He still doing my toes and no one has come to put foil. (They had offered me water and i never got it) i flag down someone she starts and leaves...someone else comes but with no foil, finally she gets the foil....im not exaggerating she drenches my fingers in acetone!!!!! At this point, ive had three people paint my toes while shes showering me with acetone! Finally my toes are done after probably over an hour my butt was sore!!!! I tell her i want glitter on one nail i show her which one. She looks looks comes back, "no more" im like ok. Then When it comes time to paint my nails she goes to point out "another" glitter and I said i thought that's the one you told me you did not have,She gets up again and a matter of seconds finds the one she told me she had no more of!!!!! To wrap this up, bc theres alot more to say...she took another hour + to do my nails. My back was killing me!!! I go to pay, i give a $3 tip (lucky they got anything) and the little girl is like $3? The only issue that I had was that even though I set up an appointment for 11AM I ended up leaving at 2PM. Of course I was getting pedicure and acrylic nails but I didn't think it would take 3 hours to get it done. There was a point where I was sitting in the chair for half an hour doing nothing. The workers also work really hard to sell you things such as a more expensive pedicure procedure so be sure to stand your ground! They are ROACH INFESTED. This one was crawling on my friend's foot. We told the owner who was sitting next to us and she ignored me. We killed it and they let it sit there between us then later put a heater over it. There were also roaches around the sink area. The owner was trying to pressure a young girl into paying more for a service she didn't even want. They said they had time for us when I called ahead, we were there for 3 hours. I have been coming to this salon a little over a year. I will not try any other salon unless they close. My nail tech Jessica is the bomb.com. She is very friendly and does my nails perfect everytime. I have absolutely no complaints. Ever since I started coming here my nails have been super healthy. I started with very short nails and i now have long fabulous nails thanks to the nexgen dip and Jessica. I have sat with Michelle and tony as well and they are also good. Best part is how clean and sanitary they are. Huge plus! You walk in and it doesn't have that over powering alcohol or acrylic smell. I have referred my sisters and friends who now also come to the salon regularly. I rave about my nail place every time someone compliments my nails. read more

This nail shop is in a convenient location however the management is horrible! I simply called to confirm an appointment I made two weeks ago and they couldn't find it. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't shout. I just asked for another appointment. I asked them to double check the time to make sure of the appointment and the woman on the line hung up. Thinking it was disconnected I called back and a male answered who I assume is the same man that seems to run the salon. I began to share my experience and my request to cancel all appointments and he hung up too. No, "I apologize for your experience" or "Sorry, our line got dropped". I imagine they are making so much money that losing one customer doesn't matter to them hence the bad service. This is just another example of how customer service with some small neighborhood businesses is deteriorating. I will still continue to patronize small businesses in the local Pembroke Pines area but Caesar's will not be one of them. read more

Gave this place a shot based on pics & reviews. My husband and I went for pedicures and we LOVED it. The decor is beautiful and it's very warm and inviting. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly receptionist who showed us all that they offer. Seated promptly and at the same time. Offered a drink (had a glass of wine) and enjoyed the massaging chairs. Both tech's (Michelle & Elizabeth) were super sweet and soft spoken. They did an amazing job and we were very pleased. We usually go to another place that cost more $ and we get less that what we got with the "Cumberland pedicure" from Caesar's. It was a great pampering experience. This was my first visit and my last! The service was terrible and the owner May was the one who did my nails. I asked for regular French polish and she said they would get ugly to fast. So she suggested a natural color then brought me the gel colors to choose from. She was in a rush and kept on getting up to do other things. I didn't want a crappy job and since I saw that she was trying to get me out I chose a color. I paid $50 and the color which was gel was left with bumps in it..the shape was horrible and the nails weren't even cleaned after ...I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! The nails technicians are good but I was not happy with the lady at the front, not sure if she is a manager or what but she was extremely rude and has no knowledge of the nail industry and thanks to her I will not be a returning customer. I simply asked for a matching pedicure color to go with my gel manicure, she advised that they cannot do that. Then she began to go on rudely that there is no other salon that does that. I do my nails every 2 weeks and only went here because they are in the area. But Nail lounge provides their clients their colors with an exact match, Paradise nails provide their clients with exact match, Level Nail Lounge provides their clients with an exact match. There is always a nail color palette provided so that clients are ensured they're getting the exact match. When I called my friend who owns a nail salon in Miami, she laughed. But the problem wasn't with them. The problem was with their nail products. Within one week my OPI gel mani was lifting on all my fingers. And when I took a look at my toes, two of them were completely missing the nail polish. Not cracked or scratched. Missing. Gone. Poof. Without leaving any proof that I had nail polish on those two toes lol. They worked hard and took their time but idk why this happened. And honestly it shouldn't for the price of $65! I came to get a pedicure at first I was not happy with the nail polish color selection, but I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. I was given a tech and he cut me. My cuticles were bleeding profusely. He was not apologetic at all. I have never ever gotten cut before during a pedicure. Not only did he cut me, but the end result of polish painting was horrible. My daughter and I visited the salon today to get our nails done. We like it at Caesars because it's clean, the nail techs are nice and they do a great job. My complaint is with management and their lack of skills in dealing with another customer who was unbearable today while we were there. The customer in question not only had her medium-sized dog with her, a mini-husky, but was on her cellphone for the entire two hours we were there. She was loudly conducting meetings, zoom calls, and personal calls the entire time. There were times she was cursing and times when the people she was on zoom calls were cursing. It was inappropriate and inconsiderate to the entire salon. Not only was every other customer annoyed, but the nail techs were equally on edge. This obnoxious woman ended up being seated next to my daughter. Her dog was climbing onto the tables, licking my daughter's arm and once her cheek. We like dogs, but no one wants this to happen while in the middle of a nail appointment. The dog was also licking the nail tech's tools. Where was the manager? Why didn't anyone speak to this woman? This one woman is going to cost this business a lot in lost customers. I for one, will think twice before heading back to this salon and it will not be based on the nail techs or their service. Most nail places charge around $70 for gel acrylics but they charged my young sister over $100 for a horrible job on her mani, pedi and cut her all over. This was her 1st time at this place. Me and my mom had made this salon our staple for when we lived in south Florida. The services they offer are amazing and reasonably priced. We get the Nex-Gen nails and we ask for Johnny or Michelle, because they are the best in the salon. We go there every other weekend, so we have gotten to know the staff pretty well and are greeted every time we walk in or just by the salon. The receptionists are really friendly, and Mathew's hair is amazing and always changing. A good neighborhood nail salon. Very very disappointed. Made 2 appointments. 1 for my daughter and 1 for her friend to get their nails done for Prom. My daughter was seen right away but her friend had to wait almost 90 minutes to be seen and when I asked why I was told that the salon had walk ins and the salon took the walk ins first. Then the lady who did my daughters friend had a major attitude the whole time. Never smiled just glared at us in annoyance. I think she was mad she had to do her nails. Then the receptionist said when you book an appointment and bring a friend you receive 20%off. But when we went to pay the lady taking our money was so rude and said she would not honor what we were told. On top of all that we were charged $50 for a set of acrylic nails. Amy was fabulous my nails were like when you see them in a magazine ..
