I went to Don about a month ago & he was amazing. He took his time, but it also didn't feel like I was there forever. I think him making small talk with me helped. My pedicure lasted more than a month while I've been to other places and my gel peeled off within two weeks. My usual go to place for nails. I was disappointed today when I saw many customers not properly wearing masks and just taking them off or having "chin diapers". I didn't feel comfortable being in the salon with so many people not following mask rules and there was no enforcement while the local COVID numbers are going up. Many staff also did not have their mask actually covering their nose and it was pretty crowded today. I feel bad for the employees and customers being put at risk for COVID. They need to make people wait outside and call in when ready and enforce proper mask wearing. There is a sign that says masks are required but it's not enforced. I'll be looking elsewhere that enforces the mask rules. read more

I have been going here since the beginning of January. Lys is the person that does my nails. She is great. I have no complaints. All the people that sit around Lys are nice and like to joke around. Not like some other places where the nail tech seems stuck up. When I went in for my first appointment I let them know that I would like to try Nexgen because gel comes off to quickly with my nails and my nails lift with acrylic. As of yesterday when I went for the third time, I cannot believe how long my nails are and they are my nails, not artificial. They also give a nice gift for your birthday. I received a $15 off coupon. The only thing is they send it to you a week before your bday and you have up until 3 days after your bday to use it, but that is fine with me. I have never went to a nail place that did that. I would definitely recommend this place to others read more

Impromptu mani-pedi with my Biffie to start off the week at a brand new Nail Spa in the neighborhood. First impressions are everlasting and this one was excellent. This establishment just opened less than a week ago, they are running a 20% discount so we decided to run in without an appointment. We were greeted with welcoming smiles. The place is GORGEOUS, very spacious, very well laid out (I'm an interior designer, so I look for good flow and ambiance.) The product selection was great, DND, OPI, Essie. My services were provided by Amy, who was beautiful, well dressed and very customer-service oriented. She cared about my needs and wanted to ensure that I had a relaxing/enjoyable experience. Other techs interacted with us and treated us like friends visiting for lunch. John even served us wine from their beautiful wine bar. My friend and I joked that we had been going to another nail salon for over 5-years and they didn't even know our names. My mani-pedi was done beautifully, great massage too. I had the Signature Spa Pedicure, PERFECT! They have hair stations and a beautiful color bar too. And best of all it's right here in the SilverLakes Shoppes, walking distance from home. I honestly could not comfortably ever go back to this nail salon again. I hate to leave bad reviews but every single moment being at this salon was upsetting. I made an appointment to get a fill and a pedicure and instead of being greeted upon arrival the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. There were actually three receptionists that seemed to be more interested in gossiping with each other instead of helping customers (which seems to be a theme of the whole salon). Once I was actually getting the service done, I heard multiple conversations between technicians talking crap about each other, which is extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable for customers to have to listen to. At one point, a technician actually went to the front of the salon and appeared to confront someone who was "telling her what to do" and shouted at her in front of a completely full salon. I'm not trying to spend $65 on nails to be dragged into a drama... I will not be back. read more

Not only is the most expensive nail Solon in Pembroke Pines but the limited cheap products they use, leave you with a manicure I would expect from a 10-year-old child. They took a two and a half to do the worst job ever. If I'm going to take that kind of time to have on manicure and Pedi done it better be perfect. They never told me that they charge $20.00 dollars for Gel ... OMG, everywhere I go is $5.00 dollars. The attitude was horrible...The guy that did my nails did a horrible job. Just dropped off my 82-year-old mother for her appointment at 2:30 which I made two days ago. They tell me there's no one there to do her full set nails, even though we made the appointment at 2:30 told the guy he should compensate us because we had to pay for an Uber I'll come back for her. They said there's nothing they can do for us I told him I was gonna leave a bad rating on yelp and he said do what you Gotta do. SMH don't do business with this company they are the worst nail salon in Broward county....... I also forgot to mention that this is the third time in the last three months that our appointment was canceled due to no fault of ours, they always say they do not have the appropriate personnel, then why do they keep scheduling appointments and keep letting down their customers. I love this place! The atmosphere is great and everybody is really nice! I've been going here for about 5 months now and I've never been the type to get my nails done ever bc I'm so picky and I own over 200 bottles of nail polish so I always figured, why pay to have my nails done when I can do them myself and I have so many options? Well I went in for a nail repair the first time and I'll never do my own nails again as long as I can afford it! I LOVE nexgen! They literally last as long as you want them to. I've gone up to 4 weeks and could go longer if I wanted to. No chips, breaks, or cracks! The only thing you have to worry abt is the grow-out if that bothers you. If your tough on your hands or have a job where your working with your hands a lot but also still want to have nice nails then do Nexgen! I would recommend Nexgen to all women who don't do their nails every week and dont have super hard natural nails that never break (like my stepmom lol). My usual nail tech is Michelle and I love her! I've also gone with Johnny and he is good as well. I've never had any issues and my nails are always perfect! Pilard fixed what the other places screwed up and my nails look gorgeous! She's very down to earth, funny and makes you feel comfortable. Have to give three stars for this place. The people were nice and I was able to get a good pedicure, but definitely give only three stars for my full set of NexGen nails. They look ok, but the filing is very uneven. I mentioned it to the nail tech and he fixed two of them, but didn't bother to fix the other five fingers that were also uneven. If I hadn't mentioned it to him, he wouldn't have noticed - it isn't difficult to see an unevenly filed nail, especially for a nail tech. He was nice about it though, just not enough attention to detail. I believe since this place is fairly new, the staff is as well. They do sell mixed drinks from a bar along with coffee and tea, so that's a plus... perhaps that has to do with why the nail tech files crooked nails?? Not sure... I would go back for a pedicure and maybe a natural nail manicure - but not for nail enhancements. read more

I really want to like this place which is why I'm giving them a chance to right their wrongs today. I went in Saturday morning for a gel mani and a regular pedi. I normally go to the Miramar Nail Lounge but it's a bit out of the way. I figured I would try Caesar's as it is literally at the corner of my neighborhood. The inside is amazing. Very clean very organized & very comfortable. I had a 9 am appointment and was seated and had my pedicure started it was great. When it came to my gel mani Paola was my assigned technician. Let me start my saying I'm not a fan of the combo mani pedi deal. I like to enjoy my pedi and then move on to my mani. She started with my nails and off the bat I was a little unhappy at the fact that she buffed my nails with a fine texture nail block. I know that this is an necessary step and actually causes the nail to thin out and can increase the chance of peeling or breaks. Once she realized she couldn't complete the gel mani at the pedi chair she told me she would do the polish at her work station. She started on my mani and I knew there was going to be an issue . She didn't paint the full nail EVER. Either she didn't want to take the time to clean the nail to ensure full coverage or she is lacking on education but, by the time she was done I looked like I had this manicure for 4 days (it looked totally grown out, air bubbles in the polish, and frankly a little messy). I paid and walked out. When I left I called the salon and spoke to Andy (I believe he is the manager) I told him about the situation and how I would like them to correct it. He advised me to come in today Aug. 8th to have them redo it. We will see how it goes. I will update after my appointment read more

Went in this morning (9:30am) to get my nails done, simple dip just my hands. The nail techs name was Helen. Honestly, I should've known after the first two times that she made me BLEED that this was NOT going to be a good experience. The final time I pulled my hand away in pain and she just sat there. Apologizing. Again. And I extended my hands out to just finish and go home and she just sat there. As if I was the one who made HER bleed. I understood she felt bad, so I didn't say absolutely anything or ask to speak to the manager, when I absolutely should have. She finished and sent me to the UV light. And THIS is what I ended up with. The person, who I believe may have been the manager, came over and asked to look at my nails. Even HE agreed what a terrible job was done that he set me up with another nail tech. When she looked at my nails she asked "Well, what's wrong with them?" Which, infuriated me- and I said "have you looked at them??" She wanted to redo them and assured me it would only take "5 minutes" - it's 11:30 by this time. I just wanted to leave so i asked to just pay and go. I was on the verge of tears. I have an important event and wanted nice presentable nails and was left with this. They didn't ask for payment, which was ok- but I would've rather paid whatever I had to pay for a good set of nails than go home for free crying over this set and the pain I had to endure when she did them. It is new place closed to my house so I went and tried. What a big mistake. They use a disposable brush/filer on your feet that is so hard it scratched my skin on the side of my feet. I had to ask her to stop and I still have a scab on one foot. the manicure went even worst. She cut my cuticles so much it cut me and it hurt for couple of days. To make matter worst I did my nails on Thursday night so it will be nice thru the weekend that i was going to the FL keys. By Saturday morning the polish was chipped on most of my nails, by Sunday it look so ugly I had to remove the nail polish. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place. The environment is very nice, they have popular music playing and entertainment tv shows on; however, some of the staff was pushing me to get a more expensive service. The quality of the work is average, definitely not worthy of the superior attitude they have. They speak badly of their customers in a foreign language to each other and laugh at them while present because they know no one understands but Google has a translator that clued me in. With so many nail shops within proximity there's no need to return to a place that treats its customers so poorly. So I am a local and I had never heard of this place till last weekend and there was a reason for it. So let's begin. When I went here I went with a friend and we went last Thursday (the Thursday before prom). We had appointments at 6... this place some how lost my half of the appointment and were short nail techs.. the Thursday before prom weekend in our area but whatever. So they didn't even start working on my nails until nearly 8pm. At this point we had been at the 'spa' for 2+. Once they started working on me the tech I was placed with had a real attitude prom and barley spoke to me and acted like she was the boss and clearly wanted to get out of there (she was checking the time on her phone every 5 mins) because they close at 8 (if you are going to work a place shouldn't you display a nice customer presence at least until your customer walks out the door?). I went to give her the tip and because she never said her name to me I wasn't she what to call her so I handed her the tip as soon as she got her head out of her phone and she even had an attitude about getting a tip. After all of this mess just to get my nails done a simple Gel Acrylic full set with coffin shape it cost $50!! I have never in my life paid that much for my nails to get done especially with the sh*t service of this place. Also all of there employees do not communicate well at all. The receptionist told us I would get a 20% discount because we were new customers but when we went to pay we were told by the store owner that wasn't the case. If I could give this place NO STARS I would. Long story short I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will NEVER come back. I've been coming to Caesars for a while and since the new ownership it's been nothing but PERFECT every time I come in- and I honestly can 100% recommend this location for ANYONE. I am soon moving to Davie and I will be making the 35 minute drive every 2 weeks. The service from the receptionist Denise (which she is LOVELY, FUN! And super welcoming each time) to my 2 favorite Nail technicians - Ari & Leon from dip powder to full set they do it both. I honestly am so welcomed each time. And let's not mention WINE!
