Small place located right in front of Donqi. They offer a variety of stuff and they also have a point card! The baristas are also nice. I'm just not a fan of the line this place can easily build up. There's usually only one barista working, so things aren't as up to pace as your typical Starbucks, but can't be helped. I've only gotten their blended smoothies so far, but they're faster to make than the other beverages and are really good. I can't wait to try other drinks. read more

Excellent coffee, little higher-priced than standard Starbucks costs (by over $1 for an iced Americano), but worth the boost from your wallet. Expertly prepared and delicious, made quickly, so you move onto the rest of your day. God, good service. If you don't know what drink to get, there's a sign with cartoon illustrations of every single coffee drink possible--depicting the relative proportions of coffee, water, milk/froth, and other items. Makes me feel less stupid as a consumer, plus I get my caffeinated dosage for the day. WIN. You wouldn't expect such a gem of a shop right outside of Don Quixote. Located right next to Don Quijote entrance, ewa side of the door. There was a little line but it was moving, the man (failed to get his name) was very helpful and informative of the different type of drinks they had; Shakes, Bubble Drinks, Smoothies and more. He even gave us a sample of their strawberry banana smoothie, which was amazing, the right amount of bananas and strawberries. My daughter had the number 16 which was a caramel sundae, my daughter loved it and ate it all. I had the number 19, a mocha shake with bubbles per the employee it is their most popular drink and I can see why. I love coffee drinks so the hint of coffee was perfect, the sweetness and coolness of the drink is amazing especially on that hot sunny Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend this place, wish they had other locations closer to me but I wouldn't mind driving all the way down here for more. Must try!!! read more

I have been coming to this establishment every morning before I start work. To get my coffee fix which will always be their CARAMEL FRAPPE. Its da "bomb". Point blank!! The reason being, is because of all the wonderful people that are working their asses off every single day to provide excellent customer service to each n everyone they happen to come across. They are all so down to earth, and I hope you guys out there go n continue to support small business like them. I have probably walked by this little coffee/tea place a thousand times, but never tried it! I wish I had earlier! I was craving a milk tea, but didn't want to drive into a hard to get into and out of tea shop, so took a chance with cafe kyra while going to pick up my now repaired iPad mini from TCA wireless inside don quijote. If you're looking for an all the frills tea shop with crazy colorful floaty things in it, a pretty clear and laminated cup, powdery-fake tasting tea place with 50 choices of milk tea that pretty much taste all the same....look elsewhere...this is a straight up coffee and tea place with a limited menu- but it has a good selection of options to keep its crowd happy. Thanks to Yelp, I ordered a milk tea with boba and told the friendly worker that I was going to come right back to pick it up. After a few minutes, I came back, drink ready to grab and go! Now I understand why this little cafe almost always has people waiting in front of its shop. My tea was tasty, not too sweet, and with boba soft and just chewy enough. The proportion of ice was perfect- just less than a quarter filled- enough to keep my drink icy cold but not so much that I felt ripped off (mostly ice and not enough tea- I hate that!). Big plus that the worker was friendly and efficient, handing me my order as he took care of another customer at the same time. Another plus is that this cafe is open early, which is hard to find if you're looking for a milk tea before 10am. Yaaaas! read more

Awesome mocha with boba! At first it seemed weird getting a frappe-like drink with tapioca but after the first taste somewhere else, we were hooked. We started looking all over town for a really good one and we found this place. First of all, they use real espresso. With a large you get 3 shots, with a price of just over $5. That's pretty good price for 3 shots. Second of all, they use real ice cream. 3 scoops actually. So what you get is a real creamy-coffee tasting epicness of a drink that will energize your brain. Anyway they top it off with whip cream and Hershey's syrup. They also have other shakes and smoothies. Don't forget to ask for a stamp card. The people who work there are nice and pleasant as well. It's located outside of Don Quijote. My only gripe is the parking but if you're patient you'll find one. It's kinda nice that there's a lot of stores around to eat and shop. read more

The drinks at Cafe Kyra are the best! My favorite is the Mocha Frappe. I've yet to try a better mocha frappe anywhere else, because there isn't one. The service there is awesome too...always with a smile. Although, because they're located at Don-Qi Kaheka, depending on what time of day, the parking can sometimes be awful. read more

It's always been around but i never really came here till i started my new job near by. Now it's on the daily to do list when i work. The caramel frappe is what i go for most of the time. I've also tried their wild berry smoothie. It was great. If your ever in the area and look for coffee or something good to drink. I would recommend cafe kyra. read more

Everything I have ordered from here is really good, but my favorite is the peach smoothie which is perfectly refreshing for a hot day. It doesn't weigh you down like other drinks for the same price do. Scott is really friendly, I make it a point to order when I see him working. :) read more

But visited it two days ago and i was amazed how changed the service and taste was I mean coffee was perfectly brewed there was a girl smiling and she made up our day. An excellent Thai iced coffee. For only a little over 3 dollars you can get a small one that has two shots of espresso in it. The coffee drink was so good I went back and got a strawberry banana shake . The bananas are fresh but the strawberry is a syrup so it was a little too sweet. Super friendly staff . I've discovered the red eye, shot or two of espresso in cup of coffee. Only thing not all red eyes are created equal, i.e. some better than others and some much much mo betta den uddas. That for me is the case with Cafe Kyra's red eye. I've tried the coffee bean and tea leaf, starbucks, and Peet's but no can beat Cafe Kyra. They also have a mean ono orange shake. Haven't tried anything else, yet. Da braddah dat look like he jus got out of prison serves up the brews and says no be shy and stop by. "I gotta have more red eyes from coffee Kyra" LOL read more

I've been coming here for 6 years now. This is by far my favorite coffee spot and the only place I go for my after-lunch caffeine fix. It doesn't matter if you go for the coffee or for the smoothies - ITS ALL GOOD! I've never walked away unsatisfied. My favorites are the caramel macchiato and peach smoothie. The workers are really friendly and make conversation easy. They also make sure to greet the line which is a major plus in customer service. The owners of this place are like family to me now and they treat everyone that goes there as such. They memorize people's orders which adds a personal touch lost in some businesses today. Also, they will make sure you are happy with your service/drink before you leave the window. It's conveniently located right outside kaheka don quijote.
