The food is superb and authentic. You can't go wrong anything you try is great. This has to be one of my favorite dishes.

Creamy lobster fettuccine was awesome. Service is also excellent.

Had a very welcoming and very pleasant service. The lobster fettuccine was awesome, finish it all by myself. The place was chic. Highly recommend it.

The food - fillet with peppercorn sauce and the the lobster risotto special - was phenomenal. The ambience was french feeling and quaintly small. The service was especially attentive. Thank you for the experience!

Breakfast Burrito and side of bacon

Very small/cute European style cafe downtown Basalt. The service was pretty slow since they only had 2 servers for the whole dining room and they weren't in a rush, which is very European. We found it funny that they had signs all over tell you to not use your cell phone, which might be a European thing as well. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and a side of bacon. It was fantastic and the perfect portion for the price. I loved that the burrito wasn't insanely messy and falling apart which made it very easy to eat with a knife and fork. Their pastries looked great in the case as well but the room is so cramped that people looking at the pastries were basically bumping into me in my seat. Overall, great little cafe on the main road through Basalt. We will definitely be back.

Latte, sticky bun, wine on the patio with our pup

This was recommended by our Airbnb and I'm so glad we did visit! What's better than a glass of wine and homemade sticky bun? Breakfast waffle was cooked perfectly served with fresh fruit. Beautifully crafted coffees in a French bistro atmosphere. The sticky bun was so good we came back the next day ordered 2 more to Eat on the patio and 2 more to go!

Amazing brunch! We had lattes, wine, beer, and smoothies to start with omelettes, bagel and burritos to eat. Pomme frites were delicious! Very reasonably priced, quality food and great service!!

A nice cozy place for breakfast! We were staying in a hotel literally doors down, during a weekday, and were able to walk right in and sit down (even with limited seating and social distancing.) The waitress appeared to be the only one working, other than a cook obviously hiding in the back, but she handled things smoothly. I noticed her making fancy coffees, mimosas, assisting all the tables inside and outside, and take out customers. I had never seen sugar crystals that were colored and that part pretty much amazed me. We tried the fresh toast and it was delightful!

Food is whatever; the chef thinks he is Alain Ducasse. He has very bad attitude. Lack of professionalism.

The service is impeccable. Staff move through the dining room with confidence and intuition, striking that elusive balance between polished professionalism and genuine warmth. Nothing feels rushed, nothing feels overlooked. Not every dish justifies its ambitious pricing, but the restaurant understands the importance of signature indulgences. The pistachio martini is memorable without gimmick. while the escargot stands out as one of the menu's most successful nods to classic French decadence. Ultimately, this is less a place to dissect course by course and more a place to experience. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming even when we didn't have reservations. For food, we got the fondue for the table with potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, apples, schnitzel, and crusty bread. The cocktail we got was called the Pink Panther and it was not only beautiful, but also delicious. It was such a fun dinner experience. The entrees looked amazing and the menu was vast. Overall, I'd go back here in a heartbeat, it was fantastic!

As anticipated, the place was gorgeous...with a slightly formal air. Given that it was in the Vail Village (near the ski slope), my husband was able to enter the place in his rugged ski suit. Despite the ambiance, it was a bit dead. I was disappointed with the lack of French music overhead...though maybe it was on so low, I didn't hear it? There were plenty of breakfast-brunch options, but on the menu, some items were noted as taking 20 minutes (which we didn't have time for!), so I was a tad bummed about that. In any case, my husband chose this Huckleberry Bacon French Toast, and I ordered the Maryland Crab Benedict. For drinks, we both just ordered plain coffee. As expected, the foods were good. I was more impressed with my husband's choice, this super-fancy french toast. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted spectacular! Mine was good, but disappointing at the same time. I really liked the Crab Benedict, but I only half-liked the side salad (basically just Arugula with a few Walnuts and Figs). The total bill for these items ran over 100 bucks... which, was to be expected in Vail. However, for such a pricey breakfast, I felt that I should have absolutely loved it...but it felt short of that. Overall, I just expected a bit more from this breakfast experience. Again, the decor was gorgeous, but the ambiance wasn't fully there (because of the lack of music?). Service felt a bit short-skimpy as well. Foods were good, but mine especially (Crab Benedict) felt a bit lacking. Let's just say that I've had Crab Benedicts as just as good for half the price...and with better sides. Maybe lunch or dinner experience is better here? In any case, am glad we checked out the place...but I doubt I'll choose it for breakfast again.

Food: - French onion soup: not overly salty, the short rib is nice, but it's pretty small - Tuna tartare: this had a good kick to it - Pork Belly Porchetta: good flavor, not too fatty, good sides - a solid dish - Purple cabbage: pretty rich and meaty, interesting and good on a cold day Portions were on the smaller side. My main issue is that service started out good, but then our server went MIA because like they assigned him tables in various parts of the restaurant, which makes no sense and sets him up for failure, so I think it's a management issue. I was not happy that I had to flag down multiple other people for a water refill, another wine order, and dessert. The food itself was good, but service was just really disappointing. Honestly, I feel bad for our server - he was well intentioned but was dealt a rough assignment. Note: there's also a 3% credit card surcharge, which I've NEVER seen at any other high end restaurant.
